I wish I could put as many stars on this review as there are stars on the American flag. But I can't, so here's five. Had family visiting from out of town and needed a quick bite that was convenient, which led me to this awesome restaurant where we enjoyed the drive-through and were helped by Luke. Great customer service I'm talking top notch. Stood by while I translated some Manuel options then took the order like a pro. We were then helped by Brandon at the pick up window who was attentive cordial and embodied the kind of principles this place is known for when it comes to the way people are treated absolutely worth the five stars. We enjoyed some classic chicken sandwich, meals, and Coke products. The sandwiches are hot and delicious and it was this family member's first time ever eating here so I'm happy that they found the food as incredible as I am used to. Service at this Chick Fil A has been lacking the last 3 times I visited. From a hectic drive through lane that clogs up the Home Depot parking lot in addition to all available parking for the restaurant to the dirty restrooms and tiny dining room, the setup of this location is not great. The lower rating though is for rude service on multiple occasions, missing items and the only location where I never hear "my pleasure" or thank you, a few times the response is of course. We have been to many other locations that have mastered all of these items and that consistency is what drive the brand and makes us choose a place that the whole family can agree on. read more

One of my fast food guilty pleasures is Chik Fil A breakfast. It's great and easy to pick up and take to go which is what I did this morning. My favorite thing is their Chik Fil minis which are basically their chicken nuggets nestled in a soft, slightly sweet bite sized honey brushed yeast roll. You can get them in orders of 3 or 4 and if you decide to get the combo you can get them with delicious hash browns which are quarter sized bites of deliciousness. Nice and crispy on the outside and never too greasy. The combo also comes with your choice of drink. I don't eat fast food often, especially breakfast, but when I do this is a real treat for me. This Chick-fil-a is on Weston Rd right by the Home Depot. It's in an easy location to stop by but the way it was built makes it a little hard to navigate if it gets super busy. My time here might have been the first time I didn't hear, "my pleasure" at a Chick-fil-a and also didn't see a smile while ordering in the drive thru. I feel like part of the experience is the cheery demeanor of the staff so this was a bit off. Other than that, the service was fast and the food was good! read more

It's a hot day. I ordered a 12 count meal with a cup of water and ate my meal in the restaurant. After finishing my meal, being that the day was parched for me, I went to the counter and asked if I could get a larger cup of water instead of refilling the small cup (keeping in mind that I also had a purchased beverage in hand). Two staff members said they are not allowed to do that. That's a deal breaker for me. My kids and extended family spend hundreds of dollars at any given chic fil a location. My employees wanted to eat there today and they were all paid in cash with $50 bills. None of these employees have credit cards. These are high school teenagers with cash in their pocket. after placing the order and continuing to purchase the food. They were turned away because they did not have less than a $50 bill. why does Chick-fil-A Only take $20 bills or less? this is bad business and un American, but that's fine. There is always a line but not nearly as long as other locations, probably because they are like a well oiled machine here and pump out orders so quickly! Stopped by to pick up a quick meal and my favorite milkshake, I love the Oreo milkshake from chick fil a! The service was fairly quick and my food was fresh of course. As my first time going to this location, it was a bit difficult to see from the main road and the driver in front of me had trouble pulling into the plaza as it's truly extremely dark in that area at night. I took my 14 pound golden doodle in the car through the drive thru and the employee refused to take my order because of allergies. My dog was in the back seat so not sure how that correlated since he would have no contact. Another employee stepped up to take my order and got the order completely wrong and when I asked for a dog treats as they advertise they told me the manager did not like the concept and opted to not carry. Food was subpar and service lacked. Very disappointed with experience. It's not as if I was trying to take my dog inside the restaurant. Go to the restaurant on pines much better service and food. Best chick fil-a in Weston!! Well the only chick fil-a in Weston, lol. But if you've been here you know these teenagers deliver. Management has them trained properly. They smile, greet you, take your order, and get it right 99.9% of the time. Minor issues with not getting the right amount of salad dressings/nuts/ but no biggie, salads are still yummy. There's always a long ass line at the drive thru that wraps around to the parallel street. But each time it goes by really fast. My longest wait was 20 mins but hey with that amount of cars you'd think the wait would be way longer. Imagine if they'd have two or three lanes at the drive thru!! They'd still be this packed because no one wants to cook or eat at a restaurant when all you really want is grab and go! And no one wants McDs! I'm pretty sure this location is staffed by actual angels. This location is probably the best Chick-fil-A and fast food I've gotten in south Florida. Chick-fil-A lines are notoriously long; at other locations, I've waited upwards of 30 minutes to get my food. However, at this location, I think I've never waited longer than ten minutes. I am a regular customer of this restaurant Chick-fil-a Weston, I go at least 2 or 3 times a week, today I went to pick up takeout and among other things I ordered a lemonade without ice because I like to put it in the ice as I drink it. I drank a little because I had just left work and I was thirsty, then I asked them to fill my cup (it was a quarter of the cup or less) and the cashier went to the manager Ryan. It turned out that they told me that they were not going to fill my cup because I was scamming and stealing from the company. I told her, I pay for the lemonade I can't believe what kind of costumer service is this, I'm thirsty because I just got off work. I ask them if they do refills to customers who eat in , why can't they fill it for me? And they refused, I ask to speak to the other manager and the kid refuses to call him. This morning I had the worst experience in the drive thru. After placing my order, I asked for an extra salad dressing and was rudely told that I only get 2. This was my first time hearing that, so I asked when did this policy take affect. The rude manager Patricia (Patty) responded "2 weeks ago". If I wanted and extra dressing I would have to pay for it. I went ahead and paid for the dressing and received my order. As I proceeded to work I checked my food to realize that my order was incorrect. After returning to have my order corrected, unfortunately it was wrong again. First time at this Chick-fil-A. We were looking for a place to have a quick meeting where we could sit outside and enjoy the warmth from the sun. I'd been in the office all day and because of the air conditioning I was a bit cold. And, if we were going to have another meeting I wanted to be outside. We drove into the parking lot that wasn't full but the drive-thru was so we decided to park and eat inside. They provided great service - friendly, inviting, and helpful. The kind of service you expect to experience at a Chick-fil-A. S. Truett Cathy, you gotta love him. He's the founder of Chick-fil-A and has an amazing story as to how he started the company and how important morals playing a major part in the day to day operations. Have you read his book? If not, you should. It's definitely a good read and an inspiring one too. I believe it's how all businesses should be run. We enjoyed our meal and quick meeting. And the best part was enjoying the beautiful weather while sitting on the patio watching the sunset. read more

This place is nearly always packed, but like we j ks that doesn't stop the chick fila service. I'm certain that with drive thrus that wrap around the parking lot ( a few times ) and zip zagging lines inside-someone must have a bad experience. Fortunately, it wasn't me, but even so it'll be worth it for the quick and customized service. This location carries the brand name well. Bathrooms are clean, food is delicious, service is fast, and wifi is better than the one I have at my home. I saw a little kid run wild and start sitting with other kids to eat their fries, which was hilarious when the mother found him, but besides the rugrat having no regrets- there was nothing out of place about this chick fila. Usually always have a good experience at chic fil a but today was a bit different. Put in an order for breakfast pick up at around 10 am, only to arrive and they canceled my order. Thankfully there was a nice woman who told me I could still order breakfast and put in my order again. After waiting, a lady named patty came to rudely tell me the lady was mistaken and I wasn't allowed to order breakfast and needed to refund me. I tried explaining my situation to her, but she just kept shaking her head at me. If she was a bit kinder, I would've understood and left. I don't understand why this Chick-fil-A has 3 stars because it's one of the fastest locations I've ever been to and I've been to multiple chick fil a's. The Chick-fil-A cow and I are best friends and he greets me every-time I walk into the store. It has come to the point that the cow personally takes my order every time I enter and treats me to a free ice cream. He also feeds me my food and wipes my mouth with a napkin. If it's raining, he lays down on the ground and lets me walk on him like a bridge so that my shoes don't get wet.
