Very long lines and they do not handle the volume of patrons efficiently, as the wait times can sometimes be 10-15 minutes... For a burrito bowl? it's definitely not worth it. But I find that this location is the most liberal with their food. I always leave with a big hefty sized bowl and i hardly ever pay for double meat, which is a frequent occurrence when i eat Chipotle in Manhattan. Love chipotle but the service at this one is not the best. Specifically lately there is a young girl at the register with the nastiest attitude. She has over charged me on 2 occasions and when you correct her about her mistakes she tries to tell you that that is the correct price. Ordered one of the new lifestyle bowls and they barely put anything in it. Payed $12 for a half of a bowl.

The line moves so slow! Then when you get to the top of the line the associates don't know what they are doing. On another occasion I decided to do a online order, I went to pick up my food wasn't even ready then a female associate was dealing with cash while she had gloves on when she was preparing my food she picked up the cheese with the same gloves she handled cash with. Your basic Chipotle in the mall you love to hate. It fills that craving and you don't have to go too out of your way for it. First time ordering this location, we ordered online they said my order would be ready at 845, I get there at 915 and the manager immediately starts to apologize cause obviously they forgot the online order. I order my food using the app, walk in and get my food. My order is always accurate and I don't have to wait on the long line.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Last night we decided to pick up Chipotle for dinner. I ordered two chicken burrito bowls. We got home and to our disappointment, after two bites, my husband noticed a long gray strand of hair sitting atop the burrito fixings. I went back to exchange and the preparers kindly fixed me another bowl (we wanted to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt in spite of all the negative history with food poisoning etc...). I drove all the way back home and this time, TO OUR HORROR, the burrito bowl contained a small dead insect.... an insect! Twice in one night - this cannot be a coincidence. I was very excited to learn that chipotle had opened so close but when I actually visited I was terribly disappointed. So slow!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. There is always an issue with this place. They have t figured out how to keep things in supply so more often then not You will be waiting 5 to 10 minutes for steak, chicken, or guacamole. The list goes on! The workers are very unprofessional, and show absolutely no empathy when a customer has an issue. I recently asked to speak to a manager after my delivery order came packed with no utensils which obviously was packed by the restaurant. As I was explaining my problem to the manager, I could actually hear the first associate laughing in the background! Since I had ordered through the app I figured there would be a way for them to rectify this for me as I am in a new home and currently don't have utensils but they showed no interest in helping me with this issue. I don't eat food from fast food chains very often at all. Chipotle to me is more doable than other places. It's somewhat of a healthier option to me. When I go I usually just order a salad bowl or regular Bowl. Usually I visit when I don't have much time or I'm really really hungry and don't want to search for something else to eat. I've never had a problem with my food. I'm always watching carefully when I go there to see if the food appears to be fresh and how they serve it. So I never really experienced an error. This location gets really busy because it's in the mall but I never waited extremely long on line. They usually try to move as quickly and accurately as possible. Customer service is pretty good. You're always greeted. Most of the time there's some one extra outgoing who would make the experience just a little better. This is Chipotle so we're not talkin great authentic Mexican food. But to me I'd rather eat this any day over a cheeseburger and french fries or any option that's that most of the fast food chains in this area. Worst Chipotle ever. First of all this place is a little difficult to find. They are not on the directory maps in the mall and it took us walking to a few dead ends before finding them. (No security guards in sight and we ended up asking a janitor where it was) We placed the order online beforehand so we did not have to wait in a long line that was out by the door when we got there. However, we were a bit late to pick up since we couldn't find where Chipotle was in the mall!! When we got there, our food was just sitting on the counter..they did not even place our food in the warm box so instead we picked up lukewarm food. I got a burrito and not even a few bites in there was half an avocado skin sticking out. Come on, how do they miss that? Also the rice was hard and seemed only to be halfway cooked through. Terrible service. I made a mistake on my order and asked if it can be fixed, lady gave me a "are you kidding" face. Just tell me it can't be done or there will be an extra charge would have been fine. But after I said never mind the request I order an additional bowl to compensate the mistaken one. Not a great experience at all. The employees have no personality, and make it known that they don't want to be there. I went there being courteous, acknowledging that yes these people work in a fast food establishment that I know can be tough at time, especially dealing with the crowd in this area. However i was met with rude and unprofessional service. A receipt had fallen into the rice pot and another customer had brought it to the attention of our server because he didn't seem to notice. Not only did he rudely look at her repeatedly saying "I know" but he continued to ignore it and didn't take it out until he felt it's been in their long enough which was when he begun making our bowl. Not only that but we had to repeat several times what type of bowl we wanted and he gave us such a small amount as if the food is coming out of his pockets. I understand that working in the food industry can be highly stressful but no one is forcing you to work. I was a huge fan of chipotle until I came to the one in this mall. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and I wish I didn't. The chicken was so burnt I had to pick it out of the bowl in order to eat it. I didn't even finish it because I was so turned off by the foul burnt taste it left in my mouth.
