Score wise it's a 3 if your taking out. It's a 2 if you are eating in. The place is filthy. Tables, napkin, fork area. They have some fruit drinks on the same table as the napkins, forks and such but the drink dispensers are bone dry and look disgusting. Like they have never been cleaned or refilled in ages. Gross. Staff is friendly enough. They gave me a good size salad bowl. Have to ask them for the dressing, 2x. I got 2 because they have no dressing in them. Just fill up the dressing. The honey chipotle dressing is so good but they are stingy with it. I got the carne asada and added quac. Cost $15.65. Jeez that's ridiculous. This is kinda why I don't go to chipotle any longer. But I had a taste. So I went. My salad bowl was decent. The carne asada is good. The chimmichuri is very garlicky. It's just ok. Glad I got it on the side. I miss coming to chipotle. I used to come here all the time when the price was reasonable. But I am not blaming price on location. It's all locations. The issue with this location is cleanliness. The food was Chipotle. The order was accurate and on time for carryout during peak hours. That's the good. The bad? At this location do yourself a favor and get your food to go because the dining area is a disaster. I use the app to order and every once in a while get some measly reward. This time it was a medium drink. I saw that they advertised some ades and agua frescas- the Watermelon Limeade sounded interesting. Every single specialty drink dispenser was tapped out. And can someone explain how I took my carryout order off the shelf exactly 3 seconds after it was placed there, drove home in 5 minutes and the food was already cold? How is that even possible? I ordered a bowl yesterday, the rice tasted like it was boiled in water and nothing added, chicken had no taste, the entire bowl was completely tasteless absolutely no flavor and the sour cream was so thin and tasted like milk. chipotle was always my favorite fast food. not sure if I would try it again. read more

Just left this location and they are definitely in need of customer service training! The worst attitudes... I usually order a bowl with minimum fixings, rice, chicken, a very little black beans, corn and a lot of cheese. Well today I was told the cheese is extra, an extra 1.50. It isn't advertised anywhere, it isn't displayed on their menu, but yet this is the new charge. The young female who made the bowl had the nastiest attitude. I called and asked to speak with the manager, not sure if the person who came to the phone was the actual manager, as his customer service skills were lacking as well. The Chipotle in Twinsburg is terrible. Went today and ordered vege tacos. Instead of telling me they're out of tacos, worker reaches for a burrito to start my order. Had to tell him I'd like a vege bowl instead. There were hardly any peppers and onions. Check out was fine but the station to pick up napkins and silver ware was a mess. No way was I going to use the silver ware. This was around 115 so no one bothered to clean up after the lunch rush. They aren't busy at this time and a couple employees are standing around talking. Have you ever gotten to the end of something and had regrets? We went to the Twinsburg location because the Macedonia location is often messy when it's crowded. As we ordered, it wasn't great but it wasn't horrible. A few things went downhill. Ordered two bowls, had everything on it and one of the last ingredients is cheese. They'd run out and didn't say anything up front. I didn't want to waste the food so decided to keep it. As we are being rung up we see the floor leading to the kitchen is disgusting! And then my husband notices the grill (insert a shocked emoji here). It didn't look like they've scraped or cleaned it today just cooking meat on top of... meat? And then as we walk out on the exit side, puddles of water on the floor. Inside puddles? It was just too much. The next part is on me because yes, I ate it. The rice didn't look like it had anything in it and tasted as if there were no lime or cilantro. The meat was overly spicy and of course no cheese. I should have walked away when they said no cheese. Or when we saw the floor and grill, or even the indoor puddles. Lesson learned. It tasted how the place looked. Blah. read more

When you place an order online you do it with the intention of not having to wait for it. That's the point of online ordering, to skip the line. Yet when my boyfriend arrived to pick up our order today they had not even begun to make it. This was irritating but what's even worse is they forgot our guacamole, which as we all know is by no means inexpensive. Next time, if there even is one, we will have to remember to babysit our order and check it since the employees here are clearly incapable of doing so. This is not the first time this has happened to us. We have been faced with the same problems numerous times at the Macedonia location but have yet again been failed by this location as well. We placed an online group order scheduled for pick up at 12:00 on Friday. My co worker went to pick it up, however the order was not ready, she waited an additional 25:00 before it was ready. When we opened our orders, all were missing sour cream, salsas were missing, and one requested extra lettuce, and she did not receive lettuce at all. The steak bowl had a few of gristly pieces. We were very disappointed and there was no explanation on why we did not receive sour cream. I tried to call to speak to a manager, however the phone rang for at least 20 times. I visited this chipotle tonight around 9:20 pm when they were preparing to close and had a huge crowd come in. I actually felt bad because I know they were tired from working all day and usually workers take that out on the customers, but the two that were working were the nicest people I had ever come across at a chipotle restaurant. I'm also a very picky person when it comes to my bowl being made but they made it PERFECTLY with no complaints. If I had cash on me I would have gladly tipped but since I didn't, I wanted to at least leave a review letting them know how much they are appreciated. 10/10 and would highly recommend! I spent a month doing a medical school rotation in Twinsburg, and to my good fortune, was treated to Chipotle on a semi-regular basis. You know what to expect from a Chipotle, and while the company has lost some of its luster in recent years and I don't love it as much as I did in my college days, this location never did us wrong. Online orders were usually slower than anticipated, but we never had a problem with accuracy. Everything always tasted fresh. The queso is mediocre; save that order for a Moe's. You already know the menu, I'm sure, but I'm personally partial to steak tacos on crispy corn tortillas, chicken burrito bowls, and vegetarian burritos (because let's face it, the guac's probably what I'm craving anyway). If you find yourself in Twinsburg in need of a giant fresh meal, this Chipotle won't surprise, and won't disappoint. read more

The store was a mess as was the serving area, got the orders wrong, they were closing early, couldn't use the app, ran out of peppers, beans were a thick starchy mess and they used their fingers to get them off the spoon into our burrito. Had lots of issues with all Chipotle branches in the immediate area. How this restaurant seems to have fallen. Tacos only had chicken, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. This lady seriously sprinkles two leaves of lettuce over the top of the tacos (none get in the tacos). I ask for some lettuce IN the tacos so she take a handful and shoves it in the tacos... now I have broken shells. I finish telling her what I want in my burrito and start paying. I have watched this particular Chipotle on a slow decline. I love Chipotle food. I just think this restaurant has declined since it opened. It is much dirtier then it was when it was opened. Management seems lax. The last time I went was a few days ago and the girl asked me what I wanted. I told her a burritto to go. She asked me what type of rice, I said brown, she put white. She asked me what type of beans, I said black, she put white. Meanwhile she was playing around with another coworker barely listening to what i said. The three stars is a compromise of 4 stars for food and 2 for everything else. No complaints about the food, it was good. When I walked in there was a line of maybe 12 people, but only three tables had people at them. ALL of the empty tables were filthy. 15 minutes later, I have my food and have to clean a table to be seated. In the hour I was there, no table was ever cleaned and not a person stepped out from being the counter. The trash cans were also completely full to the brim. The main for didn't work and would such open. It was 10 degrees out, so the dining room was cold. I wore my coat at dinner to keep warm. It appeared the majority of business there is take out. With the dirty cold dining room I wished I had taken mine back to my hotel rather than eating there. read more
