Nevertheless, I remained patient and after 15 minutes I finally rolled up to the window...and sat, and sat, and sat...no one addressed me or my order of two soft tacos and a cheesy steak wrap. Recently this Taco Bell has gone to junk. The food quality and preparation time is atrocious and the workers are rude and have asked for money higher than what my receipt said. Online orders are not ready on time and the workers say they cancel the orders while the app says they're still ready. One time I had to circle around the restaurant 3 times while they prepared my food each time they'd tell me to go back around. DONT DO IT!!! I was car 5 in line with an online order. It took an hour to get to window. You can't leave the line. You are blocked in by cement curbs. They then tried to ask for payment when the order was paid for. I told them I had been waiting in line for an hour and could have went to store cooked tacos and cleaned up mess in time spent waiting. I was CRAVING Taco Bell today and stumbled into this location! I was impressed with how clean it was. The table were all clean, condiment area, as well as bathroom. The workers were all very nice. I was stressing trying to pick what I wanted and the lady jokes how picking the food shouldn't be stressful! While standing by the counter I noticed they have some coloring pages and crayons for kids to use. Also, there was a nicely decorated table with applications for the holiday season. After ordering the food came out within a few minutes. I got a burrito and it was delish! I would come here again for sure! The whole time I was there, the drive through was consistently busy. She implied, "Yeah, this isn't the first time. Customers have been complaining constantly because they changed the oil they cook the shell in."
