The inside was very clean which was refreshing. That included the restroom and the lobby. I saw a sign saying they are only taking mobile and drive thru orders. No problem! I have the app. I heard them tell every single drive thru customer to pull up. A man same inside hoping he could get his sooner and he told me it doesn't matter what time you come, there is an issue with efficiency. I did get my food and it was hot. The worker said thank you and have a nice day. It took longer than normal and the only customer in there when I arrived had to get her order corrected twice. My advice: Be patient if you come here and check your order before you leave. read more

Workers are very respectful and diligent, they multitask like crazy! Definitely not enough appreciation to the workers here. Food came fast and was perfectly hot, another worker even confirmed that I got my drink. It's McDonald so the food quality is on par. My complaint is their hours. They never open on time. The sign on the door says 6am. Yelp says 5:30am, but it doesn't matter. Multiple times I've been told they aren't open yet while waiting at the order box. This is around 6:15-6:30am. Last time I said "The sign on the door says 6". The response I got was "So what? The manager Brenton is extremely rude and unprofessional. The lobby was closed, the drive thru line was long and moving slowly.When I finally reached the window my order was incomplete the young man and female were playing, when I asked for the manager he approached the window with an attitude, and was very nasty. I'm not sure if this McDonald's has changed ownership but is has actually gotten much worse. The last three or four times I've been it's been a disaster. At the drive-through at 6:30 in the morning I typically sit at the speaker saying "hello, hello are you open?" Sometimes no one answers and sometimes after three or four minutes they'll take your order. Then seems like there are only two people working there, a manager and one employee. This morning I sat at the speaker for four minutes and finally decided to park and go in. There were several people waiting for their food and the manager came up to me and said "I'll be with you in a minute.". The employee with a headset was making food and then walked up to the counter and took an order on the speaker. Then she went back to making food. A guy behind me walked out but I waited another two minutes. Finally I decided I'd had enough and left. This is a busy restaurant, and it is operated by GenZ misfits. I submitted a mobile app order and went through the drive-through and waited 15 minutes for them to figure it out. They ultimately brought me a heavy sack of food and I took it and drove off because I knew it was way more Than the modest order I had placed. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed many other people waiting out in the parking lot. Bad employees are a management failure because they tolerate them. Been going to this location for over 15 years now and have rarely had any complaints. No complaints regarding speed of service, but half of the time I make a special request it is ignored, and I'm forced to repeat myself at the window and/or have them remake my order completely. They are always more than willing to rectify their mistake though. The parking lot and drive thru areas always seemed to be kept looking neat and tidy--no overflowing trash bins. I am mainly writing this review to give recognition to the young man that was working the register on the night of September 3rd around 8 p.m. He was fantastic. One of the most polite workers I have ever encountered at any fast food chain, let alone any McDonald's. If the manager happens to be reading this you should let your employee know that there are doing a great job. It seems so silly to have to shower praise on someone just for doing their job, but nowadays it seems to be more unusual than the norm. This location was also very clean, including the beverage area. Those are usually the nastiest places and never seem to be kept up with. Also, have to give props to McDonald's for their new glazed chicken tenders. Just the percent amount of sweet and heat. First and last time at this location. The workers are very nice but service is ridiculously slow. I spent 20 minutes waiting at the "food not ready " bay. Different workers came out three times, the first with the totally wrong order, second time with missing food, and finally third time with the rest of the food. I don't usually give fast food joints five stars simply because the food is never worth that many. I got my usual Mc chicken because I was rushing on the go and obviously it came out super fast as per usual- what stood out about this McDonald's was that everything seemed to be automated. They had two separate drive-through lanes where you could give your order. The screens that you drove up to with the menu were like large televisions. After ordering they had to separate pick up windows. This is very convenient because McDonald's is known for having people pull up and wait when someone has a larger order. Now they can just tell you to pull up to window number two or window number one depending on how long your order is going to take. Kind of smart. read more

Must be to pay those that cant even put the ketchup on the burger right over 10 bucks an hour. Never seem to be ready for the 1030am working lunch crowd. They make you wait sometimes 10 minutes. This is by far one of the finest McDonald's in the land. The scrumptious food makes up for the drab decor. Dwayne just bought a coffee from here. Looks delicious (see picture).
