Additionally, order management seemed a bit haphazard with my order getting lumped in with multiple others and not being produced in order of customers ordering. Bottom line, I think Heartwood is a good coffee shop overall, but doesn't have the stocking or efficiency of a coffee shop I would rate in top shops. So, there are 2 back sections. DRINKS -- They sell matcha, tea, and coffee. I ordered a cup of Storehouse black tea with honey ($4 price, I think). I think the employee added too much honey in my tea because my stomach started hurting a little so I couldn't finish it but that's okay. I later got a mug of warm water which helped soothe my stomach. The cup of tea though is quite expensive but I like to support local businesses (Storehouse Tea is a Cleveland business). FOOD -- I also ordered a Rosemary bagel ($4) with a side of butter (.50 cents). The Rosemary bagel was delicious which isn't surprising because the owners make their own bagels. If you work remote then this coffee shop is for you as they have free wifi and plenty of tables to use. They have lots of chairs and tables laid out in three different sections. The music isn't as loud like most coffee shops in the area so I appreciated that. The back area towards the right only has 2 outlets available but thankfully, I got one to use. If you come with a laptop, make sure your battery is charged or find another seat where there is an outlet. TIP -- They sell packaged coffee to go, some packaged biscuit mix, and cute notebooks.

A tale of two coffeehouses in opposite and scenic sides of a metro area…read more East side Every once in a while, one finds a Starbucks which may deliver the same goods and services but occupies an unusual location. This is one such Starbucks. What makes it different is that it sits in a storefront along a manicured Main Street in a beautiful hamlet where the top end of Appalachia's topography touches the Great Lakes. But that's not all. The storefront is the "end unit," sitting at the side of the building on this block ... and that "end unit" sits up on a rocky bluff overlooking the fairly big drop that is Chagrin Falls, an enclave to the east of Cleveland where the suburbs thin out and larger homes on larger, hilly forested properties are the norm. People come here to play tourist and shopper, sometimes buying chocolate or cotton candy from nearby stores. And, if they don't go into Starbucks, they can look at Chagrin Falls from the sidewalk along Main Street, which is also adjacent to the falls and this Starbucks. In terms of service, this store falls a little short. The service is quick enough and accurate but it doesn't seem to come with the easy smile found at most other stores. However, in all fairness, this is a popular and unique spot ... and they are slammed. Also, being inside a building that is older and somewhat repurposed, complete with wooden flooring, one has to keep in mind that they had to shoehorn a Starbucks store into here. The seating at the side of the store isn't like it is in a newer store, so it's not as comfortable. Also, not every table has a view over the falls. Only some do. Getting a table with a view is not guaranteed and might require playing musical chairs. Had this been a Starbucks in an unremarkable Main Street USA location, it probably would have fetched 3 stars. However, keeping in mind that it is crowded because of the touristic nature of this small town and realizing that it's not as comfortable as newer stores so they could put you right next to and above Chagrin Falls, it's a tradeoff that easily takes this Starbucks to a strong 4 stars.

They have oat and almond milks as alternatives for a $1 upcharge (which is a bit steep, in my opinion) but I opted for oat milk in my drink.
