Ordered an impossible whopper meal at approximately 6pm on Monday 8/15; so dinner time. The burger patty was CRUNCHY, the Diet Coke tasted like water and had no ice (perhaps a forgotten one that had been left out a bit). Clearly had a patty that had been in a holding tray all day, it was disgusting and dry. Funny thing is, I still was waiting for a few minutes after paying for everything. I ordered two original chicken sandwiches with heavy Mayo onions, First, they only put a small little squirt of mayo on it. They did not even add lettuce. Not to mention the food cold and basically just dropped out of the wrapper.. The next day I had to run to the bathroom so many times and I know it was that because that's the only thing I ate..... The food is always good. The service has always been good. The restaurant itself is always clean.

Stopped in yesterday morning as I was waaaaaay early for an interview in the area. Since it was 10am I ordered breakfast. I normally get an egg and cheese croissant, but I decided To try the sourdough breakfast king. I should've stuck to my original plan. The bread was dry and not very exciting or flavorful. The egg was hot but the cheese was not melted at all. See photos. Glad I ate in as the sandwich desperately needed salt and pepper. Also, the hashbrowns tasted weird. I don't know how to describe it, but it wasn't like usual. I wound up throwing them away. The only positive note food wise, was That they had the new soda machine that has all the different flavors. The gentleman taking my order was quite nice and friendly and the place was clean and quiet. Unsure if I'd visit again. read more

We tried to get a bite to eat here tonight we're from out of town and was looking for something close to our hotel. Before heading to Wendy's and having the same exact thing happen we tried Burger King.. We were in the drive thru at 9:30pm.. suppose to be 24h restaurant.. the lobby doors were locked, the speaker turned off. Went there today at 2pm to get a cheeseburger and nuggets. When I pulled up to the drive thru intercom, the female associate let out a long sigh and said "oh come on" then another sigh. Immediately I thought, oh I'm sorry is the customer bothering you? After I gave her my order, she gave me a snarky total like my order was the vain of her existence. Attempted to pick up my breakfast order an hour after breakfast ended. Find out that the dumb clerk threw it away. Argued with me about it being past breakfast time. So damn what! I paid for the food. Put it in a bag and set it to the side. Clerks attitude was what made the experience cringe worthy. Standing there arguing with a paying customer that's responsible for you getting a paycheck. Monday March 20th. The manager working this morning needs a lesson in customer service. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for her to take my order as she walked back and forth without even acknowledging me. Finally a worker asked me did she take my order,? I replied no, he just shook his head in discuss. Well well well. A few years back I gave this establishment a visit. My kids and I were starving so we went into town to get some grub. We found this Burger King and we went inside because it had a playhouse for the kids. I ordered a ten piece nugget meal. When I retrieved my food something caught my eye. There was some soft white stuff on my nuggets, and on top of that they tasted bland. A few moments later my children were all of the sudden kicked out of the playhouse because kids were being kids. BK @ RT-82 and 480/14 Twinsburg. I'm a sucker for cheap nuggets so I frequent this BK a few times a month while at work ......maybe more than I should but tats another story. Lets start with for the most part everything is fine, I mean lets be realistic, its 10 nuggets for a buck 49 we're not talking "life Styles of The Rich and Famous " here !! Sometimes the nuggets might be a bit cool but they do have you in and out pretty fast at lunch and that's important because I want to be back to work making my boss proud of me ASAP. Now for what REALLY prompted me to risk carpel tunnel, the PARKING LOT LINES !! WHO was the genius who thought it would be "better" to make the lines straight as opposed to the way they "used" to be for years !! ?? ITS COMPLETELY STUPID !! The parking spots that run to the right as you pull in are perpendicular to the building, they used to be at about 30 degs that made it real simple to pull in and back out ...but NOW, its like Austin Powers in the hallway trying to move around in the parking lot . When you drive thru, look at the cars they are not in the lines and most are slightly skewed because you CAN't turn your car 90 degs in the driveway space !! Another thing, someone is FOR SURE going to get backed into because the drive thru backs up at peak hrs so you know someone is going to get in their car get all situated then someone will pull in behind them in the drive thru and get backed into, its going to happen. Time to get out the black seal-coat and start over !! read more

Overall: 2 stars for stale food and consistently bad service. Food: 2 stars. I normally like Burger King, but I've found the food here to be stale. The Whopper meat was overdone and was very dry. The Nuggets were not fresh at all either. Price: 3 stars. $4.19 for a Whopper is high. $1.69 for 10 nuggets is cheap. Service: 2 stars. I've consistently had bad service here. Condescending staff, tactless teenagers and worst of all, the manger's attitude was just as rude as the teenager working the drive through. This used to a better BK but now it's a terrible experience. I demanded our money back even before we got the food. So let's sum it up, 1 rude remark = hundreds of lost family visits. Terrible! Extremely dirty behind the counter and in the bathroom. We were the ONLY people in there and it took forever to get 2 meals. They ran out of coke as well and just gave us diet without telling us until we said we didn't get coke. At one point, the entire staff disappeared and we were wondering what was going on! i am disabled so I used Doordash to order a Whopper Jr. meal which includes fries and a drink (I ordered a Dr. Pepper), a 10 piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard dipping sauce, a large onion ring and 2 hot fudge sundaes because it has to be a minimum $15 order to get free delivery. What a HUGE disappointment. The burger was cold and dry, No drink arrived and NO onion rings, NO dipping sauce, the nuggets were burnt and greasy cold and the ice cream came with a half container of crushed cookies, NO hot fudge. So I called the store and asked for the manager who promptly told me to contact Doordash because THEY will give me a refund. Uh, hey Manager THEY didn't pack up a load of crappy food and omit half of it, YOU did. Asking for what I ordered AND PAID FOR was like talking to a brick wall of a prerecorded message. Call Doordash, call Doordash, etc... So a $15 order got me a lousy $4 credit on Doordash. No BK apology, no offer to send the food and drink I ordered. NEVER go to this location or order delivery because they get their money for CRAP and take NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FOOD SERVICE. This place should be shut down for good. Ok had to write a little something ... had the new grilled hotdogs ...and I've got to say they did fairly well... the buns were not quite as warm as needed ,but the chili was good and the grilled dog had good flavor.... pretty good for a chain place.
