Come on Twinsburg, we need some better restaurants. On the plus, Brewsters has live music. We are there yesterday and the food was very disappointing. The chicken wrap had no seasoning and it was so dry I needed to ask for an additional sauce and it was still unflavoured. Husbands fish perch basket was not good either. Having a lazy Sunday, family didn't want to prepare and cook dinner. We elected to eat locally and decided on Brewster's. They don't have a specific gluten free menu but there plenty of things you can change up or they are naturally gluten free. The stuffed Hungarian peppers appetizer is an awesome started to go with. The pepper has a comfortable amount of spice to it. The red sauce with the sausage is a good combination. Definite try. The pizza crust is always a hit or miss at places with a GF crust, but the crust is a big winner here. The cheese blend pairs nicely with the sausage and pepperoni. Filling and satisfying! The burger was enjoyed. Not a favorite fir my dad, but has plenty of other burgers to get there. My brother got the Featured Italian Wrap. We all looked at his plate at how BIG it was. He had one half at the restaurant, and the other half, the next day. Wow though. This was something that didn't get shorted at all. Haley was our waitress that. A super sweet and attentive girl. She checked on our GF questions with the kitchen if she wasn't a hundred percent certain saying yes or no. Preseason football is starting, so more people began to show up to sit at the bar to watch. And they have a very busy local band schedule for the summer on their patio outside. So, check it out if you're interested. Seems like a fun place when it gets to be the warmer weather season. Another day, another sports bar with good pub food here in Ohio. Brewster's has a vast menu and we tested the far corners. Patty melt for mom, flatbread (you don't fool me, that's a pizza) for my sister and a French dip for me. All good. Service was pleasing with timely table stops and beverage refills. Took 40 minutes to get our meal and we were the only customers. My French dip sandwich was dry and had a bad taste to it and the fries were cold. The food was OK. Service was friendly and the dining area was clean but I have a serious pet peeve- it only happens once in a while but this place nailed it. Our party of two walk into a restaurant that is 80% empty and the host asks if you have a reservation- no issue with that. But I get immediately annoyed when I answer "no" and they act like it's going to be a major issue to seat us. It's in the back of my mind throughout the duration of our dinner and resurfaces with a vengeance when we have settled the check, I look around, and it's still 80% empty. Really? Next time I am asked "do you have a reservation" in an empty restaurant I will just answer "no, we'll go someplace else". read more

I've heard of Brewsters and I'm glad I tried the restaurant. The sports area has a long bar with TVs. The dining room was a surprise. The room had lots of wood trim. White cloths were on the tables with nice dining chairs. There are also booths. The room was very nice. My girl friends and I went for Happy Hour, which is 3-6 p.m. every day. The drink prices are a dollar less than regular price. The food is the flatbread of the day. Today the flatbread was Rueben. It was good with a wood fired taste. We also tried the Hungarian Hottie: stuffed hot peppers with Italian sausage and cheeses. Wasn't hot, and was very good. There was plenty to share or eat as an entree. Nice spot in Twinsburg right off of 480/14. Plenty of tables and booths plus a bar side with bar seating and high top tables. Plenty of parking. We have been here many times and always have had good food and pleasant servers. The beer, wine and spirits lists are very good. They have happy hours specials like $1 draft beer. This last visit we each got a Cobb salad. The portion is huge, and the ingredients were crisp and fresh. They add plenty of chicken to supplement the greens, bacon, tomatoes and bleu cheese. Great summer dinner and enough for lunch the next day. Other favorites include the chicken Mac & cheese and burgers. If in Twinsburg this one is an easy call. read more

My over riding theme when I was here was make up your mind to what you want to be. Are you a bar or a white tablecloth restaurant? I had the lobster bisque which was a huge bowl for $8 or $9 and it was tasty but there wasn't any discernible lobster. I also had a burger and fries for $15. They were both good but not great. My first time at Brewsters was Christmas 2022 during lunch. I had come in with a group of about 5. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever and there were plenty of open tables But the hostess sat us right next to a table of 12 or so. I mean so close that I had to move my chair in so the person behind me could get up. And when he got up, all I could smell was his colostomy bag... My 2nd trip there last summer, was even worse. The waitress sat us outside even tho there was a thunderstorm on the horizon. My wife's mashed potatoes were bland, I had to ask for a side of ranch 3 times and it still took forever. This has always been my go to lunch spot as it is near my office and offers indoor and outdoor seating. I normally get one of their delicious flatbreads. (The Hungarian Hottie is my favorite.). Lately though, they have been featuring a small list of lunch specials. Today's special was Korean BBQ pork tacos. You get 3 tacos with pork, slaw and pickled onions accompanied by chips and queso dip. They were almost too spicy for me but the flavors were great. Why is your hostess so rude with a nasty look on her face all the time? I get people have bad days, but come on! She literally looks people up and down! I'm guessing she does not approve of my Tory Burch flats or LV purse!?!? SMH Food is hit and miss. The mushroom chicken wrap is excellent. Appetizers are okay. Burger was a sloppy mess with way too much sauce. Pass on the regular fries and get the sweet potato fries. Server was nice. Clean. Prices are a bit ridiculous for lunch considering portion sizes and the meal is far from gourmet. You want it to look high end, but it's bar food. Which is fine---but price accordingly. Ideally 3.5 stars. We came out for dinner. It was a solid dinner. The set potato fries were really good! They were a little on the salty side, but still very good. My entree was they haymaker burger. I wasn't overly impressed. It wasn't at all bad, but it also didn't blow me out of the water. I think the idea was for the bourbon glaze to tie everything together. While it was a solid sauce there either wasn't enough, or it wasn't strong enough to unify everything quite as well as needed. I also had a virtue cider rose. The food was way overpriced for the quality-they are definitely thinking "quantity" instead of quality when preparing orders, such as with their salads. The portions are ginormous, filled with brown, limp lettuce. The service was okay, however it was so dark inside the restaurant that multiple people at our table needed a flashlight to read the menu. Brewster is solid. We go here often. I mean I've been here probably more times than I can count on 2 hands. Their burgers are 10/10 (except the one with spinach, and that is not even their fault...just too much health on a burger. If I'm eating a burger I don't want healthy lol so my fault for ordering). But seriously we come here just for a good burger some times. Love their sweet potato tots. Good portobello wrap, flatbread/pizzas and apps. They make good drinks, have a drink menu and happy hour. Had a birthday party here today for my 12-year-old grandson Jesse and they did a Fantabulous job I told them we were bringing in a cake but I carried her all the way from Chicago and they agreed to serve it and they decorated for us without us asking we put up a happy birthday sign balloons confetti on the table they really made it festive and nice the people were terrific the waitress great and the food was good everything was good I had a cranberry salad with blackened salmon on it it was way too much for me to finish and it was delicious we had 10 people at the party and everybody loved what they ordered there were no complaints this is an easy five star and here's the picture of our birthday group read more

Got food here after a funeral, dont remember the food but it was decent. We had a room for our family to eat together.

2 because service was great and draft beer selection was unique and plentiful. Very cold inside. Really cold. Why does a place selling wings and burgers have white tablecloths? The "signature" soup is not so signature. If Comes from a can you shouldn't use the word signature. Served cold and even when I sent it back came back warm. The drink and food menus have so many great options it's hard to choose and equally hard to make a bad choice! Our waiter was so attentive, very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. I took his suggestion and ordered the chicken portobello wrap. All the gooey melted cheese smothered on the portobello mushrooms made for a delicious combo. Had the sweet potato tater tots which were also fantastic. For real, the wrap was even better as a leftover the next day. I would love to post a review about the delicious food Brewsters serves, but alas, I can't ... because we never got our food. My wife and I arrived at 12:50pm on June 17 for lunch. We sat at the bar which was totally empty (the restaurant was busy, but not overly so). After about 5 minutes the bartender came over and apologized for the delay. We ordered our drinks and upon their arrival, we ordered our food ... we both ordered a burger and french fries; nothing big. After 30 minutes of waiting, we asked the bartender about our order. That's when the excuses started flying. He said a big party had arrived around the same time we did. He also said employees hadn't shown up for work. After another 5 minutes he told us our food would be out to us in a minute. Another 10 minutes passes and still no food. At this point we had to leave; it was lunch hour and we needed to get back to work. We told the bartender we could no longer stay and needed to close out our bill. Again with the excuses ... at which point I said, "it's only two burgers and fries." He replied, "Well, the grill is only so big." We paid for our drinks and left ... oh, and by the way, the bar area remained empty the entire time we were there. No big crowds, no influx of customers after our arrival, none of that. We'll never again go to Brewsters (or its sister restaurant, Glenwillow Grille). If they can't get two burgers and fries out of the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time at lunch, I'd hate to see what they're like during a busy dinner rush. And please Brewsters, ENOUGH WITH THE EXCUSES AS TO WHY YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB!!! You're a restaurant; either be a restaurant and serve your customers or close the business. My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years. Good food and ambiance. But I have to comment on what happened yesterday (Veteran's Day 2023). I called ahead to make reservations because I know it a busy day. I spoke with a one of the receptionist and asked if I can make a reservation for seven at about 6 PM, she said that can you make it a little later and I said sure let's make it for 7 PM, and I repeated myself twice 7 PM for seven people and I gave her my name. My family and I got there and the receptionist said that they don't have a table for us and it's gonna be a 30- 35 minute wait. We said well we made reservations and all she could do was say sorry. What the hell!!!! when I called all they need to say was, we are busy and we have no seats available and I would've moved on. Thanks a lot Brewster and Owner for Nothing! Sat on patio on a nice weekday evening. They even had the fireplace roaring. Quite nice. Looks very lovely inside as well with tables all set and candles. I like the specials I see on Facebook and they seem to put a twist on various dishes that are a change from the standard fare. Great service and really enjoyed our salads that were a filling meal.
