    Vodka And Tonic

If you're in Howard you have to go to the Bad Apple Pub. Located a few miles east of Mount Vernon, it's the best known place in the Apple Valley region. This place is pretty quiet during the week. It gets busy on weekends because of the campers and tourists coming around. They have good drinks here and typical bar food. I was coming here from Mount Vernon and had to stop in to see what it was about. It happened to be a Saturday that Ohio State football was playing. This place was packed and extremely loud, so needless to say this isn't a good place for fans of that other team. It has a huge TV for game days. The service was okay if a little slow to be expected, so they won't get crapped on for that. I had a vodka and tonic at the bar. It's about $3 so it's quite cheap. The food options include pizza, which we didn't want since we already had some from Nancy Maria's. It probably would have taken forever. Other food options include typical stuff like wings. It's a must stop if you're in the area. Go when it's not so busy. The bar is pretty roomy when it's not crammed with Buckeye fans.

Great place to eat lunch or dinner. Fun atmosphere and good food. Live music. Offers two areas inside and an outside patio/bar area.

"Walk This Way" BBQ chicken with fresh cut fries are amazing

This place is so awful...nothing fresh. Everything frozen and overcooked. Would save your time and opt for several better options in town.

Everything was great, except when our waitress pulled her mask down every time she came to our table.

We ate here with a group of 20 on 12.8.18. The food was phenomenal and came out fast. Most of all our waiter, Nick was out of this world!!!!

Is this place family friendly? Do they have a kids menu?

It is family friendly and do offer a decent kids menu, also the bar area is well separated from other seating if you wish to have some space from it.

The Pub on Broadway, Granville, Ohio…read more Visiting the Maple Grove cemetery for holiday reflections after a few years away, I was happy to find that a nearby Granville institution was alive and well. The Pub on Broadway has been a staple since 2005, with good reason. The bar is a work of art, with warm hardwood features and a great selection of options. The menu is diverse, including Brussels sprouts topped with hot honey ($5), a bourbon-bacon burger made with sauteed mushrooms & onions, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, house-made bourbon sauce, and provolone, $19), a Pub-made mac & cheese entrée (house-made five cheese blend sauce, cavatappi pasta, topped with shredded cheddar-jack, served with toasted focaccia bread, $17), a full pizza menu, and a kids' menu with hot dogs, grilled cheese, buttered noodles, and chicken tenders ($7-8). I was moderately hungry, so I ordered a cup of chili ($7) and a side of battered fries ($5), along with a cider and bourbon boilermaker. Service was excellent, there was no waiting for a table around noon, and both selections came out piping hot. The chili was true comfort food, and the sandwich was sized so that I could have the second half the following day. The seating is spacious, sound level permits a conversation at normal levels, and the restroom was well-maintained and clean. It's good to know that the community supports this long-time favorite.
