Worst chipotle. There is never a time I go there and say hey they got it right today. When I order online I have to wait. When I go in and stand on line I have to wait.. today there was no line on either side (maybe because it was an hour before closing) rice undercooked and what got me was he had 2 white rice out and 1 brown rice. I'm like oh what's the difference between the 2 white rice. He tells me it's the same that one is just fresher as he scoops out the "not fresh rice" (REMINDER.. no lines and less than an hour left to be open) the new chimichurri sauce was trash! Chipotle needs to invest in the same measuring cups Cabo Fresh had because their portions are never the same. annnnnddddd I didn't get my receipt! He just all together didn't print it. I would like to commend the staff at this location. Due to a leak they were unable to take walk in customers and could only provide pick up orders that were placed via the app. While I was there the staff explained the situation so politely and kind to the customers. I witnessed customers challenging the staff and being rude not understanding the circumstances are completely out of their control. I don't know if the woman handing out the orders was the manager but she was extremely patient and handled a challenging situation with grace. read more

Absolute joke of a place. Employees are extremely rude especially the fat tattoos white woman that rings you up and gets pisses if you pay cash. They play explicit thug music throughout the restaurant. Looks like they're about to close at 6-7pm. Always running out of food. They make the customer feel like they're bothering them by simply ordering food. And if you door dash from here you're really asking to be disappointed. They allow anyone to just walk in and take orders unchecked. Multiple times had dashers drop the order because the place said someone already picked it up. Takes over an hour to get food delivered. And if you're lucky enough to actually get food delivered chances are the order is incorrect. Ceiling leaking Ice machine always broken. The windows are absolutely filthy and that's what they're willing to show us. I'm guessing this location just opened. So I will re review at later time when I visit again. Based on this visit...they have many things to work on. Customer service is very friendly, but very slow. Not up to snuff with other Chipotle locations. I'm sure it's because they are brand new. It was clear they could not keep up with the volume as much of the food was running low, food prep area you could see hadn't been cleaned off in a while and they ran out of chips. No liquor license here yet, but it's coming. 40 minutes to get food with only 5 people ahead of you is waaay too long. Of course the food was good, and of course we will be back when they've been open longer and get things running smoother. Staff seemed pretty disorganized. The manager was doing his best to corral the troops and getting things moving but it wasn't working like it should. More time and I'm sure it will improve. So if you visit now, expect to wait. First visit to this chain in the newly opened Shirley location. I ordered via their AP and it was ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. The location is closed to dining customers, pick up is at the door. The food was decent. Guacamole was good, vegetarian taco was tasty. The chips had a slight lime flavor and complimented the queso. Terrible terrible terrible! There is zero supervision from management, it looks like the employees basically do whatever they want however bad they want. Be prepared to wait! My recommendation is to NOT Order ahead of time, you can trust that ordering ahead is the worst thing you can do because the team responsible for preparing food AHEAD of time is actually the slowest team in the entire store. People order ahead and are seriously waiting there for 25 minutes or more. If you order right on the spot you will get your food much faster...but even that is slow. The owner/operator of this restaurant should be ashamed of himself (or herself). This chipotle is an embarrassment to the franchise, I have eaten at many chipotles and never have I experienced the slow Service and lack of attention to detail that I experienced at this restaurant. THE CUSTOMER's TIME DOES NOT MATTER HERE. The front counter staff even has trouble scooping food up and putting it inside of a bowl without spilling. So sad to see that standards aren't important to whoever operates this location. If you can, go to the one in Patchogue. You will be a lot happier doing that. But me and my boyfriend keep trying to give this place a chance because it's a convenient location. Every Sunday we come back and every Sunday we wish we didn't. The drink machine never has any carbonation. The sprite sprays in all directions. One of the cokes is just water. Half of the syrups need to be changed. We ordered from this restaurant last night which happens to be the night before Thanksgiving, and the order was very large it costed me about $170. When the order got here more than half the items were missing. When my husband called the restaurant and spoke to a young woman there she acknowledged that they were short on food but there was nothing she can do about it. I don't know what is worse? Deliberately making up replacements for an almost $200 order and then not collecting it or just the establishment itself. How about a phone call? I asked for sour cream on my order and they forgot it. Not a big deal. Today, I placed an order for delivery, and I ordered an organic bottled iced tea, nearly $4 for a damn bottle, and not only did I not get that drink, I got an empty cup in my bag. No top. No straw. The real issue here is that this is supposed to be a Fast Food Joint which by definition should offer a fast food pricing scale. Not so -- Figured I'd try it out and order the 3 Taco deal with the new Brisket Special -- The Taco's will offer no more than 2 bites per Taco -- or 1 big bite for a Gaavone -- Either way -- this was certainly not worth almost $12.00 bucks. Are they Nuts ? In the end, I can see a quick shutting down of this place once the new Sonic opens up in the same Shopping Center very soon. To start, I love Chipotle and their food. I've never had an issue like this before, however this specific location changed that. At around 7:30 we had placed an online order to pickup, scheduling a 7:50 pickup time. When we arrived on time, the app said they hadn't even started making the order yet. When we went inside to pick up the order, we still had to wait about 15-20 minutes extra while the place was nearly empty! Not only that, but we managed to get a glimpse of the floor behind the counter and it was disgustingly dirty, absolutely littered with receipts and trash. We ordered two large chips and queso and two bowls. They had no queso (only finding this out after 15 minutes past the pickup time mind you) and told us to call a customer service number to get a refund for the queso. Over $18 for chips and queso! We managed to get the refund in the car, but when we got home we noticed several ingredients missing from our bowls. They hadn't informed us in store that they were missing these ingredients, just gave us whatever they had I guess. Over a $40 order and we got nearly nothing we ordered. The customer service representatives refused to accommodate for the missing ingredients that we weren't informed about. The best they could do was give us a BOGO offer, which how will I know this won't happen again, especially if we were to order from this location? Then we have to endure this nightmare again? This is the last time we will be coming to this Chipotle. read more
