I ordered a lamb gyro and he ordered a chicken sandwich, PLAIN, cutlet on a bun. No pickles, coleslaw, plain! He received a sandwich with EVERYTHING on it! My gyro was like something that I have never seen in my life! The menu says protein, COMES With SALAD and FRIES. It was a pita with lamb CUBES covered in French fries and chopped lettuce with white sauce. I have taken photos, it was disgraceful! I have no idea who would ever eat this slop! I called to speak with the owner and was told he would come to the phone and placed on hold... then disconnected. Called back and was then told that the owner wasn't there! STAY AWAY!

Unfortunately, my daughter went back without us because it's conveniently close by and she got full-blown food poisoning . You can just tell by watching the people behind the counter. The burgers are cold all the time. The nuggets are always cold and hard. You'll be lucky to find one person in there that speaks clear English. Its usually only one. Or it's a kid teenager that really doesn't give a shit. Let me explain to you one scenario that happened to me recently. It's 11:30 at night I don't want to go to McDonald's but they're the only one open so I say all right I'll try it again. I go there the line is wrapped around the building. I have to keep shutting off so I don't lose a gallon of gas just sitting there. I ordered my food in the app so it shouldn't be a problem when I pull up to the drive-through I told him I want everything to eat fresh they acknowledge and say okay. 20 minutes later when I finally get up to the window it's not ready which is okay because I want it fresh I wait another 10 minutes in my car a good 4 minutes before the guy even turned around and looked at me and handed me my food I felt around in the bag I thought I felt everything was there when I got home it was a cheeseburger not the free one that I got the one that I paid for. And all the food was cold and hard and I'm like wow I just waited all of that time on that drive through to get a bag of cold hard food. And I'm missing something. Listen every once in awhile in a fast food restaurant something like this is bound to happen but it's been like this every time I went there for the past 6 months and I do door there so a lot of times at night this is my only option if I don't have anything at home. The same thing when you go into the store. The workers literally standing there on their phones and the focus is never on the customer. Remember taking my children here when they were young and the owner of the franchisee the old guy with the gray hair and glasses he was always so nice and friendly. He's there once in a blue moon and that's when you see everyone maybe try to step it up a little notch but not really. And I really feel bad for this guy because I know he wants more for his company because I've been there when he was great he'll be the first one to greet you and he will work the line and hand the order directly to the customer.

Mind you, the area has one-way streets, so going back around is not as simple as they made it sound. Ever since I was a baby I have been going to five guys. So when it comes to something I've known my…read morewhole life, I tend to have a good idea of what to expect. But this isn't the case. For years five guys fries have been a staple of the franchise. It's always a conversation topic when you buy a LARGE fry and they put fries in the bag that fill it up almost more than halfway. As always the burgers and the shakes hit the spot like no other, 10/10. Unfortunately what brings me to leave a 3 star review is one specific worker named Prince. He seems like he's new so maybe he needs a little bit more training. I ordered my two meals for me and my spouse with a large fry for the both of us. Like I said earlier, the burgers and the shakes were a 10/10, but when I got back my LARGE fry, Prince (who was in charge of the fries) didn't fill it up how a large fry should be. Now I know it sounds very petty that I take away two stars because of some French fries. BUT THATS THE FIVE GUYS STAPLE!!! The fries have always been my favorite part and always feel like the cherry on top of the meal. Attached is a picture of the fries he gave me, and then when I asked for more fries he gave me a second bag with enough fries to fit in my hand. I was totally unsatisfied by this considering the fact that I've been to this location multiple times and have always gotten what I expected, Especially after paying over 45 dollars. I plan on going to a separate location to order just a large fry and compare what Prince decided to give me vs what I would hope is five guys compliant Large Fry.
