We pulled up at 4:15am and was told that they aren't serving customers until for 4:20am ok that's okay I work in fast food too it's whatever, but when she was talking our order, we wanted to make sure she had two orders of what we wanted and when we did she cut us off with an attitude saying "yes. What drinks." Which again it's early whatever, but dude why is it that you put two drinks down for each meal and you only charged us and gave us one meal? I was refused service yesterday after telling these two workers I had a disability and don't have a mask bc I have a medical exemption not to wear one. . They need to be fired and a lawsuit is coming. They Allowed me to stand in the restaurant for 10 minutes but refused service bc I didn't have a mask. They Refused to give me their names and very rude and unprofessional. Order taker wearing gloves and a mask behind 3" plexiglass ignored my medical exemption. I asked for a mask even though I have an exemption and The second worker said she had no masks to provide either and also refused service to me.. Longest, slowest lines ever. I hate having to Come here! and if it wasn't for annoying children I wouldn't. They screw something up EVERY SINGLE TIME. This last time, 4 other people were in the lobby who'd just come in from the drive thru with incorrect orders. The employees looked like they didn't even know what planet they were on because they appeared to be unable to process this information (and honestly space aliens would be only acceptable excuse here). Mistake after mistake after mistake. I used to work McDonalds when I was a teenager and this would have been unacceptable--people would be fired for this level of screwing up. The amount of food waste must be astronomical at this place, which is disgraceful. They should be ashamed of themselves for this. Staff was somewhat rude about me picking up my order with out a mask and PROOF of a vaccine card. Guy didn't even give me a mask to wear, Atleast at this establishment they kindly gave me a mask to wear. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only one nearby. 9 out of 10 times I order, they screw up. My husband just went through the drive thru and ordered pancakes and sausage. For whatever reason the person who took the order thought he said bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle! She repeated back pancakes, but still rung up the sandwiches. Ugh! This isn't the first time they messed up, and most times I'd go back and tell them. Worst McDonald's on Long Island. Manager is rude & clearly sees that his employees are more focused on their cell phones, rather than offering quality food & friendly service. They have double the amount of employees behind the counter, compared to every other McDonald's I've been to, yet the wait time is ridiculously long, the food is cold & the order is incorrect 90% of the time. I live in the area and I've gone to this McDonald's a handful of times now & they have not once got my order right, not at the cash register or the drive through. The first time I went was with some friends and when we left all of our orders were in each other's bags. I went again another time , thinking that the first time I went was busy it could've been a one time mistake and no I was wrong cause my whole order was wrong again.
