They only have digital (online) ordering only, which means they WILL mess up your order 100%! It's not that hard to read and make the order right. Asked for white rice (gave me brown rice), asked for pinto beans (gave me black beans) ask for salsa (no salsa) ask for guac (no guac) and of course I got charged for guac but got no guac. Got home and of course, I'm not gonna go all the way back. Make sure you check your order before leaving!!!! Bring back the old ways of ordering chipotle!!!! read more

I realize writing a review will not make any difference to how many people will pack this place, but they should be held at least a little accountable: Sign says they open at 10:45, they do not, they open at 11:30. I get it, but they could at least be a pal and update the sign with the correct opening time. All too often there are many "workers" mulling around while the line stretches to the door, while only one or two people try to make the food. All too often they are out of product (steaks typically) and rather than have it quickly replaced it just sits there empty. I could go on: don't tilt the take out container when you put it in the bag, do they have no notion of what happens to all the food in the container when they do that? Apparently not. read more

There customer service has gotten way better. Went today food was made fast and correctly. Fyi the no dine in or walk ups so it's online or the app at the moment due short staffing 100% not thier fault that people don't want to work. The staff they do have seemed liked a awesome team and worked well together. Sam helped me today and made my order correct and his customer service was great. I usually get a steak burrito and double wrap and add queso. read more

The best white rice ever. The service is amazing like the food. The best chipotle ever. Try the cheese quesadilla, it's the best. The Coke is some times water but it great. read more

Worst service I have ever had! I did an order on the app for pick up. After arriving I waited for 15 minutes past my pick up time then I asked the cashier for help. She told me my order would be right out. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked the cashier for a refund and was told I had to fight with the number on the website to get my $60 back for 3 burrito. After demanding a refund and being told no refund my order was suddenly ready to go. The restaurant was a discusting mess. I will never come back to any Chipotle ever again. I work in food establishments for the last 20 years and would never treat a customer so terrible! What a disgrace!!!! read more

No longer a lunch restaurant. I traveled 20 minutes at1:35pm only to find a note on the door that only said store will reopen at 4pm. One week later went back to the resturant at around 2pm only to find the same note with no explanation. Save yourself a wasted trip and just go to Moe's which is open for lunch and dinner just up the road by the mall. Been a loyal customer for 10 years now. wont waste my time going back. . read more

Don't waste your time. They're probably closed, and didn't bother updating the app. They're probably closed because they can't get people to work there because they don't care about employees. They don't update the app because they don't care about customers. read more

BEWARE! There are insects in the food! We ordered three tacos that were wrapped in aluminum foil. After eating one taco, Josh noticed a live insect crawling from the toppings within the taco. He almost vomited. What's worse is I have called Chipotle customer service twice. They said they would get back to me. It has been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund for my insect-infested tacos. Their call centers are in the Philippines, so I cannot even get an agent on the phone who understands the severity of this situation. The agent almost laughed at me when I explained how disgusted I was by my experience and their inaction. I then tried to call the store to notify them directly, and an automated voice answers all of their calls now. To reiterate, there is an emergency that requires immediate attention from the store to prevent them from serving more insects to customers. Customer care does not CARE, and there is no way to get in touch with the store that is serving the insects. Wow! Never again! Chipotle has gone downhill. This company and their food are trash! I am going to contact the Health Department. read more

Understaffed is never a good sign. Orders are behind as the staff frantically slop together your burrito bowl.

All of the one star reviews lately are well deserved. Online order was not ready when it was supposed to be. They were out of steak and offered another protein but didn't mention anything about refunding the difference. Okay so it's only $2. I was going to let it slide. They were busy so figured they could use some slack. When the food was finally ready the girl handed me my bag with a cup for the watermelon limeade I ordered but all of the dispensers were bone dry so I requested a refund. She just stared at me. Then I asked where my chips and salsa that I ordered were and was told they were out of chips. Don't you think you should have mentioned that when you handed me my bag? Poor customer service. She went and got someone else, I'm assuming a supervisor or manager who told me that I would have to get refunded through the app since I didn't order in store. Okay, he showed me where on the app, which I was grateful for, but I didn't not receive a refund. I got a coupon for free chips and guacamole and a free drink. The last time I was at chipotle was over 5 years ago. Coupons are worthless to me. But that is a corporate thing not a location thing so I didn't factor that into my one star. Also the store was completely trashed. Literally there was trash piled on top of the trash can since it hadn't been emptied. Trash in the floor, and two trash cans full of trash at the entrance door. Had I not already ordered and paid through the app I would have turned and walked away. Pic of the worst part is included. Will absolutely not be returning to this location. read more

It's difficult to verbalize my experience at this establishment. It felt just like a K-Hole. You are unable to order food while at the restaurant, and you cannot interact with the employees. Upon entering, you're required to order the food online and wait for the order to be processed, which took about 30 minutes. I was deep in a K-Hole last night, and I feel as though I have just re-entered that same hole. This was hands down the strangest experience I've ever had a dining establishment. I am officially dubbing this as the K-Hotle Chipotle read more

This Chipotle is absolutely amazing. It is normally always busy so you will have to wait for your food, but you can tell the staff is doing anything they can to make the process as speedy as possible. Waiting in the line even becomes worth it because the food is always such great quality. Every time I've gone to a different chipotle I wasn't as pleased, but this location is great. The only thing I can suggest is trying to clean the tables as frequently as possible when it is busy. Other than that it's great. I don't understand all the review about miserable looking staff. read more

So this has been my go-to Chipotle since high school. The quality of food has always been good when I order. You get more in a serving if you order in person vs online. While the food has always been yummy and the workers are sweet, the hours lately have been so whacky. Due to labor shortages, some days they open at 12pm, some days 4pm, etc and there's no way to tell besides going there and reading whatever sign is posted on the door that day. Generally don't assume it to be open unless it's evening time, and know that if their mobile orders get backed up, they stop doing in-person orders. That all said, be kind to the workers! read more

Never order online from them. They don't give half as much food as if you go in. If they are "digital only" skip it, not worth the wait or the low quantity of food. On top of that, they chips are always stale. These companies gotta realize it's a people business not a digital company. read more

I've been to this Chipotle thrice, so I think it's time to write a review. The food is great. Everything is fresh and hot, even late at night when they should be closing up. I always order a vegan burrito bowl: white rice, black beans, fajitas, sofritas, all three tomato salsas, corn, lettuce, guacamole, and a tortilla on the side. Sometimes extra guacamole if I'm feeling good. The food is filling and the price is great. I have no problems with Chipotle and I make any Chipotle I go to my home. ... but can someone tell me why the workers have attitude problems? All three times, they look ticked off. I know working in a restaurant isn't fun, but don't scoff when customers come in. Also, DON'T IGNORE THEM. The little girls working near the tortillas were more interested in the group of boys behind me and my coworkers than the people right in front of them. They don't slide your food down the line, they push it and mix orders up. Someone, please explain this phenomenon. I know it was super busy that last day I went because it was Cinco de Mayo and they were probably exhausted and angry, but still! I just wanted some dinner after working 11-hours straight. "Hello, how are you? What can I make for you?" I've never heard that at this Chipotle. They don't even speak... They just look in your direction with a little head bob. Please, don't cop an attitude with your customers. Especially, the ones who gladly patronize your store. We're the ones paying your bills. read more

Disgusted. Ordered food online was to be delivered by 2:30pm. After 4 calls whee I finally learned that the only way you can actually speak to restaurant is to say "Corporate" the manager Chris was rude, didn't listen, and argued with me. When I finally got him to listen he had to admit that the order I placed he sent out to a different delivery service driver. Therefore my food was given away. When I asked to be given a discount or something extra for my inconvenience that my order was given away and now an hour late he refused and told me I'd I wanted to I could just go on the delivery service app I used and cancel the whole order. My level of anger, disgust, and disappointment with the absolute absence of any customer service, no apology, and nothing at all to make it right with me as a regular customer smacks in the face of what Chipotle Mexican Grill markets as "Being Real by Treating People Right" was 100% absent. read more

The employees argued about remaking a bowl when they got half the ingredients wrong. They did not add any steak and tried to replace it with carnitas. They added peppers and onions when they were not ordered, and said they did not feel comfortable remaking it when they screwed it up in the first place. Literally how embarrassing read more

This location constantly disappoints. Online orders are goofed up every time. Online orders typically have run 30 minutes beyond promised times. we ordered a mobile order last night and they messed up the bowls because we weren't there personally to order ourselves. my order was missing medium, mild, corn, and lettuce. Worst service ever. Made an online order for pick up and waiting over half an hour from the time it should have been ready. Grabbed the food as soon as they packaged it and brought it out and the food was cold. Staff was rude. About 20 people were waiting for online orders and a line of about 25 people were waiting to put in an order. Not one staff member acknowledged anyone. They all kept their heads down. And when I tried to just ask for an update on my order the staff didn't look up, just mumbled you have to wait. read more

Where do I even begin. From the second I walked in I realized I had picked the wrong place to eat. I could not order in the restaurant so I had walk outside to order my food. I had 2 full avocados for my guac and my chicken was colder than then the ice in my drink. That's not the worst either there was facial hair in my food. This location should be closed. Orders are limited to online only. Regardless of ordering 30+ minutes in advance the orders are not ready. I don't usually do this, but sitting in this restaurant today I had all the time in the world. For no reason at all were only accepting online orders. Used to come to this location because it was well managed and clean. Went in for lunch today and there was a long line for food, while the staff clearly had insufficient training. The corn-based salsa is constantly contaminated with cheese. I've never seen this problem at other Chipotles -- they really need to re-think the placement of the salsas and the cheese to prevent this. Fix this, and I'll return my review to 4 or 5 stars. UPDATE: They finally, after three+ years, changed the position of the corn-based salsa to prevent cheese contamination. Yay!! read more

I'm not sure why people like this place so much. The burritos aren't bad, but there are much better places. And they make you pay extra for chips here which ticks me off. I like their commitment to having fresh ingredients, but frankly any good restaurant does this without having to preach about it. The decor of this place seems to be modeled on an automotive plant break room. Maybe it's targeted to a younger crowd for whom this will be the closest they ever get to an auto plant. Nevertheless, people seem to like it. It's always crowded at lunch time. read more
