One week later went back to the resturant at around 2pm only to find the same note with no explanation. All of the one star reviews lately are well deserved. Online order was not ready when it was supposed to be. They were out of steak and offered another protein but didn't mention anything about refunding the difference. Okay so it's only $2. I was going to let it slide. They were busy so figured they could use some slack. When the food was finally ready the girl handed me my bag with a cup for the watermelon limeade I ordered but all of the dispensers were bone dry so I requested a refund. She just stared at me. Then I asked where my chips and salsa that I ordered were and was told they were out of chips. Don't you think you should have mentioned that when you handed me my bag? Poor customer service. She went and got someone else, I'm assuming a supervisor or manager who told me that I would have to get refunded through the app since I didn't order in store. Okay, he showed me where on the app, which I was grateful for, but I didn't not receive a refund. I got a coupon for free chips and guacamole and a free drink. The last time I was at chipotle was over 5 years ago. Coupons are worthless to me. But that is a corporate thing not a location thing so I didn't factor that into my one star. Also the store was completely trashed. Literally there was trash piled on top of the trash can since it hadn't been emptied. Trash in the floor, and two trash cans full of trash at the entrance door. It's difficult to verbalize my experience at this establishment. It felt just like a K-Hole. You are unable to order food while at the restaurant, and you cannot interact with the employees. Upon entering, you're required to order the food online and wait for the order to be processed, which took about 30 minutes. I was deep in a K-Hole last night, and I feel as though I have just re-entered that same hole. This was hands down the strangest experience I've ever had a dining establishment. This Chipotle is absolutely amazing. It is normally always busy so you will have to wait for your food, but you can tell the staff is doing anything they can to make the process as speedy as possible. Waiting in the line even becomes worth it because the food is always such great quality. Every time I've gone to a different chipotle I wasn't as pleased, but this location is great. The only thing I can suggest is trying to clean the tables as frequently as possible when it is busy. Other than that it's great. So this has been my go-to Chipotle since high school. The quality of food has always been good when I order. You get more in a serving if you order in person vs online. While the food has always been yummy and the workers are sweet, the hours lately have been so whacky. Due to labor shortages, some days they open at 12pm, some days 4pm, etc and there's no way to tell besides going there and reading whatever sign is posted on the door that day. Generally don't assume it to be open unless it's evening time, and know that if their mobile orders get backed up, they stop doing in-person orders. That all said, be kind to the workers! read more

I got a burrito, when i was close to the bottom of the burrito there was a piece of plastic like material!!!! We are very unhappy with how our food was prepared. After 4 calls whee I finally learned that the only way you can actually speak to restaurant is to say "Corporate" the manager Chris was rude, didn't listen, and argued with me. When I finally got him to listen he had to admit that the order I placed he sent out to a different delivery service driver. Therefore my food was given away. When I asked to be given a discount or something extra for my inconvenience that my order was given away and now an hour late he refused and told me I'd I wanted to I could just go on the delivery service app I used and cancel the whole order. I've been to this Chipotle thrice, so I think it's time to write a review. The food is great. Everything is fresh and hot, even late at night when they should be closing up. I always order a vegan burrito bowl: white rice, black beans, fajitas, sofritas, all three tomato salsas, corn, lettuce, guacamole, and a tortilla on the side. Sometimes extra guacamole if I'm feeling good. The food is filling and the price is great. I have no problems with Chipotle and I make any Chipotle I go to my home. ... but can someone tell me why the workers have attitude problems? All three times, they look ticked off. I know working in a restaurant isn't fun, but don't scoff when customers come in. Also, DON'T IGNORE THEM. The little girls working near the tortillas were more interested in the group of boys behind me and my coworkers than the people right in front of them. They don't slide your food down the line, they push it and mix orders up. Someone, please explain this phenomenon. I know it was super busy that last day I went because it was Cinco de Mayo and they were probably exhausted and angry, but still! I just wanted some dinner after working 11-hours straight. Worst service ever. Made an online order for pick up and waiting over half an hour from the time it should have been ready. Grabbed the food as soon as they packaged it and brought it out and the food was cold. Staff was rude. About 20 people were waiting for online orders and a line of about 25 people were waiting to put in an order. Not one staff member acknowledged anyone. They all kept their heads down. The employees argued about remaking a bowl when they got half the ingredients wrong. They did not add any steak and tried to replace it with carnitas. This location should be closed. Orders are limited to online only. Regardless of ordering 30+ minutes in advance the orders are not ready. When I place an order over 30 minutes in advance I expect it to be ready upon arrival not 15 minutes after the estimated time. The corn-based salsa is constantly contaminated with cheese. I've never seen this problem at other Chipotles -- they really need to re-think the placement of the salsas and the cheese to prevent this. Fix this, and I'll return my review to 4 or 5 stars. Well, I wanted to go to Moe's Southwest Grill but I was persuaded to eat at Chipotle; they have my favorite hot sauce, the service is good, and the food is just about as good as Moe's... or at least these things used to be true. Long story short is that the staff was rude, distracted, and unprofessional. The food was subpar (my girlfriend's opinion) and I thought the food was downright gross; this is because the "genuine queso" is a culinary abomination. The queso I got was grainy, tasteless, and worst of all cost me extra money for the insult. And last is the more minor irritation, they got rid of the Chipotle Tobasco hot sauce. I'm not sure why people like this place so much. The burritos aren't bad, but there are much better places. And they make you pay extra for chips here which ticks me off. I like their commitment to having fresh ingredients, but frankly any good restaurant does this without having to preach about it. The decor of this place seems to be modeled on an automotive plant break room. Maybe it's targeted to a younger crowd for whom this will be the closest they ever get to an auto plant.
