Slow service by understaffed line this visit, cold chicken and empty drink syrup plus overflowing trash bins. Disappointing. Update: page error while submitting the contact form on the web site as suggested did nothing to soothe me. I may try again and hope this was just a bad day for them but we'll see. read more

I walk in and there is trash everywhere and there was a long line for the prepaid online orders. Since they didn't place the bags on the shelves, they had to grab a decent amount from the back. Poorly run establishment overall, by far the worst Chipotle location I've been to. read more

Very slow service. My food was supposed to be ready For pick up at a certain timeframe and ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food. On top of that drink was not really really available. There was water all over the floor. The person that was in the back, making the food had real horrible attitude when asked out missing items in order. read more

They didn't fill my kid bowls and charged full price!!!! We paid $17.xx for half of the bowl. It happens every time with this place, so sick of it!!! read more

My burrito was not fully wrapped as some was sticking out of it, my bowl looked like it was stomped on, and there was lettuce in it when I didn't order lettuce. I had less than 1/4 of the chip bag filled. Then I had made sure to add on the order for napkins and utensils. I had 1 napkin that I had put in myself; and no utensils. It's okay though cause it still tasted good!! read more

Every time I go to this location they are always out of at least one ingredient. The worst was this past Saturday I stopped in and they were literally out of almost everything. No brown rice, no chicken, no steak, no veggies, no cheese, out of ALL salsas. How do you run a business like this? read more

Service was terrible, we ordered in the app because we saw the long line, our orders said they were ready. Surprise surprise they weren't and the cashier was nasty about it, we repeated our names three times still couldn't say our names right. 20 minute wait on one mobile order that says it was ready. Not to mention it was extremely gross in this location. I don't know how they pasted inspection. read more

The lines are always long and the place feels like it's always understaffed. It's always dirty with trash overflowing to greet you. The floors are gross and tables are half wiped. Beverage area is never stocked and messy. The food is usually good but they seem to be skimping on portions. Skip this place and go to Moe's. I'm genuinely tired of coming here and being disappointed. read more

My boyfriend and I came in yesterday and the worker only took my order and completely dismissed my boyfriend standing next to me waiting to order. We had to have another worker make his bowl , which his brown rice was not fully cooked nor was the al pastor chicken we both had gotten. Just got food here at 10:00pm on Sunday, July 7th. To start, the service was extremely slow, and it took me forever to order my food. Then, this was the bowl I was given. I've never seen such a small serving as this one here. This was less than half the size they usually are. The workers were also screwing around after it was made, causing it to take a solid 5 minutes for me to pay, and my food to be cold. Absolute joke. These employees need to be fired. read more

Lines are always ridiculously long because staff has no sense of urgency. They have side conversations and pay no attention to the people waiting in line. Store is also filthy, with trash cans overflowing. We waited in line for food with 2 hours before the store was set to close. We were told they were out of honey chicken and not making anymore for the night. They were also out of a number of other things as well. Overall, a terrible experience every time we go in. read more

What's up w Chipotle for past months? They used to serve nice chunks of chicken. Now, they cut up the pieces SO SMALL that they are dried out less than mediocre. Also, since covi**, the serving sizes are smaller. I asked a server why the chicken is cut up so small and she said that's what the company tells them to do and she pointed to a paper on the wall showing them the size to cut them. No more going here anymore read more

Ordered online and had a designated pick up time, My order came out to be picked up 10 minutes after my pick up time. Not only that but it wasn't even the right order. Honestly the worst chipotle I ever been too. I wasted 30 mins of my life waiting in line cz the workers have no sense of urgency just for there to be no white rice. At least tell us. Place was not busy, food was ok, large chip bag not even half full, food was a little more spicy than normal though, staff were to busy talking to each other to give any kind of decent service and the place was dirty, from the serving area with food all over, which made my food container dirty, tables were all dirty and the glass at the entry doors were also filthy. No care has been taken to keep this place clean, and absolutely no customer service. Won't go back. read more

I visited this restaurant and was excited since I'd heard good things about Chipotle from friends in "other states". So I got there around 3:30. There were a lot of employees but service was extremely slow. The area where people were waiting for their completed orders was crowded and looked like mayhem. There was a long line for ordering and I didn't get to the counter until almost 4 pm. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos, chips, guacamole and a large fountain soda to go. The guy flipped the tortillas on a hot plate for a few seconds before filling them with a teeny tiny bit of meat and guac ($12.90 + $2.95). When I got to the cashier Ann-K, she seemed distracted but finally gave me my order. She gave me a cup to get the fountain soda. When I turned to the soda fountain, it was gaping open like it was split front to back. The beverage tray was over flowing with ice cubes and there was water all over the floor (sigh). I went back the cashier and told her that the fountain was broken. I paid for a large soda, mind you -$3.45, and she said she would give me a bottle instead. I told her I'd rather have a refund because there were only a few flavors. She grabbed a 12 ounce glass bottle of Coca-Cola and pushed it in my direction. I asked her if she could give me a bottle that didn't had a twist cap. Her response- "You don't have a bottle opener?" I think the look I gave her said everything but before it could come out of my mouth, she took an opener, popped off the cap and handed it to me. My teachers in Catholic school would have been so proud of me. All I said was "This is a to go order. Can you please give me the cap too?". After she gave it back to me I pressed it down on the bottle and left. So I'm supposed to drive with an open bottle of soda? To add insult to injury, the tacos were ice cold...like refrigerator cold. The "large" bag of chips was about 1/3 full. That's $9 I won't get back. So needless to say, I got not much for my $30 + tip. Yes, I still tip even when service sucks. Best guacamole I've had in a long time so they earned the 1 star. read more

This establishment is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! The dining room was extremely dirty with trash of some sort on every table. But that wasn't the worst area. The kitchen area, which can be seen while in line, had food all over the floor and counters. Then to top it off, the employee in the back blew his nose and just continued to make food. How did a health inspector pass this place? Please beware because this place is unsanitary! read more

Ok, so I finally made it to a Chipotle after possibly being the only person on the east coast who hadn't been there. Barbacoa burrito was delicious. Chops and salsa and guac all good. The dining area, however, leaves much to be desired. I get it... No one eats in the dining area anymore. They'd much rather sit out in their car and do food reviews for YouTube or drive home and have cold food then complain the food is cold. I'm not a millennial (thank the good Lord in Heaven) so call me old fashioned but I like to sit at a table and enjoy my meal while it's hot. Dirty tables, trash cans overflowing, litter on the floor. Echoey, loud, metallic.. it probably wouldn't be a very pleasant place to eat even if it was clean but that's the way they build stuff these days. read more

erm..it's definitely a chipotle! I have been coming here since i was a small child and over the years the service and the food changed. Like one time one of the twinks messed up my whole order and i was NOT happy!! and then one time i swore i ate someone's acrylic nail in my burrito. I still don't know what i ingested or if that was a shard of a nail but whew. The place needs a little more attention regarding the cleanliness. and those fountains drinks are horrendous !!! During these pandemic times, more and more people are relying on placing orders via a mobile app or calling head so that they can pick up food and eat outside or at home. Chipotle is no stranger to that trend. Me personally, I enjoy coming into the restaurant and going down the options for my order. Here's my review of this chipotle location The Good: Fast service. I entered the restaurant around peak dinner hours and was surprised to find only other person in line. Everybody else was waiting for their mobile orders and nowhere near keeping 6 feet apart. It definitely is faster to order in store as I was in and out in 6 minutes. Friendly staff. Like most chipotle locations, the staff was friendly and efficient. They were even generous enough to give me some extra veggies and cheese without any charge. There is ample parking and prices are comparable to other locations. Ingredients were fresh and made for an overall great meal. The Bad: Not much to say here. I noticed this location topped my bowl with a piece of tin foil rather than the fitted lids that usually come with my order. Not a big deal, but part of my contents leaked into my bag on my way home. Once again, not a big deal. Maybe it's due to the pandemic, but I had a hard time getting utensils or even finding the hot sauce that is often found next to the soda fountain. read more

Was charged $24.10 for the smallest burrito I've ever had from a chipotle. I'm really not that guy to get on a website and complain after a long stint in food service, but this was atrocious. The individual making the burrito put maybe a quarter scoop of chicken and steak on the burrito, I've been to chipotle a ton of times before it was the smallest portion I'd ever seen. I tried to politely ask for another scoop, in which they obliged. They then charged for for a chicken burrito, 2x extra steak (11$) and $3.75 for extra chicken. My partner also got a salad and asked for the vinaigrette, which they said okay, after we check out our host Jenna's said they were out. So rude and unprofessional, very glad we're from out of town so we never have to come here again. I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The meat on the burrito was freezing as well. If you're looking for chipotle around here, find another location so you don't have to get robbed like we did. read more

This place is horrible. Service is terrible. Looks to be fully staffed. However, no one is working. There are 5 people in line and no one at the counter. The soda fountain machine is not working and the other drinks are empty. There is a young lady trying to restock the area but she is getting zero help. After getting my food finding a clean place to eat is pretty tough. One customer just got up and left all of his food trash at the table and left. The seating area is filthy. read more

A couple years ago, this chipotle was the best. But lately, I feel like they do not properly train their employees here. Not to mention, they're always rude or they don't even bother trying to be friendly. I always order the same thing: salad bowl with guac. I use the mobile app to order ahead. They used to get my orders right every time but now, every single time, something is missing. Whether they forget to give me my vinaigrette or they forget my guac (which they charge almost an extra $3 for). Sometimes my rice is undercooked or the chicken is burnt black. If this happened once in a while, that's fine but literally every single time I go here, something is wrong. Disappointing because this is the closest chipotle in the area and it used to be so good. read more

Order at your own risk! This has to be THE worst restaurant I have ever patronized. The food is absolutely horrendous! I ordered the burrito bowl with extra steak and after ONE BITE, I threw it away. What an unacceptable experience!! Under the best of non pandemic circumstances this would be pathetic. Considering a still raging pandemic it's simply unacceptable. There was trash and food on every surface, from the floor to the tables to the self service counter to the food counter. If the front of the house is this bad, I can't imagine how bad the kitchen is!
