Ok, so I finally made it to a Chipotle after possibly being the only person on the east coast who hadn't been there. Barbacoa burrito was delicious. Chops and salsa and guac all good. The dining area, however, leaves much to be desired. I get it... No one eats in the dining area anymore. They'd much rather sit out in their car and do food reviews for YouTube or drive home and have cold food then complain the food is cold. I'm not a millennial (thank the good Lord in Heaven) so call me old fashioned but I like to sit at a table and enjoy my meal while it's hot. Dirty tables, trash cans overflowing, litter on the floor. Echoey, loud, metallic.. it probably wouldn't be a very pleasant place to eat even if it was clean but that's the way they build stuff these days. read more

I had less than 1/4 of the chip bag filled. Then I had made sure to add on the order for napkins and utensils. I had 1 napkin that I had put in myself; and no utensils. I visited this restaurant and was excited since I'd heard good things about Chipotle from friends in "other states". So I got there around 3:30. There were a lot of employees but service was extremely slow. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The area where people were waiting for their completed orders was crowded and looked like mayhem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was a long line for ordering and I didn't get to the counter until almost 4 pm. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos, chips, guacamole and a large fountain soda to go. The guy flipped the tortillas on a hot plate for a few seconds before filling them with a teeny tiny bit of meat and guac ($12.90 + $2.95). When I got to the cashier Ann-K, she seemed distracted but finally gave me my order. She gave me a cup to get the fountain soda. When I turned to the soda fountain, it was gaping open like it was split front to back. The beverage tray was over flowing with ice cubes and there was water all over the floor (sigh). I went back the cashier and told her that the fountain was broken. I paid for a large soda, mind you -$3.45, and she said she would give me a bottle instead. I told her I'd rather have a refund because there were only a few flavors. She grabbed a 12 ounce glass bottle of Coca-Cola and pushed it in my direction. I asked her if she could give me a bottle that didn't had a twist cap. Her response- "You don't have a bottle opener?" I think the look I gave her said everything but before it could come out of my mouth, she took an opener, popped off the cap and handed it to me. My teachers in Catholic school would have been so proud of me. All I said was "This is a to go order. Can you please give me the cap too?". After she gave it back to me I pressed it down on the bottle and left. So I'm supposed to drive with an open bottle of soda? To add insult to injury, the tacos were ice cold...like refrigerator cold. The "large" bag of chips was about 1/3 full. That's $9 I won't get back. So needless to say, I got not much for my $30 + tip. Yes, I still tip even when service sucks. Best guacamole I've had in a long time so they earned the 1 star. read more

Was charged $24.10 for the smallest burrito I've ever had from a chipotle. I'm really not that guy to get on a website and complain after a long stint in food service, but this was atrocious. The individual making the burrito put maybe a quarter scoop of chicken and steak on the burrito, I've been to chipotle a ton of times before it was the smallest portion I'd ever seen. I tried to politely ask for another scoop, in which they obliged. They then charged for for a chicken burrito, 2x extra steak (11$) and $3.75 for extra chicken. My partner also got a salad and asked for the vinaigrette, which they said okay, after we check out our host Jenna's said they were out. So rude and unprofessional, very glad we're from out of town so we never have to come here again. I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The meat on the burrito was freezing as well. If you're looking for chipotle around here, find another location so you don't have to get robbed like we did. read more

Chipotle is no stranger to that trend. Me personally, I enjoy coming into the restaurant and going down the options for my order. Here's my review of this chipotle location The Good: Fast service. I entered the restaurant around peak dinner hours and was surprised to find only other person in line. Everybody else was waiting for their mobile orders and nowhere near keeping 6 feet apart. It definitely is faster to order in store as I was in and out in 6 minutes. Friendly staff. Like most chipotle locations, the staff was friendly and efficient. They were even generous enough to give me some extra veggies and cheese without any charge. There is ample parking and prices are comparable to other locations. Ingredients were fresh and made for an overall great meal. The Bad: Not much to say here. I noticed this location topped my bowl with a piece of tin foil rather than the fitted lids that usually come with my order. Not a big deal, but part of my contents leaked into my bag on my way home. Once again, not a big deal. Maybe it's due to the pandemic, but I had a hard time getting utensils or even finding the hot sauce that is often found next to the soda fountain. read more

Not to mention, they're always rude or they don't even bother trying to be friendly. I always order the same thing: salad bowl with guac. I use the mobile app to order ahead. They used to get my orders right every time but now, every single time, something is missing. Whether they forget to give me my vinaigrette or they forget my guac (which they charge almost an extra $3 for). Sometimes my rice is undercooked or the chicken is burnt black. If this happened once in a while, that's fine but literally every single time I go here, something is wrong. Worst service I have ever had! I did an order on the app for pick up. After arriving I waited for 15 minutes past my pick up time then I asked the cashier for help. She told me my order would be right out. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked the cashier for a refund and was told I had to fight with the number on the website to get my $60 back for 3 burrito. After demanding a refund and being told no refund my order was suddenly ready to go. The restaurant was a discusting mess. I will never come back to any Chipotle ever again. I realize writing a review will not make any difference to how many people will pack this place, but they should be held at least a little accountable: Sign says they open at 10:45, they do not, they open at 11:30. I get it, but they could at least be a pal and update the sign with the correct opening time. All too often there are many "workers" mulling around while the line stretches to the door, while only one or two people try to make the food. All too often they are out of product (steaks typically) and rather than have it quickly replaced it just sits there empty. I could go on: don't tilt the take out container when you put it in the bag, do they have no notion of what happens to all the food in the container when they do that? Apparently not. read more
