So fortunate to have had the only Bojangles outside of the south for so many years. The biscuits are next level compared to what's served at other chains. First, they are full-sized, crisp-pockety exterior, flaky inside w/ a buttery finish. Maybe the only fast food item in history that you swear is homemade. Chicken has good amount of breading, spicer as you get closer to the bone, but not as spicy as it used to be as regular vs. spicy option got morphed into one. It's flavorful, moist, & brings some heat on certain unexpected bites. The sides: it has always been about the dirty rice- that's their signature. Golden colored rice w/ crumbled sausage, bell peppers, & cajun seasoning. The rest are mere subs for those who don't like rice, tho at times I appreciate the nearly potato wedges they call fries. Sweet tea is steeped in-store, not pre-bottled. I know people who roll up just to buy jugs of that. We usually like to take home some of our main entrees for a later small meal but we ended up eating them both in restaurant.
