Perfection. Been coming to this location for decades. While the set-up gets crazier & crazier (I avoid drive-thru at any Chick-fil-a) & the prices continue to climb, the quality remains. Aside from COVID period when chicken breasts shrank (I went on full boycott) the consistency w/ which they deliver menu items is impressive. This remains my absolute favorite fast food choice. The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken sandwich is even more mouth watering than last year w/ a creamy, spicy-sweet, pimento cheese sauce w/ cheddar shreds blanketing their classic, crispy-breaded, chicken. I didn't think the Peach Milkshake could be topped. Banana Pudding may have just unseated it- crunchy Nilla wafer cookie crumbles gives texture & a nod to the pies they made in the 80's. Wyo keeps condiments accessible & staff is always warm & willing to go extra mile. Simply, Chick-fil-a is in a league of their own. read more

Food- order is normally always right, I get a super basic order but only 1 time out of the how many other times I went I got pickles on my sandwich even though I asked for none. Service- workers are normally always nice but if they aren't it just the quiet type Only issue is that it's ALWAYS packed. Ah, Chick-fil-A, ye fast food restaurant of 1,000 sauces and staunch Christian values. The service here is top-notch. Always has been, always will be. Their training of young people has got to be off the chain. Everyone is so damn respectful and accommodating here. I think if anyone ever got poor service at Chick-fil-A, THAT would make national news, because it'd be so out of the ordinary. But let's just talk about the food for a minute. And perhaps more importantly, value. I never feel like I get a good value at Chick-fil-A. Like, a plain little chicken patty on a bun is $4.00. A chicken wrap is $6.85. You can find chicken sandwiches for a dollar or two at any other fast food restaurants. I know just writing this I'm going to get a ton of flak. I can feel it in my bones. But can we also talk about sauces, too? Polynesian? Revolting. It's a ketchup-gloopy mess. Even the signature Chick-fil-A sauce is a lazy combination of BBQ, honey mustard, and ranch. On paper, I guess that should taste good? Wait, no, it shouldn't. It sounds awful, and it is awful. That concoction should be reserved for Gitmo prisoners. If you want to torture someone, feed them Chick-fil-A sauce and they will talk, I guarantee it. Sorry, but I have to admit you can get better chicken sandwiches at Popeye's and Bojangles less than five miles away on Fifth Street. I don't think people are aware that we have the northernmost Bojangle's location in the entire country. In fact, the one in Reading, PA is the only location in PA, and the next closest is in New Carrollton, MD - 138 miles away. People don't know what they have here! Ok, so here's my controversial take of the day - I'd rather have better food and mediocre service than mediocre food and great service. I've been to all the other locations in the area, and this is by far the worst as far as service goes. Ordered a salad and specifically asked for a different salad dressing than comes standard, they gave me the wrong salad dressing. Not only that, I asked for the warm grilled chicken only to receive ICE COLD chicken. Ok fine people make mistakes so we went back to ask for the correct salad dressing and also mentioned that the chicken was cold instead of warm. The employee proceeded to tell my husband that the chicken is supposed to be cold and doesnt not ever come warm. Do not eat here after ordering a 30 count nugget for my family. We discovered fly eggs on the chicken. I reached out to customer service did not get an apology/gift card nothing and basically the store reached out and said that the food inspector came and didn't find anything that I'm claiming so they're pretty much saying that I'm lying this is truly unprofessional inconsiderate, after my family of six trusted the restaurant with our meal. This used to be my favorite restaurant I would never eat at another Chick-fil-A again. I'm putting this review out and the pictures so people can protect their families to know. ALWAYS BUSY! I don't think I've ever drove by and there wasn't a line. The only reason I come to this one is because I always order on the app and just go inside and pick it up. (I used to go to the one at the mall but they stopped doing curbside pick-up.) No way I'm waiting in that line (always wrapped around the building and sometimes even on the main road.) They do have a good team working there though. So many workers outside ready to help and take your order. Despite having so many patrons they are very organized and even in the drive-through they match the order with the car every step of the way. My food always comes out accurate, hot and fresh. My only wishes are that they had the drive-through where two people can order at the same time, and if you order through the app you can skip the line all together. I don't see the point of ordering online if you still have to sit in the line with those that haven't ordered yet. read more

This review is for the Wyomissing location I believe in the Broadcasting Square shopping center. It is long overdue as I hoped things would improve with their service. Most recently, this week, I ordered one grilled chicken sandwich and one battered chicken sandwich, both plain. 99% of the time I get my order, I check it for accuracy. This time I assumed it would be correct and didn't. I drove the 10 miles home to find they gave me two battered sandwiches even though their label on the outside of the bag had it listed as I ordered. My wife not being able to eat fried foods, I drove back the 10 miles, went thru the drive thru again and told them of the screw up! Waited in line 10 more minutes to get the corrected order, of course this time checked it. Neither the person taking the order nor the person giving me the corrected order ever apologized for their mistake! What they did give me was a plastic card good for a free cookie, can you believe this. For wasting an hour of my life and driving 20 miles to correct this, I got a free cookie which I promptly threw in the trash when I got home. The other issues I've experienced at this specific location have been smaller portions of chicken and much greasier chicken than say compared to the Temple Allentown locations. We went to Chick-fil-A and it was amazing. I got Mac and cheese and I loved it. I also got a side salad with their wonderful sauce on it. Two other people from the family got a cob salad and liked it. Good vegetarian options for people that want it. I definitely recommend eating here. The service was good. Fantastic food, and great Customer Service in the dining area as well. We were offered refills numerous times from the older man and woman working. I keep forgetting I should NEVER go to this Chick Fil A again ever in life. Today I ordered a meal with a sweet tea with lemon, they gave me diet cola with lemon. I noticed the mistake before I exited the drive thru so the guy fixed it- or so I thought. When I got home I realized they gave me Dr Pepper (tasted like it had dish soap in it too). On principle, I drove all the way back to get the right drink. I noticed the name on the cup, the color and model of car didn't match me at all. Someone else is very unhappy with their drink today. To add insult to injury after I got home (the second time now), I see that once again, they've not included almonds with the kale salad. They haven't given us the almonds with our kale salad the last 3 times we've ordered it. What are they saving it for? Their lunch breaks? They've gotten so sloppy there. I have been to Chick-fil-A's all over this country and this is by far the worst location I've ever been to. I've been in Reading for the last two weeks and have been to this location 3 times, once for breakfast and twice for lunch. The day I went for breakfast, I ordered the egg white grill. For starters, it was stone cold. Second, the chicken was like eating rubber. It was inedible. I had to throw it away when I got back to my hotel. My first venture there for lunch, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal with the kale salad. The chicken was once again like rubber. I don't know what's going on here, but two times in a row I get bad chicken? Today I went for lunch and got the same thing; grilled chicken sandwich meal with kale salad. This time, I asked to add pickles to my sandwich. They repeated my order back to me and got it correct. I get my food in the drive thru, go back to the hotel only to discover they've given me the wrong sandwich. The label on the box was correct, but it wasn't the sandwich I ordered. Aside from the terrible food experiences, this is also the only location where I've had to wait in the drive thru line for a decent amount of time. Additionally, not one single staff member has been even remotely friendly when I've gone through the drive through. No smiles, no friendly greetings, not even the traditional "my pleasure" when I say thank you. If it wasn't for the sign out front, I'd almost question if this was a Chick-fil-A. read more

The First Lady on the coms just didn't seem like she wanted to be there and then when we pulled up to go get our food after paying the car next to us was handed a order under the name Christina which was the name of the order so at that point my mom asked the car next to us if that was there correct order not wanting them to take our food by accident and suddenly in a rude ton we here one the workers say it right I didn't get them wrong. She then shoved our food at my mom and says bye with the worst attitude. To add the cherry on top our order was wrong. So I will not be returning to this establishment. So the food is good ! I wanted a breakfast burrito with spicy chicken which has always been fine in all other locations except for this one it was a spectacle !! I love Chic-fil-A and never had a bad experience before ending up at this one while interstate traveling. Absolutely nobody there knew what they were doing. They couldn't even process a payment through the prepay App. They handed me 2 wrong drinks when picked up through the drive through and then ended up giving me cold fries, the wrong sandwich, and no straws or napkins. I realized this only AFTER getting back on the highway. Needed to stop at a Wawa to get the utensils and napkins Chic-Fil-A ignored. I only got the Chic-filet sauce and ketchup after requesting it 4 times. Corporate should be ashamed and embarrassed that they let this franchisee use their brand. Eat anywhere else but here!!! I finally had a bad Chick-fil-A experience. I was working in the Reading, PA area for the week and decided to go get breakfast. I asked for my usual spicy chicken. The cashier/server, D, said that they don't serve them anymore. The owner, Scott, jumped in the conversation and said that only southerners would want to eat that for breakfast. He told me to get a regular chicken biscuit and put buffalo sauce on it. I told him that I had one at another Pennsylvania store location. I was appalled. I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A's food and customer service experience. My breakfast burrito was good despite the bad service. When I thanked the server and the owner, neither one of them said, "my pleasure." They didn't even say thank you. No wonder at 9:05 am I was the only one there.
