This after complaining two times. There was total chaos in that restaurant. People were waiting just like us. There's is more than 50% chance something in your order will be wrong. And god forbid you stray even one ingredient from the default meals because that will 100% be wrong. These workers could not be more helpless if they tried. Without fail theres always 1-2 cars in line yet it takes 5 minutes just to get to the window. From there they are always "waiting" on one of your items and send you to one of the parking spots for no less than 10 minutes. Got here it was about 7:00 and they werent opened right away when there is a sign on the door ststing they are to be opened from 6am to 11 pm. I'm still mad about the horrible service at this McDs when Mom and I went to the drive thru. There were only 2 cars ahead of us but it took a very long time to process each order. They only used one of the 2 intercoms for ordering and when we pulled up we waited a couple of minutes in silence before finally asking if anyone was there to take our order. When we got to the window to pay there were 4 people in the cashier area. The guy who took the cash threw the change, totally missing my hand so that it fell on the ground and then he just shut the window. Despite there being just 2 cars ahead of us- all we got was cheeseburgers and fries, it took a very very long time to get our food. We sill go to McDs a few times each month because it's Mom's favorite, but we have not and will not go back to this local McD. read more

No wait at the drive thru plus the order actually being done correctly is short and sweet about as good as it gets in terms of getting greased from the dirty arches. It's a low bar to flop over I know and maybe having a CFA location next door makes them actually try harder considering that CFA's drive thru line was wrapped around the store, but either way we got what we asked for the first time which for a McD's is like finding a pot of BBQ sauce at the end of the McNugget rainbow. read more

This drive-through is incredibly slow. Ordered two small things and then sat in the drive-through with absolutely no movement for 15 minutes before we left. Not sure how they're having that much trouble moving cars but not a single car moved in minutes. It was 2pm, not even typical lunch time. read more

I had to stop into this McDonalds to get some napkins after my sister spilled my coffee in the car. I was only in this area because I had to use the 222 service road instead of the highways, but I could see the locals' looks of disgust as I got out of the car with NY plates. People pulled their children away as if I were Godzilla. Upon asking Terry, one of the young employees milling around for some napkins, he proceeded to hand me one, I kindly asked for a few more in which some large woman who had a managerial air to her, shouted, "did he order somethin'?" So I told her no, and then she said "nuh uh nuh uh no giveaways" and snatched the napkins out of his hands. He ran off to the back and I left with my one napkin. The coffee had already begun drying into the rubber mats in my car as I approached Wawa down the road where they were more than happy I take as many napkins as I need. Avoid this location unless you're a local with as many tats as teeth. Parking lot and drive through in front. read more

This place is a McDonald's right next to a shopping center. We stopped here on our way through town because the munchkin had a hankerin' for Mickey Ds. By its very nature a franchise is supposed to be very similar every other McDonald's on the planet. They succeeded here. They were busy, but lines moved quickly. Staff was polite. The customers....not so much, but that's not on the facility. Enjoy your meal. Don't bother ordering the salad :) read more

We went here to try their new crispy chicken sandwiches for lunch. After we paid at the drive thru we were told to wait at the end of the building for our food. TEN minutes later nobody came out with the food so I went inside to see if they forgot us. Rude employee, (dark hair pulled back and glasses) asked what we ordered then told us it takes 8 or 9 minutes to make one of these sandwiches?? So I guess they don't make ANY ahead in anticipation of selling them over the lunch hour? She finally handed us the sandwiches (probably from someone else's order) and when I asked her why they don't tell you it will be 8 or 9 minutes when you order she rudely ignored me, turned around and walked away. Who does this to a paying customer? McDonalds needs to seriously monitor their employee's rude and lazy interactions with customers more closely, makes for a very poor showing for the company!!!! This is probably one of the WORST managed McDonalds I have ever been to. Just ONCE, I would like my food hot and correct.... not setting the bar too high but for this location they still find a way to trip over that bar.... last trip my Coffee with cream was handed to me black. Of course I was already on 422 and getting into that Mcdonalds is a NIGHTMARE so the trip back and through the drive threw takes 10 minutes with the lights. I usually am careful about negative reviews but this one I could not help. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and orange juice in the drive through. We get to the pick up window and the girl say '2 bagels?'. We said no and she closes the window. She opens and asks what we ordered. We told her and she closed the window again. Opens it again hands us the juice and tells us park in the waiting area. Several minutes later a boy comes out with a small bag and asks what ordered. Again. He had one of the sandwiches.... we had to ask him 3 times to leave it with us and he walked away without saying what he was going to do. I then went into the store to see what was happening. The manager came over and asked what I needed. My food! What food he said tersely. I handed him my receipt and he just stared at it for the longest time. I then said just give my money back for what I didn't receive. He handed me the money and walked away. No apologies, concerns, nothing. Never again read more

I shop in the area regularly. So, I have stopped here a few times. When business is slow, they are fairly polite. However, the service diminishes, when business picks-up. This last visit, I waited close to 10 minutes for my order. I had planned to eat there. But, ran out of time. Once I pulled-off, I realized my chicken sandwich (chicken and bacon) were significantly burnt. My fries were burnt as well. I tried calling the number on the receipt. But, it was constantly busy. When I called the 800 number and was told someone from management would call me back within a few days. Its 2 weeks and several calls later. I have received no call back. Obviously, management doesn't care about customers. So, why should the employees. Make this place your last resort. Chickfila is a much better choice. read more
