Not a great experience with the employees. After the fall fest, my friend and I decided to get a drink. We went inside because my friend had to use the restroom. While I was about to pay for my drink, another employee was walking by, carrying a tub of matcha powder. She dropped the container and the matcha literally flew right at me. ALL over my pants and shoes. I understand it's not that big of a deal because matcha comes out but not a single employee apologized for the encounter. The girl who dropped the container said "don't hate me. It wasn't my fault." That was it. Then walked away. The girl waiting for me to pay just said the price again. Never acknowledged the fact that I was COVERED in matcha powder. I wasn't expecting a free drink or anything, I was only expecting an apology. I don't care if they're just young, you don't cover someone in something and not apologize. That's just RUDE. And my drink wasn't even blended well. Should've at least had a good drink after that experience. It doesn't make sense why people are staying in line that long. For the money it cost for a drink...you guys need to get it together. I waited over a half hour in drive thru. The other day it was longer. Same girl both times with blue hair. She always gets my order wrong and you have to ck her because the board is not working, so you cannot see what you are ordering. Today I asked her to repeat my order back to me and she said "I'll repeat your order back to you when your finished ordering ". I was finished ordering. And who cares if I wasn't. This location is always super busy but my pick up order is correct and on time. Even early sometimes! The people are nice and the building is clean. My only gripe is the parking lot is terrible. Way too small and I've seen way too many almost accidents so drive carefully! read more

This location is horrendous. When you order on the app, it gives you an ETA of 0-15 minutes. Wait times are typically more like 25-45 minutes. Today, we placed an order and went in 25 minutes later, expecting a short wait. After standing around for 15 minutes, we asked what the delay was. We were told that they were working on orders from an hour earlier. That's nearly an hour and a half for a cup of coffee. We told them we couldn't wait. The person behind the counter pointed to another line with about 12 people waiting for a refund. This isn't a one-time thing. There are usually one or two employees busting their butts while everyone else just stands and watches. Luckily their online customer service is more competent than the people who who there. The baristas here are super friendly. They are accommodating and love to communicate. Sometimes the drive thru line can be long so plan accordingly but I've never had any trouble at this location and my coffee is always made exactly how I like it. read more

This Starbucks is a hot mess. The staff does not have it together. Lines are long - they are unprepared on any given day. The app is more technology than they can handle. At least twice a month the app says they are out of my go-to beverage....oh but wait..if you go there (and wait in the drive thru, hope you've got 30 minutes or so) they actually DO have your beverage. I called there once and they said "Oh, they need to reset the app. No they don't want to do it now..." So, I press the point, they grudgingly do this, and then tell me I have to turn my phone off and on. And that if it happens again (which again is twice a week, happening today...) I need to call them and tell them? Uh, no. I wish corporate would do an unannounced visit here. They need an intervention. read more

They've spent the last two weeks or so turning off mobile ordering and shutting down their entire lobby. Do you have 45 minutes to sit in a drive-thru that wraps all the way around the building? Listen, I completely understand businesses are struggling post-Covid. I tip everyone well, I'm always kind to service workers, and I am generally very patient as I wait in the insanely long drive thru line at this location. However, everyone has their breaking point. Toddler in the car with me, and so I opted for drive thru. I knew I'd wait awhile but 30 min is truly unreasonable. I should have gotten out of line, but I had invested so much time already...and again-toddler that I was trying to avoid bringing out and in the car seat. Finally get my drink, and it tastes like pure oatmilk with no espresso...for $6+ (brown sugar shaken espresso). I get this drink often and know what it tastes like. Turns out, they were training staff today. Great, but you've got 8 people at least that I could see... are any of them trained?? It's lunch hour. Can you not train at a different time of day? So I have to get out of my car anyway with toddler who's now whining and screaming bc we've been waiting 30 min, and I hear the maybe manager telling everyone they're doing great. I'm all about reinforcing your staff and treating people well, but come on. My drink was wrong , another drink was wrong as I was waiting for my drink to be made again, and we all have waited ages. How is that a great job? I wish I could say that the wait time was due to covid, but this has been an issue for long before covid too. This location just can't seem to get it together, and I won't be returning again. Don't even order online ahead of time. You will wait for 30 mins. once you arrive at your expected time. They need to get their act together. I placed an on-line order and then drive to the store. That was a 15 minute drive. Then I store in the line inside the store for another 15 minutes. I see no point in the pre-ordering process. If you are able to get here when the rest of the world is asleep you may get your drink, however, if you dare stop here during a busy time you can plan for pure chaos, a 30+ minute wait and baristas that have been well trained in never making eye contact. This location can be frustrating. The people are friendly. The product is good, but the size of the store is not adequate for the area. This morning I drove from Exeter to find their hours changed to open at 7. I can't see a kiosk note from my home. They turn off mobile ordering when they get overwhelmed and did so on National Coffee Day which affected everybody's free stars promo that day. I have since joined Panera's subscription service. It's cheap, closer, reliable, and quick. I've been a regular since 1999. Get more stores. This isn't Wyoming. read more

I've come to expect great and polite service from this particular Starbucks despite the fact that it has a drive-thru. Today, however, I was not impressed at all. I saw a sign advertising the 'skinny' cinnamon dolce latte. I've had its whole milk counterpart and decided maybe I'd try this to see the difference. I order it and the girl asks me if i'd like vanilla syrup or sugar free syrup in that. Puzzled I answer vanilla, figuring it must be something new. I get to the window and after I pay, she says "Here's your vanilla latte." I told her "I didn't order vanilla. I wanted the skinny cinnamon dolce." This is when she decides to inform me that they are out of Cinnamon Dolce. I ask for my money back and she snootily informs me that I can only get a store credit. Mobile order is not a time saver. Left work to pick up my order estimated for 308pm. They continue to service drive through patrons while there is a lobby full of mobile orders waiting. This is an incredibly frustrating Starbucks to go to as you always have to wait for much longer than any other Starbucks I've been to and, recently, the staff have become infuriating as it appears that they really don't care about doing their jobs but rather joking around. The past few times I've gone, I've had issues with them not knowing how to process my rewards (after I've said something multiple times) so I've been charged and had to wait and extra 5 minutes for a manager to eventually come over and fix it. Today was the worst - line wrapped around and there's only one person taking orders and most of the baristas are joking around rather than finishing orders. There's no creamers out for those who bought regular coffee so the wait gets longer. Lastly, it appears that we don't use consistent measuring here because my beverage had way more sugar in it than I've ever experienced before oh but it wasn't a full cup! The line is always long in this drive-thru lol but it's because it's the only available drive-thru in the area. All the other Starbucks are in target. The service is always pretty quick though, and the staff is always friendly. No complaints! I love coming here and I will continue to do so. read more

They mostly get the order correct. The staff is seemingly always in a rush and usually causes orders to be confused. It is really a "hit or miss" when it comes to the friendliness of the staff. One thing that sorely bothers me is when a barista/cashier hands me my beverage by the lid!!!! I really hate that and it happens more often than not at this location.
