    Beef Empanada
    Indiasky B.

My family were in town for an event and found this place in walking distance. Though it was a bit hard to find since it's within the courtyard of the buildings. We ordered an appetizer of beef empanadas which were crispy on the outside and saucie on the inside. It had a good amount of cut up beef (not ground meat like some others) and well seasoned with soft potatoes. Loved it!! Then we had the buñuelos which is a perfectly round sweet cheesy fried dough ball. I had theses elsewhere and I didn't care for it because it was dry but not these! They were spongy, sweet, and soft. Not dry at all. We ordered onion steak with side of fried crispy plantains, and a garden salad. Grilled steak with sides of beans and yucca fries. Each plate came with white rice that was flavorful. The service was friendly and quick. The only downside was that their frozen fruit for shakes are presweetned. I went to a Colombian restaurant in Knoxville TN that made me a Lulo shake without sugar which I put sweetner and it was my favorite! So if you can have sugar please try the Lulo juice shake, it's so refreshing! The ambiance was very festive as it should have been since it was Colombia's Independence Day!!! Besides all the flags and balloons the decor is very authentic to Colombia and it was a great experience! Will definitely come back!

Hugo Guanabana / Soursop Fruit Juice - A creamy, pale yellow soursop fruit juice is served in a clear plastic cup with a dome lid and a straw. The cup features a Café de Colombia logo with a cartoon bear wearing a hat and holding a coffee cup. The drink is placed on a dark wooden table, with a colorful, decorated building in the background, suggesting a vibrant, festive atmosphere.

Arepa con Todo - A Colombian-style arepa is presented on a white square plate, topped with shredded chicken, crumbled cheese, yellow corn kernels, and a drizzle of sauce. The arepa appears to be thick and round, with toppings evenly distributed. The background shows a dark surface, emphasizing the dish's presentation.

This place needs an updated review, so here I am!…read more Service, amazing. Food, great. I got the mini bandeja paisa, my wife got some chicken cutlet with plantains and my baby girl got the cheeseburger with fries. They had 2 different sauces; one's some mayo type sauce and the other, their home made jalapeno sauce. That jalapeno sauce was some of the best sauces, period, that I've ever had - it had a nice kick, but not too spicy, a hint of sweetness, but more tangy and flavorful... So good that we bought their big bottle ($15). 2 days later and we are halfway done. :( My baby girl was making a huge mess with her PEZ candy and they were dropping all over, but the lady who took care of us, was extremely patient and understood our frustration. She was graceful towards us! Everywhere I look, and I don't mean to offend anyone but, too many "American" restaurants that serve the same or very similar dishes and there isn't much around that offers distinctive cuisine, but this place is different and I was glad that we ended going there, especially after going to a very disappointing restaurant the night before. If y'all read this, go check this place out and make sure to try out their jalapeno sauce!

We had never been there before and we wanted to try their Colombian cuisine. We were greeted by one of the owners as we entered. We found out that it is a family owned business. We knew that they had not received their liquor license and brought a bottle of wine. We are amazed by the number of choices on the menu. I had the red snapper meal. Normally it is fried. I asked if it could be steamed and the owner said, "Of course". My wife ordered the country platter which comes in three sizes. She ordered the small one and was stuffed. I took some of my meal home. Later the other owner came to the table to visit. Both the husband and wife are so friendly. We will continue to patronize Los Arrieros Restaurant! Next time we go for lunch. Very affordable!!!

This is a great place with authentic cuisine. We started with the chicken Empanadas which were crispy on the outside and full of delicious flavors on the inside. I'm sorry we didn't try the beef and cheese ones...maybe next time. The seafood paella was full of shrimp, octopus, mussels and chorizo over seasoned rice with fried onions, red peppers and peas. The chorizo was so good I got a few to take home. The ropa vieja was beef which was slow cooked to the point of falling apart and melting in your mouth with potatoes and a side of rice. There were three in my party and we all had at least seconds and still had some leftovers. Very enjoyment meal and would recommend.

My craving fof Colombian needed to be satisfied so how lucky that there was another place. One, it's a bit more expensive than what Im used to. Two, the food was cold quickly. The bandeja was alright but mostly rice, they give such a big container you think you're getting more but its mostly rice. The carne lacked flavor which is my favorite part so i was most disappointed about that. Everything else was good just nothing amazing. Can't comment on service or ambiance since it was takeout. The empanadas were at least very good, no regrets on those. Overall alright, but could definitely be improved.

So we decided to try some Columbian food from Las Delicias, I was very impressed by my whole dining experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches we had were great. We had the Hamburguesa de Pollo and the Sandwich de Carnita. Both were flavorful and delicious. The Pataconeschips were well salted and paired well with the sauces included. The only issues that I had was that the sandwiches were too good, they overshadowed the rest of the food. The Chicharron and the empanadas were not up to the standards set by the sandwiches. We got delivery so I can not rate the inside of the restaurant or the interaction with the staff. The delivery was thru Grub Hub and the food was ready on time and still delivered hot. They were also very reasonably priced we got so much food that we had leftovers for the next day, all for under $50 including tip and delivery fee. If you are looking for something a little bit different in the Easton area I highly recommend ordering from here. Overall very happy with our experience here and would not mind ordering from here again.
