I got the mini bandeja paisa, my wife got some chicken cutlet with plantains and my baby girl got the cheeseburger with fries. They had 2 different sauces; one's some mayo type sauce and the other, their home made jalapeno sauce. That jalapeno sauce was some of the best sauces, period, that I've ever had - it had a nice kick, but not too spicy, a hint of sweetness, but more tangy and flavorful... So good that we bought their big bottle ($15). 2 days later and we are halfway done. :( My baby girl was making a huge mess with her PEZ candy and they were dropping all over, but the lady who took care of us, was extremely patient and understood our frustration. She was graceful towards us! Everywhere I look, and I don't mean to offend anyone but, too many "American" restaurants that serve the same or very similar dishes and there isn't much around that offers distinctive cuisine, but this place is different and I was glad that we ended going there, especially after going to a very disappointing restaurant the night before. If y'all read this, go check this place out and make sure to try out their jalapeno sauce!

We had never been there before and we wanted to try their Colombian cuisine. We were greeted by one of the owners as we entered. We found out that it is a family owned business. We knew that they had not received their liquor license and brought a bottle of wine. We are amazed by the number of choices on the menu. I had the red snapper meal. Normally it is fried. I asked if it could be steamed and the owner said, "Of course". My wife ordered the country platter which comes in three sizes. She ordered the small one and was stuffed. I took some of my meal home. Later the other owner came to the table to visit. Both the husband and wife are so friendly. We will continue to patronize Los Arrieros Restaurant! Next time we go for lunch. Very affordable!!!

This is a great place with authentic cuisine. We started with the chicken Empanadas which were crispy on the outside and full of delicious flavors on the inside. I'm sorry we didn't try the beef and cheese ones...maybe next time. The seafood paella was full of shrimp, octopus, mussels and chorizo over seasoned rice with fried onions, red peppers and peas. The chorizo was so good I got a few to take home. The ropa vieja was beef which was slow cooked to the point of falling apart and melting in your mouth with potatoes and a side of rice. There were three in my party and we all had at least seconds and still had some leftovers. Very enjoyment meal and would recommend.

OMG, perfection! They have a bakery on site and everything is delicious. I love their cheese bread and dulce de leche pastries. This is the hole-in-the-wall restaurant that the connoisseurs go to while the rest of the dummies eat in the mall. The carne lacked flavor which is my favorite part so i was most disappointed about that. Everything else was good just nothing amazing. Can't comment on service or ambiance since it was takeout. The empanadas were at least very good, no regrets on those. Overall alright, but could definitely be improved.
