I came back today because I really do enjoy the subs and this is the closest location to my house. I walked in with 4 people in front of me and due to my past experiences with this particular location, I figured I would be very frustrated. I was very wrong! The staff seemed new and very focused on the walk in customer as a priority over phone in and on-line orders. It was a complete 180 from my previous visits! The sandwich was perfect and the staff were pleasant and courteous, but most of all they were attentive. This was about 11:45 as the lunch rush had just started on a Monday and I was very impressed with how organized and professional everything was running. Kudos to management/ownership for addressing the personnel issues in the past because I will now consider coming back weekly!!!! Strongly recommend!!!!

I usually love going to Chipotle and I come here every week, but today was disappointing. After work I ordered a burrito and everything was stocked except cheese -- which is honestly one of the best parts. It seemed like it might have been available in the back, but no one offered to check or restock. I understand places get busy, especially during rush hour, but basic ingredients should be available or at least there should be better communication with customers. I still like Chipotle, but I hope this location improves on keeping items stocked and customer service. read more

Just got done with my chipotle bowl and disgusted would be an understatement. I peel open the aluminum lid and what do I see? 3 long hairs that look like they belong to a silver back gorilla. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here under any circumstances. This is a new low for chipotle. read more

My suggestion is to share it or eat the entire thing when it's fresh. We shared churros for dessert but ate them before the camera came out! Trust me, they're yummy. It took over an hour just to get a table, which already set the tone for the night. The place felt overwhelmed and not well organized for the volume of people they were trying to handle. Once we were finally seated, service continued to be very slow. Drinks and attention from staff were hard to get, and everything moved at a frustrating pace. The food, though, was honestly delicious, that part didn't disappoint at all. The most uncomfortable moment happened at the bar. The bartender told us, "you guys are all set," which made us think someone had covered our margaritas. We left that interaction genuinely believing they were taken care of. An hour later, we were handed a check anyway. It felt confusing and honestly a bit embarrassing, like there was a miscommunication that could've been handled much better in the moment. Overall, great food, but the experience was messy, slow, and poorly coordinated. I'd still give it a 6/10, mostly carried by the food, not the service or organization.

All weenies here are basic and have Gold Medal brand buns which are just cheep-O buns which you can get at the grocery store. All ingredients are just basic cheep-O stuff. Really a waste of time and money. No love here at all. Make your weenies at home and save money and you can do a much better job even with minimal culinary skills. Amazed that anyone would go here more than once other than "to get something to eat." I was assuming that these weenies would be jazzed up somehow and at least be different than you would make at home. In fact, they were worse. Literally these weenies were like the kind made for an elementary school lunchroom or a field-trip sack lunch.
