My second time here. The steak fajita salad is enormously delicious and I ate the leftovers (even a bit soggy) the next day. My suggestion is to share it or eat the entire thing when it's fresh. We went to Fiesta Mexican Restaurant to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, and it was exactly what you'd expect for the date, extremely crowded, lines outside, and a very chaotic atmosphere. It took over an hour just to get a table, which already set the tone for the night. The place felt overwhelmed and not well organized for the volume of people they were trying to handle. Once we were finally seated, service continued to be very slow. Drinks and attention from staff were hard to get, and everything moved at a frustrating pace. The food, though, was honestly delicious, that part didn't disappoint at all. The most uncomfortable moment happened at the bar. The bartender told us, "you guys are all set," which made us think someone had covered our margaritas. We left that interaction genuinely believing they were taken care of. An hour later, we were handed a check anyway. It felt confusing and honestly a bit embarrassing, like there was a miscommunication that could've been handled much better in the moment. They made the worst margarita I have ever had in my life, it was like a candy bar. There are free traditional recipes on the internet. No excuse there. They also put seltzer water in it. WTH is that? The food was above average. 1-10, I'd say hard 6. Lastly, it's a Mexican restaurant... and they are playing non Mexican music. Umm so far we have Argentinian, Uruguayan and Venezuelan reggaeton. Out of place to say the least. It's ok. If you have nothing else to do and you just want protein or environment that you will never talk about in a negative or positive way, this is your place. This is one of my favorite local restaurants, hands down. The fajita chimichanga with steak is absolutely delicious. Though I usually get take out since the pandemic, the table side guac here was always so good whenever I did eat in the restaurant with friends/family. We go here pretty often (never had takeout). While I rate it four stars, I've never had anything bad here; it's consistently...good to very good. Never bad. But the menu doesn't change much at all (I don't think they've ever had a nightly special...i.e. "let's try something new" while I've been going.) Fajitas, margaritas, complimentary chips/salsa and tableside guac (get that; made fresh in front of you) always real good. If we have a hankering for any of those, we're there. I usually love this restaurant. We went for dinner and the food was great. HOWEVER, unfortunately, this time something very concerning happened. I took a sip of my water and ended up with a shard of glass in my mouth. Thankfully, I noticed right away and didn't swallow it. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know how these things can happen--a glass must have broken near or over the bar ice (my cup was plastic)..I immediately let our server know and even suggested that the ice behind the bar be swapped out to keep anyone else from having the same experience. I am also pregnant, so the situation was extra alarming for me. The server said he would tell the manager, but we waited and no manager ever came by our table to check in or acknowledge what happened. In the end, we paid our full check and left feeling pretty unsettled. I'm writing this not to bash a place I genuinely enjoy, but because safety and hospitality matter. Mistakes happen but how they're handled makes all the difference. I truly hope management addresses this, because I'd love to feel comfortable coming back to a spot that has always delivered great food to us. read more

Quick light lunch with my wife for a bite and a beer. Fiesta was great. The beer was fresh and ice cold. Reasonably priced drinks (under $7 for a tall mug) and delicious food. We split the baja fish tacos. They came out hot and tasted great with a light drizzle smoky sauce along with a generous portion of rice and beans. We sat at the bar, watched the 4 big screens while bar staff cut fresh watermelons and pineapple for cocktails. Our bartender Misael was funny, friendly, quick and courteous. I decided to check out their Birria tacos, which was delish. Cheesy and their meat was well seasoned Definitely recommend! Dessert: we couldn't decide between fried ice cream and churros. About 10-15 minute wait for 2 on Saturday night. Nice atmosphere and though it's crowded it's not overly. Love the complimentary house made salsa and chips. The food wasn't as good as previous visits and service was slow leaving us to flag down the person who brought us our food to request drinks because our server never came back after taking our order. The care and attention given, from hospitality to food preparation, went over and above to make sure my experience was welcoming, safe, delicious, and cost effective. This hidden fee was unacceptable. There should be clear notices on the door, website, and at the top of the menu in bold. Even though the fee was small, it's the principle that matters. I had a disappointing experience with the management. Their lack of organization and communication was clear. It was clear that the staff and management were not on the same page. there was a mix-up with our take-out food orders, and instead of resolving the issue promptly, the manager didn't provide any sort of explanation or apology for the mixup and the hostess had to go back and grab him again just to tell me when it would finally be corrected. I'm glad at least the hostess knew what she was doing and could provide a professional and polite response to their paying customer. It was clear that the manager didn't want to take responsibility for the mistake made in his establishment. Also the food is mostly terrible, after all that trouble we could barely stomach it. Went here last weekend searching for Birria tacos. Service was good, atmosphere was good but the Birria I got was disappointing. Beans were dry from a heat light you could draw shapes and it would stay. Rice seemed to be on the same level. But the tacos and sauce were like nothing I have had before. Went here with my grandchildren this evening and got a table quickly. It was really loud and they were very busy. I looked up from my table and saw that the movie The Joker (Joaquin Phoenix) was on the television near our table and my 7 year old grandson could see it. I nicely asked three people to change the channel and was told by both our waitress and bartender that they could not shut it off because some guys at the bar har requested to watch it, so they would be leaving it on. My grandson got to watch someone get shot in the head. Additionally the food was not that great. Its infuriating that it was 5PM on a Friday night and there were other small children were within eye shot of the screen (it was playing on like 5 different screens) and its is a shame that the bartender couldn't put the needs of a kid over that of grown adults who can go home and watch the movie. read more

This dish was not made as it states on the menu they forgot to include the refried beans in the burrito and the onions and cilantro on top. Meat had no flavor. For the sides the rice was horrible once again lacking flavor and was mushy like it was over cooked. The refried beans for the side dish were soupy and runny . The service was very slow and lack of knowledge and not checking in to see how the food was or if we needed anything. The ambiance is lacking bathrooms are filthy and need a make over. The whole restaurant could use a make over and a good cleaning. I usually would give places a second chance but I'm going to pass on that with this place. The family and I ate here at 4 PM last Monday and long story short 3 out of 4 of us got violently ill the following evening. Food poisoning. I contacted the restaurant and was met with a manager named Alvario who did not seem to care or believe me. I explained the timeline and how we all got sick, I wanted them to take it seriously and also in the very least refund me for the meals that got us sick. Nope. My husband and I ate here for the first time last weekend and we loved it. We sat at a high top in the bar area and had quick and prompt service. The complimentary chips and salsa were good. We each got a cocktail (raspberry margarita and coronarita) and they were delicious. A good balance of alcohol and flavor. Our meals were good, and came out very hot. No complaints. Fiesta really upped their service and flavor game a few years ago and it is one of my favorite places for Mexican now. They have a bomb skinny margarita: low on calories , great on taste! The staff here is top notch. They clearly have training on being friendly, accommodating and professional. They don't upcharge constantly or make you feel like a slug for asking for dietary alterations to meals which is appreciated!! This place feels like fun and never serves a bad meal. Classic favorites are the fajitas but all the seafood dishes are delicious and not skimpy. Highly recommend for service food and atmosphere read more
