After a couple bad experiences in the past I was surprised and happy to see a full bowl and fast friendly service. Today's visit was a huge improvement and turn around from previous. Ill be back again soon. read more

Super annoyed w this place. The food was fine, it's the customer service that was not great. I only ordered food from them because they had a free chips & guac deal for Cinco de Mayo. I placed my order on the website and hit send. Literally the moment I did, I realized I forgot to enter the dang coupon code. Ugh! I tried to cancel the order and was going to order again, using the coupon code. But it wouldn't let me cancel. I tried calling the store, but good luck w that. Trying to find the phone number for any of their stores is nearly impossible. The only number online sends you to the corporate office. It's open normal office hours and this was later in the evening. So I got their automatic message to call back tomorrow. Good luck getting help after 5pm is my point. So I paid for the chips & guac, which is not cheap. I was annoyed at myself and Chipotle for this whole thing. I knew I spent way too much time already trying to find their contact info. But now I was on a mission to get this refund. I invested way too much of my life at this point. I figured I would reach out the next day. Another thing to add to my list of crap to do. But it was going to get my refund, come hell or high water! This was happening. Welp... it didn't happen. I got in contact with corporate the next day and this was their response: "Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. My name is Bave, and I'm here to assist you today. I'm sorry to hear that you missed the CINCO26 promotion for Chips & Guacamole on your delivery order, especially since that was the reason you placed the order. I understand how frustrating it is when a promotion doesn't get applied as intended. For this offer, the code must be entered at checkout and applied before the order is submitted, and it cannot be added or adjusted afterward once the transaction is completed. Because of that, we're not able to manually apply or refund the promotion after the order has already been placed. I know this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share your experience." I was like, what kind of customer service is that? I asked if they could provide me with a gift card or coupon code for chips & guac on a future order. They said nope, that's not happening. When I told them this was pretty crappy customer service they offered me a free beverage. Ugh! First of all I don't want a beverage. Second of all, a beverage is much cheaper than the chips & guac. Like come on bro, is this really putting the company out? So I told them no thanks on the free beverage, but I won't be back. Customer service like that says a lot. I work in the restaurant industry and I can't imagine treating a customer like that. I haven't been there since and will not be returning in the future. read more

Went there at 200 in the afternoon. There was no one else in the place. Tables were dirty. Floor was dirty. Garbage cans were overflowing. The menu is confusing and not at all clear of what they offer. The food was as good as everything I mention above. Would NEVER go back! read more

My friend and I heard about the new Chili lime chips that they had at chipotle so we made mobile orders specifically to get those chips and we both ordered tacos when we get home and open our mobile orders we realize that they did not even give us the chili lime chips and they gave us regular chips and cilantro lime sour cream, which was not what we ordered at all and I ordered three hardshell tacos, which were not ready on time and then they proceeded to give me a bowl full of toppings just dumped on taco shells that were completely un edible so we basically got nothing that we asked for and I am so disappointed and I literally won't go back to Chipotle because of this because you guys suck so bad. You need to get new managers and new employees because no one knows what they're doing at all because no one apparently knows what a taco is when they literally work at chipotle. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - All of the taco filling that was just dumped on top of the hardshell tacos that I had to take out and eat now as a bowl. - Mexican Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

Does anyone manage this place? The group of kids working today are just having a grand ol time yapping it up. So loud that it was quite obnoxious. The veggies were burnt and so was the regular chicken. The whole experience kinda grossed me out. Will never return to this location. read more

They forgot my guacamole in my VEGGIE bowl. Place has trash everywhere and line was super long. Ordered online and took a lot longer than what I was told online. 30min longer read more

I've been going to this store on Montezuma St for about 4 months. I will not return ever. Problem is when you simply ask for a specific way you want something. They always do the opposite. Plus all the Mexican nationality's are not happy with anyone else. I have many friends, & are family, very great people so that not it. They are probably from moms and dads that are net citizens so it makes some sense. But not at work? Smile sometimes and actually be helpful. Or get a job you like. Quality sucks is all I can come up with. Too bad McDonald's bought it. Never been the same. And to say it frankly I still will buy. But not there. read more

Ive given this place so many chances, but at this point im willing to drive to prescott valley, i ordered chips and salsa an hour before they close because a girl had a craving, I send my boyfriend in just for them to tell him they dont have anymore chips. He said they were already closing and were putting food up. I literally used to work at chipotle the big girl in the back is just lazy. Chipotle closing crew is scheduled AN HOUR after closing to clean up and put food up. No wonder they didnt have chips, they already threw them away when they were still open for an hour just so they can go home early. If you dont want to work there DONT. Then proceeded to have a attitude I dont know who these people are feeling like! read more

I ordered a burrito online. I showed up to pick it up on time. I watched the line in the store move faster than my order for pick up. There was guy doing to go orders and he had to walk between stations to get the ingredients. He also had no sense of urgency and attempted to walk away from his station twice. He had to be told to stay and fix my burrito. My burrito was 13 minutes late. I online so I don't have to wait , I'm done with chipotle. this is like the 10th time that I've had some kind of issue with them. I just started eating the burrito and they forgot the vegetables. not happy! read more

Service & Ambiance: staff (with the exception of the first guy on the line 5/18/26) was VERY UNFRIENDLY! Second guy online said nothing, girl on the register kind of grunted something unintelligible. No eye contact. No smiles. No friendliness of any kind. The place was DIRTY. Floors, tables, counter for the line, and windy. The place was not busy. My husband and I hadn't been for years and thought we'd go. Probably not again. I can't rate the food, because I haven't eaten yet. My hope is that it's much better than the service. These young people need training in Customer Service and be grateful that they have a job. read more

This Chipotle location has stepped up their food service game. Every item was available in abundance & there were plenty of friendly staff to put the orders together. The seating area was clean & the garbage containers were not overflowing. The addition of the Honey Chicken was a bonus. This Chipotle is still far better than the Prescott Valley location. read more

Would not give free chips and guacamole on Cinco D'Mayo after I ordered full meal. Total ripoff. No wonder they have bad ratings.

Took the family here for dinner the other night. Now I will say it was busy, as expected. But the service was very poor. The girl making my bowl was out of it. I asked for queso and I get it's an up charge but why did I get a small amount. Like literally a teaspoon!! It was about 52$ for what we got. I decided I wanted chips and queso.... Why on earth were the chips stale? And not even a full bag it was like half a bag for the large size. Ugh over all very disappointing. Prob won't be returning read more

We stood in line behind two people. So you think oh good this won't take long. 20 mins later still behind the same people and the kids behind the counter was working all by himself. No came over to try to help. Clean place but really, here we are again in a chipotle and this is what happening?!? We didn't eat anything because we just couldn't wait any longer. So we left. Really sad used to really like Chipotle but any more no matter which one we go to it's always a bad experience. read more

Quality control is nonexistent. Massive chunks of something (maybe unripe avocado?? I literally can't tell) took up more than half of my guac container. Tortillla was cold rice and steak wasnt seasoned properly. Only one meat (steak) was available. Girl on the line started sweeping behind the counter with 3 customers in line. Both bean trays were basically empty. I could count the 12 beans in my bowl. Asked for ALOT of cheese and I got a normal amount. And there was no green Tabasco and male employee wears his hat sideways completely unprofessional and he needed to pull up his pants he even had a belt but I guess that was a waste of money . Customers should be main focus not making sure the chip shelf is completely full. Tables need cleaned and spilled soda on floor needs mopped up. The building temperature was way too hot! And don't mind the 1 star this place is -1. They should be paying me for this. read more

Wish I was able to leave a review on food, but I've gone to this Chipotle location just after 9PM when I get off of work and they close early. The guy that works the night shifts puts chairs out in front of the door at 9pm and starts packing up. This location has open hours till 10PM. Pretty sure the last worker of the night sits in his car at the location after he closes early to get in his "hours" before clocking out. read more

Although the food is as expected, the staff is REALLY BAD... consistently. On our most recent visit, the prep table was really nasty looking at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, which may have been right after a rush, but dang it was covered with beans and rice and smears of other food everywhere. When we arrived, there were only three other people in the restaurant and we did not have to to wait to place our order. The chips we received were the bottom of the bin and in little tiny pieces at the bottom of the bag so I asked for more chips and they gave me a little kids bag with literally eight chips in it (no kidding) and I got an eye roll to boot. The workers never say thank you or smile. Seriously everyone of these people seem like they hate their jobs and it really shows in the way they interact with customers. Corporate needs to come in and give this restaurant a dose of fresh management. read more

As someone noted, while I enjoy Chipotle's I will not come back to the Prescott location anytime soon. The food was warm at best and the person wrapping up the burrito presented me with a smushed up softball rather than a burrito. And the men's bathroom - disgusting with urine stains all over the toilet and floor - yuck! read more

Service is terrible, they only have one person working the counter when it's 5:30 on a weekday. And ironically they have work for tips stickers on their hats. Not friendly and for sure not worth the wait when you see all the staff standing around. I had a free burrito that didn't come off the bill, when I asked she assured me it did, nope it didn't so I actually paid for my "free" burrito. read more

We walked in at 9:40pm while passing through Prescott on our way to LA, the table was mess but we understand that it is probably a busy location and the end of the day, they did not seem very happy to see us #1, when the guy that started preparing our order started he told me if we could come earlier next time, twenty minutes before their closing time I'm not sure why they have to say that to customers we also really needed to use the restroom and they told us that the restrooms where closed for the day when my daughter could barely hold it any longer because we have been driving, a little bit of a friendlier atmosphere would have been helpful. Luckily we don't live here so we won't be coming back either way. read more

I drove to the PRESCOTT location when the prescott valley location is 5 minutes from me, but the quality was terrible today. I'm not sure if it was due to the fact that I used points for a free entree so they decided to skimp out on food and the quality but they did. My boyfriend's bowl was packed to the brim and looked great while my bowls portion didn't equate to even half of his entire bowl. Both Prescott and Prescott Valley locations are lacking it's ridiculous. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - "Steak Bowl" - Mexican Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

This is the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been in. The health was very inefficient. They were not trained properly. And they had a couldn't care less attitude. They had no ice in the Coke machine they had no napkins they had no forks. The food stations were filthy. All the food containers had dried up food in them. They don't even deserve one star. Again the place was disgusting! read more

Love this place. Ask for Trevor to get the off the menu items. The chili dogs are the bomb.

Ive been going to Chipotle for about 25 years and never had an experience like this at any chipotle or any restaurant. A young man was helping make the burrito and was friendly/professional. Finally I get to the check out counter and the girl is sitting there on her phone watching instagram videos. Eventually after a few minutes she looks up and asks if I want any salsa with my chips. I said politely, no thank you hes already getting me some. She then looked over and asked can you get him some salsa. The young man said he substituted the corn salsa for the salsa. The girl then starts stomping around like a small child, jumping up and down, and going in and out of the kitchen. At first I thought it was a joke or some kind of twilight zone moment. She then takes her finger, puts it directly into the corn in the cup and yells, while leaning into my face, does that look like salsa to you because that looks like corn to me. The young man starts laughing and she then has this blank expression on her face like she blacked out for a minute while acting like an over grown child. She was young, likely a high schooler, and shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Never went back in and am reluctant to go to a Chipotle ever since. The lack of accountability and willingness to scream at customers, put fingers in your food, without gloves mind you, and stomp around is beyond concerning. I went home, had a few bites, and threw the meal away. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere or shop at the grocery store. read more

They never have rice and when i do get rice it's hard. Very annoying considering this is the only chipotle in my area.

Both times that we ordered food to go from Chipotle Mexican Grill, the food and presentation was horrible! When we opened the container to what was to have been a beef and avocado salad , looked like something that Chipotle has scooped out of their garbage can. We had to throw the whole thing out! It was positively disgusting and it was NOTHING like what is advertised on tv! Still, we decided to give them another chance and the same thing happened! NEVER AGAIN!!! Had to give them a one star rating, otherwise my post wouldn't have been posted. read more

The staff, and I use the term loosely, were pathetic. No hello, no welcome in, which sometimes just seems so mechanical but at least it's an acknowledgment. Not one smile, you would have thought they both had the toothache. it was plain to see that they would rather be anywhere else but here. I've never seen a burrito folded like that! I seriously thought he was trying to get a submission out of it! It was a Friday evening, they are young, they want to be out having fun, I get it, however when you're at work at least pretend that you're happy to see us, after all without customers you won't have a job or a paycheck. you may not have an option about whither to be there or not, you probably need to work, you do however have an option about how you react to your customer. Try to smile guys, maybe we will smile back, maybe we will tip you, either way I promise you your day will go better if you just make an effor. read more

Service was atrocious. Some people should not work fast food. Combine that with a business model that has inconsistent portioning, and it's a recipe for disaster. $70 for three adults and two kids is criminal. Looks clean and lively inside. Will never go back.
