This is the chipotle i normally go to, and it's usually pretty good. However today they were out of almost everything, and the portions they gave were absolutely laughable. 6 pieces of chicken on a bowl is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention we paid for fountain drinks only for all of the syrups to be out, leaving us to drink water. $30 for two people to eat cold food in a portion that could feed a two year old is asinine. Only reason I went to Chipotle after past few experiences was to try the Al Pastor chicken. They were out of hard shell tacos so settled for soft shell. The beans and protein portion were meager. Service was mixed - guy at the register was nice. Woman topping off the tacos seemed a bit peeved, reminding the guy twice "Chips AND guac!" and slinging with force the side of guac into the back (prompting a "Not cool!" from him) No clue what that was all about, but whatever, food service is stressful and understaffed and not worth giving anyone hard time about. Food was so-so. Guacamole was fresh but didn't have much flavor or seasoning. Chips were kind of stale. Tacos were alright. This Chipotle continues to be one of the worst ones I've encountered out of dozens in my life. They consistently forget items, such as salad dressings or an ingredient a bowl. The quality of the meat is typically bad, it is either burned or the worst cuts possible. I admit, I tend to overlook this particular Chipotle. Their restaurant is located off of a busy road, next to some gas stations and alongside some storefronts that go back and forth between being empty and not being a business that I frequent. The result is that when I think about what I want to eat for lunch or dinner, Chipotle doesn't always pop into my head as a readily accessible and available option. Despite their location issues, this Chipotle is a pretty standard one and I have no complaints about the business itself. Pre-plague, if I stopped in to order food, the staff were always quick and polite, and I was never waiting in line for long. Halloween in particular has always been a blast since I'd go in the costume (gotta get that Boorito deal!), which the team thoroughly enjoyed. This year I've done delivery a couple of times and have no complaints about that, either - the food is always exactly what I expect from Chipotle and arrives in a timely manner. The last delivery was particularly tasty since I went for the carne asada that's currently being served up. FYI, it's super tasty - a little spicier than the normal steak at Chipotle, but not overwhelmingly spicy (disclaimer, I'm a wuss when it comes to spice levels). I admit, there are lots of places to grab tacos and burritos these days. Sometimes though, I just want good ol' Chipotle! Takes like 40 minutes to order at this location. Always like 10 people in the back and 1 on line making the food. And then you order ahead and still takes longer then waiting in the line. They need to figure out how to have 2 people on line. So don't ever come here if you are in a rush. My husband and I frequent this location as it's down the street from our house. They last few times we've come, it's been very mediocre. This last visit is enough to not come back. We ordered online to come pick up our food. The bowl we ordered was only 3/4 full when they used to be completely filled. Since we noticed the issue before we left, I went back in to ask them to fix it. The two teenagers taking care of to go orders stared at me like I had a third eye when I showed them my bowl. They said "yeah... we can't take that back." I didn't want it returned, I wanted it filled. To that they responded "there's nothing we can do about it." I don't yell at children, so I just left. Ordered Dinner online, Received Conf # & pickup time for our local Chipotle. When we arrived at our time 5:40pm. There was a sign on the door, closed due to road work. Last two times I've ordered online I've been vastly disappointed. First it was an hour and a half wait to pick up online orders. Now today two of the meals were missing protein entirely. And you cannot contact the store for anything, so we're left with a complaint on the app and two free entrees, or a call to the store and automated system telling us "too bad." This Chipotle used to be grade A. Fast line, excellent portions, and a friendly staff. It's sad to say that has since changed. We work in Greentree (where you're close to everything and nothing all at the same time) and come here every week. Seems to be a lot of turnover and on Friday 2/12/21 the line was to the door and they had one guy serving the line by himself. I am surprised at some on the bad reviews of this chipotle location? I have been here several times and never had a bad experience. The employees are all so friendly. When placing an order on the app, it's always ready early. My order is always hot, fresh & accurate. They have a few tables outside if you're looking for outdoor seating and parking is usually not an issue as there is additional parking on the side. I'd recommend this chipotle location! read more

Use to be a Chipotle guy but I think I've converted to Moes. The quality and quantity I think is now better at Moes (it kills me to say that). Past few times going to Chipotle my chicken has been chewy and either my wife or my rice isn't cooked enough. It's not the most pleasant meal when you're trying to chew and you keep crunching on hard or chewy items in your bowl. Another item that made me switch to Moes is the quantity they give you - Chipotle has been skimping on the amount of rice they give you. I've had to ask for more rice because they barely put any in. Chipotle is the Mexican Subway, and Greentree's got one! Heh. Today, I had a bulgin', barbacoa burrito that was packed with black beans, brown rice, lettuce, crema, and guac. And it sat in my stomach for hours. Steve Ells' "Food With Integrity" mission statement is laudable as is his goal to provide fare that is organic, fresh, handmade, and sustainable. However, there's just something missing from whatever I've eaten at a Chipotle. Even their guacamole, which ain't bad, just lacks pizzazz. Service: I absolutely love Chipolte and I almost never have a problem with them or their service. They are very fast and efficient and obviously have been trained well. Also they will cater to you. I always get an extra burrito and both beans and fajitas. Food: I am super glad they are now offering sofritias (tofu) for us veg heads! Before it was either meat or get a burrito with just veggies. They food always taste spot on. The only problem I have is when you bite into the burrito sometimes it's just a gob of sour cream, others it's just a dry rice bed. Location: I am particularly fond of this location due to the elevated entrance, which allows for outside seating. The parking is somewhat funky as its on a slanted hill, but there's always room. read more
