I was there 1/21/23, one employee was smoking while on the toilet and came out without washing his hands. On 1/22/23 the employee that was doing the cooking used the urinal and came out without washing his hands. fortunately I was only having a coke. Just went through Drive thru ordered 2 kids meals for my grandkids and a meal for myself spent about 18$ not even a smile or a thank you Not even when I said to the girl working at drive thru have a good night she stared at me and said nothing. I really don't know why I came back against my better judgment but I really wanted to try the new Big Mac I can promise I won't go back. Waited for ever in line to get my food went home reposed they forgot my burger had to go back and get it. I go to fast food places a few times a year, at best, so maybe my expectations are a little skewed, but my latest experience at McDonald's left a lot to be desired. There's really no use in rating the actual food, as it's hard to screw up food at a McDonald's. It's all subpar grub, but my penchant for getting filet-o-fish sandwiches this time of year lives on anyway, so I had to go satiate my once-a-year craving. My issue was with the service. I walked in and the employees were just chatting it up with their friends and off-hours coworkers who were on the customer side of the counter. It was around 11pm and the lack of customers inside of the restaurant made it pretty obvious that I was the only person waiting for my order to be taken, but that didn't stop the employees behind the counter from finishing their conversations before taking my order. After I finally put my order in, I seemed to wait an eternity (in fast food terms) for my two filet-o-fish sandwiches, regular McBites, and medium french fry order. It was hardly a complicated order, but I've waited less time during peak hours at other fast food chains in the past. Thankfully, there was ONE girl working who saw me standing there for a long time, and asked, "are his McBites up yet?...where are they?" I was happy that someone had finally addressed the situation, but it shouldn't have taken that long. Again, I'm aware that showing up at 11pm will probably increase my odds of walking into a late-night, preparing-for-the-next-day mess of a restaurant, but even in fast food, it's absurd to think that the level of cleanliness that I walked into is acceptable. Not to mention, the one girl who was working announcing that she was "going to pee" while I was standing there. I wasn't offended at all, but I found it odd that she thought that was acceptable to say in front of a customer. I guess this experience reminded me of why I limit my trips to fast food chains as much as possible. read more

I come here frequently, most often to avoid some of the other McDonald's with poor service. However, today's service was just crap. The cashier was more interested in chatting with a coworker than taking orders. While placing my order went smoothly, that was the only thing smooth. The runner was barely audible as she placed orders on the counter. Another customer didn't even know her food was up until the cashier said something, that's how quiet the runner was. As far as my food goes, the eggs that I got were, for me, inedible. There was a crusty film on the eggs that made them unappetizing. Honestly, I would have preferred dry eggs to ones that put me off eating them. If you plan on eating here, just be aware that the service is sketchy at best and the food might not be appetizing. read more

Me and my partner came through the drive through on a Sunday and it was busy, we got almost to the order box and the car In front of us was blocking the screen so we couldn't hear the employee let alone order anything. We get to the box and he was super rude even though we knew exactly what we were ordering and we're able to say it all quickly. We get to the window and the employee looks at my partner and says "I just want to let you know that I'm all my years working here I've never had anyone as rude as you. You're a f***ing jerk" we thought he was joking but when we asked for an explanation on what he meant he said " I asked you what you wanted over 10 times and y'all didn't say anything and then you just order nonchalant like I never said anything you're a jerk" we tried to explain there was a car blocking us and we couldn't hear him but he just kept calling us jerks and interrupting our explanation. Maybe he was just having a bad day but regardless you shouldn't treat customers like that without having all the facts. The lady at the next window was equally as rude almost as If he told her to be. We have never went back here after this encounter. Honestly this whole street of fast food is all trash. Burger King is never open, Taco Bell has you wait 20 minutes before even acknowledging your existence and the Wendy's always has hair in their food. Beware. read more

I ordered a fish sandwich meal. My son ordered two cheeseburgers with only ketchup on the burger. No problem yet. The employee read back the order and it was correct. Driving down the road, we discovered that he got what he ordered, but I only got a bun with ketchup on it. My question is who orders a fish sandwich with ketchup? There was NO fish patty on the bun only ketchup. No one in their right mind would ever order a sandwich and only get ketchup on a bun. There are not enough drugs or alcohol to even come up with a rational thought on why this is even possible. read more

It's so close to me so I always go back but after tonight no way.... they messed the whole order up then got an attitude with ME because I told them it was wrong and tried to tell me what I ordered so I gave them the receipt and the lady in charge was annoyed with an attitude and starts screaming at the girl in the window, they argued a few minutes and telling me "I need to pull up front because we're short staffed it's not our fault okay" then took 15 minutes to bring out the right food....no sauce for my 20 piece nugget (like always) no napkins or straws... the soda was filled up half full with no ice...
