This place is located off of highway 70 and Oro Dam Boulevard ( you can see it when you exit the freeway). Ross, Harbor Freight and Domino's are also in this shopping complex. I stopped here on my way to Chico. It has outdoor seating and a drive thru. It is very clean inside and the prep area looked good too. You can also order on line using their app! I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the kids quesadilla that comes with rice and beans. They also include a children's drink and a VERY small bag of chips. Not bad for 5 bucks! The male employee wasn't sure how to make a quesadilla...it came out kind of sloppy but still tasted ok. The hot salsa was awesome ! They have some new items on the menu that looked intetesting. You have many choices but make sure it's included so they don't upsell you! I would go here again. I gave it 4 stars because the cheese wasn't melted. The employees seem professional and clean. If you like hot salsa then request the hottest one...it's delicious! read more

Damn. I just read the reviews on this location and it's not very good. That being said, I'm going to do my best to deliver a review from my personal experience. One word, Chipotlane. I love it. Having this drive through has been pretty amazing. I also order through the app before picking up and so have had minimal contact with the employees. Even in very brief pick ups I can tell when someone is over it and practically throws the food at me but that's hit or miss. The food is fairly consistent and may change based on who's preparing it. For instance, I thought I'd found the perfect bowl and was happy to make it my go-to order but the next time I had it it tasted very different. My main complaint about Chipotle across the board is the food is ALWAYS cold. I have to strategically order certain items on the side so I can heat them up when I get home. I don't want any extra work. Also, the alleged large size guac.. stop playing on my time. Chipotle is basic but convenient. Healthy-ish but constantly cold. Ps. I've only been inside this location once. It's a Chipotle. read more

The last 6 months this place really came around and now it looks like there limiting protein again, I watched the bigger lady eat a bite of steak right out of the container they serve out of in front of everyone in line as they were making a bowl, the lady in front of me said in line said "seriously" loud so everyone could hear, I'm going some where else when I travel through Oroville again read more

Ordered food for delivery. Looked and smelled good at first. Opened the container and set it down to get a fork. Looked back at the food and there was a long dark hair and a bug. So disgusted. read more

Worst chipotle EVER!!! Avoid this place if you can. Ordered 3 tacos, I literally got 3 pieces of meat on each taco, one piece of bell pepper 2 pieces of beans, the only reasonable portion was the salsa and sour cream that is clearly mixed with water for how runny and insipid it tasted. I sat down 2 minutes after receiving my tacos and I bite into an ice cube... they were cold and disgusting. I could not eat that at all. Not only the portions are disappointing the costumer services deserves a .5 star. I wish I would of taken a picture, yet they went to the trash just like my money did. I also order a meal for my daughter and they asked if I wanted fruit or chips, I chose fruit and got an old (excuse my language ) ass mandarin. WOW!! THANKS CHIPOTLE, but we ain't coming back. read more

On 6/23/21 we ordered tacos and chips + guac through the website and picked up in the Chipotlane. Our order was not done on time and when we came home we found out the tacos were made really sloppy, the tortillas were overly greasy and there was hardly any meat on them. On top of that the guacamole was brown. I called and the manager promised to credit the chips + guac on my card which (surprisingly?) did not happen. She was not too concerned about the tacos, so I assume they're supposed to be sloppy, greasy and practically meatless. I'd definitely not recommend this place and give it 2 stars only because the employee at the drive through window was very nice. read more

This place apparently wants no money. Our college team was traveling back from Butte college and before our team of 25 even got within 100 yards of the place, one of their employees told us we were closed and don't have the staff for us. Pretty sure they don't close on 7 on a Friday and I feel like even though you may be short staffed you should try to accommodate customers so that they can make money and be a profitable business ‍. Don't know If the food is good but I bet the service is awful. I wish I could give this place zero stars. read more

Brown Rice not cooked!!! Explanation not palatable!!!! Will not return. Or recommend.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the too salty chips they would not refund and wanted to charge me another $1.45! Screw this place I'm never coming here again! I have high blood pressure and told them the chips were too salty and they said they could make some without salt and then promptly rung me up and I said forget it, take your salty chips I don't want them! read more

The service is awful at this location. Specifically the gal with the fro. Doesn't listen and has a terrible attitude. I paid 16 dollars for a burrito and tipped 4 dollars. The guy was super rude and he couldn't hear me because he was listening to music on a AirPod also I asked for a tiny bit of mild salsa and he dumped a whole lot of hot salsa on my bowl and finally I asked for extra chicken on the top and right after I said that he barely put any chicken on the bottom read more

We were hesitant to go but we were all out of options coming into town so late in the evening. We took a chance and the service was good. They got us through the line quickly and they do have the new mixed greens when ordering vegan with free guacamole (for which they gave pretty healthy portions). The beans and meat have never been healthy portions but we did ask for extra beans and we were not charged. Hopefully, they will get some more traffic and the reviews will improve overtime. We don't normally eat at Chipotle but when you are in Oroville and it's after 9pm there are not a lot of options. read more

I was starving we were about to spend a lot of money here buying food for a lot of people. And they had five workers. And said they can't help us. I feel like they had something against us because we were women. i feel really targeted and don't appreciate it read more

This is not a keto bowl. First of all the kid started loading the bowls with lettuce, I told him, no cauliflower rice, he proceeded to tell me it was extra, whatever, I asked him to dump the lettuce from my bowl, my mom kept hers as is. They ran out of cauliflower rice so the bottom of my bowl was pretty empty. Then he ended up adding beef instead of chicken, was ready to throw HOT sauce on them, we went for medium but it was supposed have tomatillo. I showed him the menu info and he just went about his business. He was very rude. The flavor was good but NOT what we ordered, and extra for what was supposed to be on it to begin with. We actually ordered without guacamole. Take a look what a keto bowl is supposed to be and tell me what you think. read more

Do you have only an hour for lunch? Are you craving for some Mexican food? Then look elsewhere! I ordered my bowl for pick-up at 12:00 pm and didn't even get to the pick-up window until 12:50 pm. There goes my lunchtime, and now my food is cold. I don't understand what the point is of having a drive-thru lane when they clearly can't manage their orders in on time. Bad services can really ruin the food experience, so please find ways to improve. read more

I got a chicken burrito, it was basically a mega burrito which I'm glad cause it definitely filled me up. The one ISSUE was my drink was basically ALL ice. Guess next time I'll ask with no ice. Edit: I've gone to this Chipotle another 3 or 4 times now and the food is great. I get light ice in my drinks now, but I always use the pick up window and order ahead of time. So I don't what service is like dinning in. read more

This is the most hard working group of people I've seen in a long time. They are consistently short staffed and always go out of their way to serve fresh food with a smile. Kudos to Jaden in particular for being so friendly and helpful. I can tell these people care about the work they do more than the corporation cares about them by not staffing adequately. Lobby was clean, food was hot and chips were crisp. read more

I feel like every single time that I go there is a mistake done. First time, I ordered ahead and still had to wait an extra 45 mins for our TWO BOWLS. Worst service and worst food I've ever received at this location!! Ordered carnitas quesadilla and a bowl with brown rice, black beans and carnitas. On both the carnitas was like the dried scrapings from the cutting board, crispy dried scrapings, nothing moist about it. The guy behind the counter was the worst at customer service, rushing me along even though there was nobody else in line. I could have put up with just letting him know how I felt about his manners but then to get home and find this crappy food put me over the edge. I won't be going to this Chipotle again. Disgusting!! There were six other employees in the prep area in addition to the guy half-waiting on me yet the line looked like hell. Horrible. Bye Chipotle. I'll drive to Chico if I want this food again. **Footnote: Some guy added on a comment saying I always complain. I've been in this store exactly 3 times since they opened, haven't been in in 4 months, and this was the first time I've had a complaint about anything. And as I originally stated, worst customer service ever!! read more

I don't have anything against Chipotle in general, but this location is awful! We stopped for a couple of burritos last night. The tortillas were stale like the kind you find in the back of the fridge. The beans were half empty and burnt/caked to the side of the tub. The meat looked like it had been sitting there for hours, guac was brown.. you get the picture. One lady doing all of the work (from tortilla to cash register) while some other employees stood around behind her. Against our better judgement, we still ordered. I didn't get sick from it, so that's a bonus. read more

Amazing as usual! Chipotle doesn't disappoint! My favorite part of this new one is the drive thru. I can order ahead on my app and go through the drive thru and pick up my order. Customer service is so bad. Employees are chit chatting with customer in line ahead of me....and not even preparing his order.....just having a personal conversation. I stood there until they completed their conversation. Then the same employee started chatting with another employee while I waited to place my order while there are 7 customers behind me also waiting to order. Do not order the Carne Asada. It was so tough I couldn't eat it. I had to remove it from my bowl. read more

Love the food from Chipotle but the service at this location is so so bad. We pass through Oroville about 6 times a month. We were very excited when we found out this restaurant was going in. It is one of our favorite food chains. Today while visiting people here we decided to go here for lunch when they opened. I didn't leave a review on our first visit because of it just opening and the staff was trying to figure things out. Today the place was not busy and service and portions were slow and little. I had to ask for double chicken because the staff members first scoop had 6 pieces of cut up chicken which is about half of what is in normal scoop. After getting our three meals, we went to sit down and the tables were filthy with dust and had hair on one of them. Hope this place gets better as we will not return for sometime. read more

Not impressed. Hopefully they'll work thru the kinks because they're fairly new. I ordered online (from the parking lot) it said it would take about 25 minutes. I waited about 15 before I got in the long pick up line. I could see the cars in front of me placing their orders while in line, which means I now have to wait much longer for my food. It took close to a hour from the time I ordered until I got food. Had burrito bowl and all I could taste was the cilantro in the rice and the steak was gristly. No a good first impression read more
