The Taco Bell on feather river. Always message up my order. They never have what you want. They just assume you want something else. You get the Mountain Dew zero's. And they give me the other mountain dews and 2 times that I've been there. We had picked up our order and once we got home we realized we were missing part of our order. We went back to the location and informed them we were missing part of our meal. When we pulled forward to the window we spoke to CHRISTINA, she told us she packaged the order & everything was there. That only this time she would fix her mistake. Her tone was rude and was basically calling me a liar. When we drove back after getting home because all of the food we purchased was not in the bag. All we wanted was the food items that were missing and she was reluctant to make it right. read more

Service and food was good until we noticed part of our order was missing, upon arriving to speak with someone about our missing food Christina came to the window and had an attitude when we mentioned that we were missing food. She stated that she personally bagged the order and knew they were in there when they weren't. Not very friendly and she may need some retraining on customer service. read more

We are so spoiled. We have the best two Taco Bell's there are. Taco Bell is a go to for our family on trips for a cheap dinner that taste good and not all are created equal. Ours is exception. The staff are always friendly and the orders are always correct. The one on Olive Hwy is the best of the two but both are great. I constantly say other fast food places should take lessons in customer service from our Taco Bell. They understand excellent customer service. read more

They get one star!!!! Only because I had to give them a star. They deserve no stars, service is horrible. I went through the drive through paid 20$ and then 6$ on a second order. These people forget items in my order and didn't give me my Sierra Mist. I go back to get my items and soda and the soda is carbonated water YUCK!!! My gawd. As much as I love to eat there because of prices and simple as I like the way it's cook, etc. They can't read my orders right at all. I'm deaf and I like to use the Taco Bell apps but for some unknown reason the apps doesn't work. With the apps I could make my orders and pick it up quick. No hassle with the cashier. But because the apps didn't work I had to deal with the cashier. I show the cashier what I want via the apps but the prices does not match. I told the cashier your wrong. I had to request the manager to help. The manager look at my orders on apps and right away manager know what's wrong. Told the cashier that s/he hit the wrong buttons. The manager explain to cashier to read carefully. Sometimes there are some orders that are similar but different prices and method of how they make it. Work on the orders and prices match. Orders correct. Got my orders like 15 mins later after dealing with manager and cashier that lead me to be late be somewhere. But at lease got my orders just what I want and not leave with empty stomach. Till they fix that damn Taco Bell apps I don't think I want go back again. read more

This is the nicest, cleanest and friendliest Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's also the nicest fast food restaurant I've ever been too. You can tell the staff cares about their customers whether it be the amazing customer service or how well the food is prepared. Every time I pull up, Kathy is out there cleaning the patio area and drive through or inside cleaning. I've never seen this place dirty. I am very impressed with the customer service and friendly greeters/order takers. It just keeps getting better and better each time I go. Today the lady at the window that took my money was very personable. She asked about my day yet continued to work in a timely fashion. I wasn't just herded through like in most drive thrus.
