I don't know why people post bad reviews of this place. I like to eat there when I'm in hurry or when family just in mood to eat something from there. There are times when they did mess up some of our orders and get they do get the situation fix right away if we eat inside...but when we get our food to-go... we ain't in the mood to go back and get our food issues fix. We report to customer services online - they tell us we can get free hamburger on our next visit. Like that will help improve their mistake? I like that there's more choices when getting drinks. I like that when they recognize I'm deaf they read what I wrote down for the orders. While the cashier got the orders right - it's the cooker who didn't read the orders right. As for bathroom - I rarely use their bathroom but last time I was there there seem to be some change to the bathroom. Don't know if it's better now than before. One thing I hate the most is flies. Aiii! Door open and drive thru window open - flies comes in. If it's warm or hot inside simply crank the AC on to the lowest you can go. read more

First time here at Oroville location. Centrally located in town. My friend was craving a sourdough burger so we went through the drive thru. If you use a mail or digital coupon you can save alot of money. I paid 7.00 for 2 burgers (without the coupon it would have been 14.00). They had ample bacon and tomatoes on it. Very good! The location itself does have to deal with homeless people but the restaurant itself is clean. Thanks to Cindy at the drive thru for helping me navigate the coupon. Ok I understand everything is going up to price these days but TACOS is a FINGER FOOD. Trying to charge me for 2 ranches for 8 tacos is crazy and out of pocket it should be 1 ranch for 1 or 2 tacos not 1 ranch for 4 tacos !!!! Also got attitude from the employees. read more

Pulled into the drive through last night and ordered a burger and fish sandwich combo. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I finally pulled up to the pickup window. It was there I was told they have no fish sandwiches. They have too much competition around here to operate their business in this manner. read more

I'm so tired of multi billion dollar fast food places acting like their sauce packets are worth their weight in gold. Do not go to this Jack in the Box at night. They claim to be open 24 hours but will tell us that their registers aren't working and they won't be able to take any orders for a few hours. They do this every time! The funny thing is there would be other cars in the drivethru line but their machines have 'died' by the time we get to the order window. They probably just pick and choose who they want to serve at this time. If they are going to be saying their machines or something is disturbing their ability to take orders then they should probably not advertise that they are open 24/7 and just close up shop at night. read more

There were fly strips hanging from the ceiling. Who wants to eat their burger with that hanging over your head? My burger and curly fries were tasty as always, so maybe stick to the drive-thru. The staff was pretty friendly though. read more

Definitely a 1 star diner. Always closed between 1:30 -4 due to "computer problems" or delivery truck, or the delinquent employees working on their truck in the parking lot. I mean come on managment, do you not know or just not care that your employees are telling people the place is closed and that the bulldog tacaria place is open if you want to go there. It is always some lame excuse why they are not open or can not take you order. read more

The weekend crew messed up my order, now I worked in fast food for a while and when that's happens we say sorry and give them the correct food, well they proceeded to lecture me on how to order even though they were the ones who messed up my order. I even had a receipt and got something completely different. I never had left a bad review for a place but the way they treated me is unacceptable. read more

11/15/2015. Stopped in while passing through Oroville. You expect a certain level of sameness from store to store in a fast food chain. This JitB isn't up to par. Upon entering, I first went to the mens bathroom where the toilet paper dispenser was empty and had to ask the counter person for a roll. My mate reported a leaky sink and water on the floor in the womens restroom. After ordering, we noticed there were no napkins in the dispenser nor ice in the drink machine and had to ask for both from the counter person. As we sat down to eat, the workers were arguing and calling each other liars loud enough we could hear them at the farthest table in the place. The manager either didn't care or was distracted while taking drive-thru orders. This store seems to be run by children with no supervision. A good manager would have told the staff to quiet down and if they had time to argue, they had time to refill the ice and napkin dispensers and clean the bathrooms. While we won't be back, the locals deserve better. read more

This place is trash because they hire tweaker (People On Drug) and lazy people, I been here a few time and they'll always missed my order, don't cook the food properly, and poor customer service. The tweaker manger is very unprofessional and I think Jack & The Box should be investigated by the Federal because they hire tweaker which is people who on drug and why would I want someone who on drug to touch my food. It's the boss fault for not stepping in to fix this problem that why the manger and worker don't their job as assist. I'm not exaggerating here, the last 5 times I've gone they have been out of most of the stuff on the menu. They were out of coffee at 9am. The reason they gave was "it takes a long time to make." They're usually out of different ingredients, but last time they were out of all burger patties and all chicken patties. That's inexcusable. If they manage to have what you want, make sure you check it before you leave, the staff is usually too stoned to get an entire order right. read more

If i could give 0 stars I definitely would. Visited Jack in the box drive thru and was told by a manager that they were short staffed and he was going to be taking a 15 min break. We drove by and noticed at least 4 employees inside plus a group sitting outside front doors. read more

Skip this place, no matter what. If you are drunk or stoned, that would be the only reason to go here. I saw the kitchen here once and I was appalled. Every dish in the place was in the sink and it was piled so high you would need to wear a hard hat to keep you from being hurt if it fell over. I have been to this eating establishment many many times before today. But today was a game changer. We waited in line for 25 minuets because they closed down the restaurant portion to just strictly deal with drive through. When the restaurant portion was opened again my mom made a comment about having to wait 25 minutes when normally it is like 5-10minutes. 25 minutes is a long wait when you stopped in to grab lunch for a screaming 4 yr old who is autistic. After my mom made the comment the jack in the box employee at the counter became rude and hostile. We left the eating establishment after I made the comment "I guess your establishment doesn't care if kids eat or not". I will not be going back here any time soon. To any parents I would suggest picking a different place to get a kids meal as the staff are very rude during the day. Night shift is very nice though. read more
