The flowering plants by the drive through were full of bees and my wife is allergic. That is dangerous

Visited the drive thru March 31 2026. See my receipt. First of all I use their app and order ahead. The one thing McDonalds has over other fast food chains is their points that you accumulate on the app! I used some of my points for a free breakfast sandwich and hash browns. I'm not big on fast food breakfast but when you are leaving the area in the morning it's quick and easy. Food was split and it was good. Nothing special but consistent! Early morning hours are the best to avoid long lines in the drive thru! read more

Fast food? This McDonald's is not even close to that when you have countless numbers of people in the lobby waiting almost an 1 hour for their food. I have barely eaten all day I placed a mobile order at 11:24 and got there right on time at 11:29 and they said the couldn't make my order out of pure laziness basically cause there's no other reason as to why they couldn't. absolute bullshit and I hope the manager who was working the night shift is dealt with cause they don't deserve a manager position if they are denying their CUSTOMERS their food. thank you mcdonald's I will not be ordering from you again. The girl who was helping me claim she couldn't put in my code when on my phone it said "code redeem" how is that fair to me when she already input in and claim she did not. Every time I come in there is a problem food always sloppily put together takes 30 minutes or more to get your order and it's only getting worse every time it seems to be the opinion of everybody in the establishment every time I come . The McDonald's corporation should definitely step in because this place is not following the franchise guidelines. Long drive thru wait.. No wonder because i don't see any other mcdonald's in the area... Dropped by here for Shakey'a Pizza and we kinda thought of trying mcdonalds shamrock mcflurry... taste was ordinary but fulfilling given the size is much bigger than the regular mcflurry... Worst was when it was given to us, the spoon was already inside... With current issue we have, a separate sealed utensils would have been safer and better, not to mention the open lid.. The flurry was served so messy like birds sh*t (excuse my french) but it was all over the top lid and all over the spoon holder, it is yucky.. For the last three weeks I've stopped by to get a sausage McMuffin on my way out of town. For the three times I've stopped I've received McMuffins that were so hard you could not bite through. I ate it, because I was hungry, but don't think I didn't notice that the members of this restaurant sent me a stale bag of food that had been sitting on a hot plate for more than 40 minutes at that point from pick up to redelivery. Fries are stale and not even lukewarm, and the hamburger bun was very stale and mushy from all the sauce and juice from the patty soaking in. For shame. I should have gotten fresh, piping hot food, since I had to get it from you twice - which is not the Dasher courier's fault, but yours for not ensuring a whole order was together and labeled properly for its recipient before it leaves your establishment. I'm not sure what's going on with oroville mcdonalds recently, but I've had an issue every single time I've received food from there. I don't eat there everyday, but I eat there once or twice (sometimes more) in a month. Every single time I've went through the drive through or ordered the food for pick up or delivery, they mess up the food. There have been problems with doordashers as well, but if there's something wrong with food or drinks, that's in the hands of Mcdonald employees. it's starting to happen so frequently that I'm actually tired of it and won't be eating there anymore. I should have checked the bag before I drove home because the large fries were not in the bag. Wish i could give them zero stars very disappointed with a lady that works there very rude for no given reason. Stopped to get my pregnant wife some food before heading to the hospital to have our baby and i asked her to give us a moment our son's school called and a few seconds later i said hello to get someone's reaction no answer. So i ask again and she jumps on with attitude asking what i wanted to order i tell her the number two then she asks what to drink and she starts getting worse attitude so i asked her if there was something wrong and she starts screaming at me and everyone in line can hear her being very unprofessional so i said no that's fine just cancel that order and let me talk to your manager and she went and hid in the back as i went in the front to talk to the manager. I have worked in customer service almost 10 years and never talked to someone even slightly like she did to us today and for no reason at all! And when i went inside to get the name of the person who treated us so poorly but the manager wouldn't give us a name so we could report her and let corporate know how she is treating customers wouldn't give me the managers first name either. read more
