Come to find out the order was never placed. Seems that register does not connect to the kitchen. Can't for the life of me figure why you would have a register that doesn't connect to the kitchen or that your staff would not know that it doesn't. We paid $21 and change and they gave us back $18. Charged for the drinks. REALLY !!!!! Then gave us 8 - $1 gift certificates. Come on you screwed up my wife's lunch, she had to go back to work without eating lunch and you changed for drinks we didn't drink and felt $8 in $1 gift cards was enough to cover a major customer service screw up. It was the most dry pesto chicken sandwich I have ever had and the bun on that and a burger were hard; it seemed like they toasted the buns first then left them and then cooked the rest. We enjoyed it mostly, the price is right and the sushi was good. We all did decide we would all try something else next time and not have the same thing. Looking forward to more sushi in the future.
