It came on a lightly toasted bun with Wahl sauce, and a nicely melted slice of "government cheese." The tots were crispy and golden brown on the outside. There were plenty of them, and they came with some tasty ranch for dipping. I ordered a Dr. Pepper for my drink, and my cheerful server brought me a free refill. The restaurant is nice inside, and has a big wood bar with beer, wine, and cocktails. There's a bunch of TVs over the bar if you want to plunk down and catch some sports. Asked how long it would take since we were short on time. We were told 5 to 10 minutes. 15 to 20 minutes later my wife when up to tell them to make it a Togo order since she had to get back to work. Come to find out the order was never placed. Seems that register does not connect to the kitchen. Can't for the life of me figure why you would have a register that doesn't connect to the kitchen or that your staff would not know that it doesn't. We paid $21 and change and they gave us back $18. Charged for the drinks. REALLY !!!!! Then gave us 8 - $1 gift certificates. Come on you screwed up my wife's lunch, she had to go back to work without eating lunch and you changed for drinks we didn't drink and felt $8 in $1 gift cards was enough to cover a major customer service screw up.
