I used to come to this location frequently, but the service has been on the decline for a long time now. Every worker that helped me with my order had such a bad attitude, even my husband commented on how they treated us during our order. I asked an employee for a vinaigrette and she told me we were out even when you could clearly see a whole tray of them down the line. Honestly this location sucks. This is the THIRD time I've come to this location and they've given me nasty old guac. I'm talking rotten sour, throw the whole order out NASTY. This time I looked at it as I was ordering and again, it was brown and gross in the tin so I asked him if I could have a fresh scoop of guac . He was annoyed and rolled his eyes and took out a bin from under in the fridge, turned his back so I couldn't see and grabbed a spoon and scooped off the layer of nasty brown on the "new batch" gross. All of the food is always low, they scoop you the last few old scraps of chicken. The women who work PM at this location are AWESOME! Such amazing customer service that I always go out of my way to come to this location. My cashiers receipt says the woman's name was Sandy and she was so friendly and helpful. I'm losing my voice and talking is rough, and while I didn't get the woman's name who made my food, she was SO sweet in helping me craft my item. The only complaint I have is that the portions vary greatly depending on who is serving you. Sometimes it's so minuscule that I literally can't believe they are charging me $10 for it (especially when I'm ordering vegetarian items). So in that respect they need to rethink what the portion sizes are but if I'm not starving and looking for a decent lunch I'll stop in! read more

I'm a constant chipotle customer, I've been to many chipotle and never have I been to one so dirty. The dining area tables had crumbs of food at pretty much every single table. There were no more utensils , Tabasco sauce etc. I was just disappointed on how it looked, tables needed cleaning. I've worked in food services before and it was unacceptable how the tables look. I get there are lunch rushes, but cleanliness of the tables would be nicer. At least wipe up the tables after each customer. Other than that can't complain about my bowl I ordered. read more

Came here for dinner tonight and was utterly disappointed. I'm in town this week from Phoenix and chipotle has always been one of my favorite places to eat but the food here was gross. Yesterday I was there with my son and asked for a very simple order. When we got home the receipt was a mess, they overcharged a full meal we never ordered, they charged a guacamole kids meal but not only I didn't ask for guacamole but they forgot to add the meat. This chipotle is clean and has seating inside and outside. It gets a bit crowded during lunch. Many times when I come during peak hour, there will be a long line out the door, however, the staff moves the line quite quickly. The are very efficient in filling your order. The food is always fresh and tasty. Bathe staff are always welcoming and friendly. I love coming here for lunch. It is quite and inexpensive. I typically just get the chicken bowl. Probably the slowest chipotle I've ever seen and I've worked at a chipotle before for a year and a half. Maybe 10 people in line and the guy on the grill is just chillen, they have no sense of urgency that they can't even work faster. Manager needs to be switched out there or something bc these guys are too comfortable. I've come into this chipotle 2-3 times a week for the past 4 months and I will not be coming back. So we walked in and the staff was nice in greeting me. I ended up ordering a burrito bowl and asked for a side of warm tortillas. I even asked for half chicken and steak to mix things up. the stop was very understanding and hooked it up with pretty good amount of meat. When you order the bowl they put a lot more rice beans and lettuce and it and the side of tortillas allows you to make your own burrito. plus they just taste really fresh too. Chipotle is definitely a much healthier and tastier option than other local Mexican food places. I'll definitely keep coming back because it's so close to my work and I'm always leaving full. What a great location! Seated right next to the Barnes and Noble cafe (hey, free wifi!), you can sit outside or inside while visiting the strip mall. The staff has always been friendly, and the place is clean. It's still a Chipotle, so it is what you might expect. They now have margaritas in addition to their beer/wine selection, so it's a really great lunch hour now! I love the Chip, don't care what anyone says. Is it authentic? McDonalds does not own Chipotle, they were once investors, but haven't been since 2006, so really it's formative years probably had the corporate backing, but no longer and since then it's become it's own full fledged glorious Mexican ish fast food joint. You wouldn't think a not so authentic Mexican food chain would thrive here in Socal, but it's quite the opposite. Sometimes people want classic consistency healthy Mexican food instead of authentic. And by sometimes I mean a lot. Prime location near the theater they share the late hours of their lineage the dining room is larger than it looks, but darker as well. Outside seating and the traditional Chipotle décor. Unlike some locations this doesn't get stupid packed and frankly I don't think their set up could handle a 30 minute line. Service is a tad slow, but perhaps the speed comes from assembly line necessity. Price is average, ambiance is average, but it's convenient across the board. Sofritas for you vegetarians and deals throughout the year. Order on line for lunch is key even when not busy. read more

We got an email on Nov.11th that spoke of a BOGO, which brought us in tonight, it was in rewards the email said. " WE DROPPED A BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE IN YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT". It also says in small print at bottom of email that it expires in 14 days. When we got there we showed the email before ordering, because we couldn't see it in our rewards account , and we also showed the Chipotle App to the employee, to see if they could find it. Nothing in Rewards. The employee told us we will give it to you anyway. However when we got to the register another employee said next time you can use it, later it will show up in App, not today, only after this purchase, but the email said it was already in Rewards but wasn't there. Later after full price purchase, we did notice a reward on our app "First bite"for free chips & guac or queso blanco but we were told we couldn't use that either. We found the Chipotle App and email promises confusing. Probably will not come back. Beware of misleading emails. read more
