I would not classify this message as a review but rather as a public service announcement. If you have any respect for yourself and your well-being, stay away from this Chipotle location. Without exaggerating, I can say I had one of the worst meals of my life there yesterday. I got a bowl with brown rice, beans, steak, tomato salsa, and cheese. The thing I realized after the first few forkfuls was that it was very bland with absolutely no taste, but the disgusting part was the steak. It was cut into bite-size pieces, and every bit of it was inedible due to the gristle and fat throughout each piece. I'm sitting there chewing on a piece of steak, and then I'm spitting it out. After the fifth or sixth piece like that in a row I just got up and dumped all that crap in the trash. I had never before asked for a refund for a meal, but in this case it was so egregiously bad that the thought of having spent money on it was intolerable. They did do the refund, so while a normal inclination would be to just pass on doing a review, this was so extreme that I had to still write. Caveat Emptor! read more

I reached out to Chipotle after I received an order that was a sloppy mess that also leaked through the bowl and the bag that it was in. When I arrived home less than 7 minutes after taking the order, it had become an inedible mess. I contacted Chipote and they offered me a free entree that I could claim within 30 days. I responded that I did not want a free entree. I want a refund for 11.43 for an order that I paid for that Chipotle failed to deliver goods as advertised and failure to properly handle a dissatisfied customer's complaint. I was interested in getting a job here at first possibly, but I feel like my time was completely wasted. I was not properly interviewed. I showed up to my interview at my scheduled time for the Nanuet location and saw the manager. He was not aware that I was even supposed to have an interview that day and then I waited about 40 minutes before I was seen. Since I was waiting so long, I decided to get food and then the man who was interviewing Me told me he would be available. Once we sat down together, he only asked me for my number and my name. There was no interview ..if I knew that I would be coming all the way to the restaurant just for him to ask me about information he already had I would have never applied ...usually when I go to interviews, I'm asked questions at least about myself and my experience because I do have restaurant experience and cashier experience. I just feel like if you're going to conduct interviews, you should be asking proper questions and have a better layout because I feel like I completely wasted my time. then I'm getting a message today saying how i don't qualify and other candidates were chosen. If that's the case then don't put up a sign saying you're hiring if you're not even doing proper interviews. read more

They never get an order right. Third time this has happened to me with incorrect orders given. They need to do a pre check after every order like Panera does at this point because it's ridiculous. On top of that you can't contact the store directly. They make it so hard for you to reach out to the store itself. Their manager sucks and it's a waste of money at the Nanuet location. Don't bother. The only reason they get a star is because I called customer service to complain, and they refunded my money. The guacamole on our burrito bowl was actually brown, as was the large order of guacamole and chips. I could hardly believe what I was looking at. It was so disgusting and it wasn't just the edge. It was the whole plate of guac. I will never set foot in this place again. I am so turned off that someone would actually package food this this way and expect the disgust to be ignored. Such a rip off. Mobile orders are 1/4 the portions you get inside. Scanning your rewards card does nothing.

Let's start with the extra sides- since when did they get so small?! I got queso and thought it was a sample only to realize I'm paying $4 something in change for queso and chips. The bag of chips was not even half full like the bottom was covered and that was it. The green salsa was super watery and super spicy but had no flavor to it. This place had a really bad rep when it first opened last year. Today I needed my Chipotle fix and I have to say the order, pickup and the food were perfect. Actually this is probably one of the best Chipotle orders I've ever had. Everything was fresh and the correct temperature, quantity and quality was perfect.... Even remembered my two tortillas for my side. A very good experience and I will return regularly now that, I hope, all the new store bugs have been worked out. Does this Chipotle location ever get an order right?! There's always something missing or done wrong. I didn't order from here for a long time until Chipotle started promoting the "Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla" and the combo of mixing the Sour Cream with the Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette. I order exactly that through their app (because it's an online exclusive and can't be ordered in the store). I grabbed my sticker-sealed bag and headed home. Opened my bag and found 1 container of Sour Cream, no Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette. Then I get to my Quesadilla and surprise, surprise. Just steak and cheese, no fajita veggies. However, I noticed that the restaurant tables were not wiped down, the workers were not the friendliest, and on a couple of occasions, my order wasn't accurate. Additionally, they didn't include any utensils when I ordered online. Due to these reasons, I no longer go to this location. The Dept of Health or The food administration division needs to visit this location. I've visited multiple times to place orders - each and every time the place desires thorough cleaning anywhere from the food station to the floors it just doesn't seem like a clean location. They need new management that pays attention to the serving areas. One incident the young lady dropped a foreign object in one of the food stations and took it out and kept using that same tray of food instead of getting a new batch to serve customers. The service is sub-par, with folks walking back and forth with no direction, pretending to be too busy to wait on customers. Six of us were waiting for our orders. Ordering online should save customers time; however I ordered a kids "just cheese" quesadilla for pickup at 5:40pm, got to the restaurant at 5:55pm and it still wasn't ready. After I picked it up and got home to feed my daughter, there was no cheese in it. I drove back out to the restaurant, after which they made another, but there was no apology, no ownership for the mistake nor horrible service. This is just one of many chances I've given this specific location, if only because it's easier to get to than the Chipotle at Palisades Center. But this was the last straw. I guess I should have came to Yelp to see reviews prior to ordering on DoorDash!! Talk about false advertising! I ordered their 3 chicken tacos for lunch and received a paltry offering of lukewarm barely filled tacos of just spongy chicken and NOTHING else!! The picture on their web page is misleading at best. I had to scrounge out ingredients from my frig to make the tacos more fulfilling. I ordered a side of salsa and chips and can tell you that their salsa is one of the worse that I've ever tasted in my 54 years on this planet!! It was just a off putting watery mess and whoever made that batch should be kicked out of the kitchen! There's no way in hell that I'm ever ordering from this location again! The employees on the assembly line did not welcome me at all, instead they looked at each other and rolled their eyes. The miserable employee soon after stood at the window without any eye contact or asking what I would wanted. I continued to order my bowl and then asked for a bag of chips.. they didn't have any. As disappointed as I was, I just ordered the queso on the side without the chips. As I started to order my second meal, the staff rudely cut me off and refused to make a quesadilla for me; he said is " online ordering only and they aren't accepting anymore online orders ".
