I enjoy coming to Chipotle and enjoy the food. The employees are nice and they make sure they keep the line moving.

Food is great but when I order online and it say 3:00 and it's not read till 3:50 then there's a problem

Food is mediocre (doesn't seem to be kept as fresh) and the new staff is not very friendly. Customer service could use a lot of improvement. The place isn't what it used to be when it first opened. It's always a mess and the area they scoop the food always looks like there's an entire meal smeared onto the counter. I eat at Chipotle quite often & honestly this is my 1st time having an issue during my experience. Tonight I walked in and ordered a burrito with a side of guacamole, to go. I get guacamole on the side, just about every time I dine at Chipotle. I came home opened the bag to realized that my side of guacamole was not in my bag. Chipotle is one of those places where I've never had to check the bag before leaving because they've never missed an item I ordered. Tonight was different. As I said my side of guacamole was missing. So that meant I had to get back in my car, drive back to Chipotle, and get the guacamole that I was charged for. Once I arrived at Chipotle for the second time, I went in, and approached the cashier. I had my bag with my burrito in it and my receipt in my hand. The cashier was busy with customers at the time so I stood off to the side & waited for her to finish her transaction. She finished and then she turned her attention to me. I told her that I did not receive my side of guacamole with my order. She then asked if I had an online order. I said no. Her question was unusual to me because I was JUST there probably less than 30 minutes ago, but I just assumed maybe she wasn't good with faces. I know, from experience, in food service you see hundreds of faces a day. So she then held her hand out I assumed to see my receipt. She didn't ask, "Can I see your receipt?". Like I said, she just held her hand out. I gave her my receipt, she handed it back and again said nothing to me. She then proceeded to ask her co-workers who were working the line for a side of guacamole with an attitude (in my judgement). She handed me the guacamole, didn't say a word to me, and continued with her work. I've worked in food/customer service for 2 years. I've never made a mistake with someone's order and not said "I'm sorry." That's just basic customer service. It's not like I came in there mad, yelling, or rude. And even if I did, it's still basic customer service to say a simple, "I'm sorry." or try to make it right. I was inconvenienced due to a small mistake. A mistake that I completely empathized with, small mistakes are made in food service. We're all human, it happens. I understand. But to be inconvenienced as a customer & then on top of that not receive good customer service after the fact is not acceptable. It's not behavior that I display as an employee at the restaurant I work at or that my manager at my job would ever approve of. Just a simple, "Sorry about that." is all I was looking for. read more

I got a veggie bowl, this location seems to be the best one that I have been to in Georgia, hence I haven't been to them all but the one's that I have been to is about 6. I'm gonna have to agree with the masses on this one. The service at this Chipotle has been iffy since opening their doors. I've been there a handful of times resulting in bad luck with each instance. Unless you catch the restaurant at a slow moment, expect to have your order somehow screwed up. Be sure to repeat your request a few times to the employees in order to ensure that you get exactly what you've ordered. The seating area is unusual; when it's super busy, you're sitting around folks waiting in line to place their orders. Take your food to go if it's nuts on the inside. If only I could give no stars... I eat at Chipotle often usually the one on West Ponce, this Morrow location however is one of the worst I've ever been to. I walked in to see most of the staff sitting at a table talking about nothing, the lettuce was brown, the chicken tastes more burnt than grilled, and on my visit here the very unattractive and unkept looking woman at the register has a nasty attitude. I give this place Zero stars. I ate here yesterday and I have been vomiting and defecating all day long from this food. I have a major headache. My body is freezing cold, but I keep breaking into sweats. I am pretty sure I have food poisoning or a stomach virus. As soon as someone can take me to the dr I can comfirm. Please do NOT eat here... This was the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle. I have come to this location before and had bad experience but this is by far the worst. I came in to order my food at 8:23 so plenty of time before they close. The restaurant was so nasty I had to look for the score to see what the health department gave them. I asked the line server for churrizo and the cook told me it would be a 4 min wait. While I waited I noticed the cook opened the bag of meat and put it on the grill with no gloves. I also noticed the line servers going to the fridge and scooping out food to refill the pans that were on the line. Instead of replacing them with the fresh new food pans that were in the fridge. I assume they were doing this because they didn't want to clean them later. The line was disgusting there was food everywhere and the pans looked like they had been there all day with dried up food. After watching the cook not use gloves I decided to eat the steak. I got to the register to pay and I asked for chips. The girl said we are out, I asked when will you have more another girl from the line jumped in and said it will be 30 min because the grease has to get hot. I have never heard of such horrible service in my life. I didn't get anything I wanted and the food I had tasted like it had been sitting on the line all day. I ate half my bowl and threw it away. Promotion. They sure got a hell lot of it. The Morrow area is desperate for any sort of new business or interest to spark entrepreneurship. A few people I know have been here and they weren't lying it wasn't anything to write home about. Decor/Interior: The inside seems to be inspired by a modern design typically seen in upstate condos and apartment flats. Too bad this isn't a condo or apartment flat. It's a sort of mash between minimalist design with sleek steel metal which is nice but conflicted with just poor layout. When you first step in you're immediately greeted by the line on your right and the dining areas on the left which is a big issue making the line more confusing than it needs to be due to the amount of customers noted from other reviews. Not to mention the paltry menu right above the service area. Essentially they planned poorly in the layout and underestimated the amount of anticipation many had for the opening of this location. Service: Noting that this is a new location, people obviously had to be trained to work the place. They did alright, people operating the service line knew proper etiquette and it flowed smoothly. Now here comes the problem again. There's too many damn people. Lines might take awhile and lack of training in some areas regarding the cash register left many wondering why is some dude just holding a fucking cash register with all the money like it's nothing? A bit of a frenetic vibe definitely came. Food: This is the real meat of the review and really this place isn't where you want to go if you want "Mexican" food. The food has been white washed down to basically be palatable and appeal to non-hispanics. Expect nothing to zing your taste buds but the food itself is serviceable if you're in need of a quick fix for lunch and can't be bothered to drive to Wendy's Bottom of the line, this obviously has created new jobs in the area which is greatly needed but these people won't have jobs for long if they keep up this kind of service. read more

First of all the employees have little respect for one another as I see their verbal and nonverbal didagreements plainly as I order my food. Don't go to this restaurant. They ran out of steak and I waited with other customers for at least 30 minutes. After they got more steak instead of serving waiting customers, they keep the line moving. I asked about getting my order and was told to wait. Then they ran out of steak again. Raw food is sitting out on the prep table, the cook is not changing glover between handling raw food and cooked food, I asked to speak to the manager however he would not come to the counter to address my concerns. The store was a complete mess, the bathroom was not clean, the dining room was not clean, the food line was not clean, the kitchen was a mess. the staff would not give me the managers name, The host was very rude (Lamont) Order #503, the staff was VERY rude, I feel they showed no respect of my time and I feel they wasted my time, I feel that I should be paid for the time I wasted at your store, I feel the staff should be retrained on cleanest, customer service and food preparation. I will forward my complaint and the video to the health department, Fox news, CBS news, ABC news, Clayton County Board of Health (678-610-7469), Georgia Department of Public Health. I almost didn't come here for dinner after reading all these reviews.. But I love Chipotle and eat at them a lot, so I went anyways. I am glad I did as the service was amazing. The other reviews complained about the service and that was not the case for me. I have never seen so many employees working the line which made it very fast and convenient for guests. They were all extremely friendly and all had smiles on there faces. My food was great. I ordered the chicken tacos and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The guacamole was delicious as always. So I had to leave a review as it was different from all the other ones. So please don't be afraid to go here and enjoy some great food. read more

I work very close to the location and typically don't have the best experience here, but comeback anyway because I've learned to just preorder on the app and pick up. That being said, I preordered a bowl with sour cream and guac and went to pick it up on 2/13. When I arrived, the bowl was not ready and there was a huge busy line. The woman at the register offered me a free drink and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. Once my bowl was made, one of the guys on the line (Juan?) made an announcement that they ran out of guac and sour cream. I walked up and asked if there was any on my bowl, and he said unfortunately not. I was a bit irritated since I preordered and paid for it, and if it was made on time I would've made it before they ran out. He looked a little stuck on what to do, and there was no manager around. He apologized for it, and wrote me up a little card for a free bowl the next time I come to the location. As a hospitality manager myself, I really appreciated his small gesture. I know in hectic times when close to closing and running out of items it can be very frustrating, but he empathized and gave me a quick solution. Although the whole ordeal was a little frustrating, I'm writing this positive review based on the kind service I received from the first girl (on the register, around 9:15 PM, brown skin) and the guy that gave me the little card (I think it was Juan).
