I visited this location yesterday and found my service to be very dissatisfying. My order was completely wrong. My husband had to go back inside twice, they'd not only forgotten mine and my daughters drink but they forgot some of my daughters food. Then as we're driving down the road and both biting in our burritos we come to find they're both completely wrong. We had already gone too far to turn around, but I found it absolutely ridiculous that my order got that messed up. They weren't even busy. I've worked in fast food as a manager. I could maybe understand had they been real busy, but there is absolutely no excuse except pure laziness. Especially considering I ordered online and you have a ticket to read! I will not be returning to this location. It's actually turned me off to Chipotle for good. So, thanks. read more

2011 Mount Zion Rd Morrow Georgia 30160( chipotle) Me & my husband have visited this restaurant multiple times. for the last 4 months we visited this particular location and we witnessed Cockroaches in the dinning area as we as going back and forth underneath the food table where they prepared the food for the customers. unfortunately our previous concerns wasn't addressed so we decided to try it again only today we witnessed multiple Cockroaches going under the food table alone with a little girl who yell out to her mother about the bugs. hands down we left once agai. this is so sad that we have to be put up with this in our neighborhood. read more

DIIIIIIRTY!!! I came by one time and I mean when I walked in the door and looked around I literally almost fainted! The windows were slippery with dirty handprints everywhere. I had enough courage to go to the food station but why on earth would I do that? It looked like it was a food fight!! Slow down for at least 5 seconds to clean up!! Geez! Who manages here, Angelica Pickles? The drink station was messy as well! So yea I came here once before and it wasn't as bad but I decided not to enter based on the windows alone. I really don't know how a chain restaurant could be so differed from the other ones. I mean every time i go to chipotle i get the exact same thing. A chicken bowl, rice, black beans, corn, sour cream, lettuce & cheese. When i went to this location it tasted NOTHING like any other chipotle I've been to. I ended up throwing the entire bowl away. It seems some of the people that have been to this location have had a pretty different experience than I have. But apparently I'm a "regular" here because I've checked in here twice (though I've visited here more than that) so take that for what it's worth. This location is still relatively new to the area but it is always crowded. Not matter the day or time, it's always been busy when I've been here. People need their Chipotle fix. The location itself is just okay. There's usually not much room for parking immediately in front of the building but there is a large (and usually crowded) lot since it's next to a strip mall. I just consider it a little bit of a work out before I go and consume a days worth of calories in a single meal. The setup for inside is terrible. It's the worst designed Chipotle I have ever seen. You walk in and there's the station / line in front of you but between the winding line of customers and the line to make the burritos there's just a giant Island with stools. So potentially there are people sitting and eating with other customers standing behind them, breathing over their necks, and eyeballing their food. Who thought that would be a good idea? Then the space to the right is lines with stools and a counter on the wall as well as some two and four person table tops. There's also some seating outside. It's always crowded so you may have to wait or awkwardly stand for a few minutes. As for the food, it's standard Chipotle. No, it's not going to be an authentic Mexican cantina, but if you've done your research, you'd know that. And yes, many different ethnicities and even types of people like Chipotle. I've seen moms in yoga pants, guys in overly baggy jeans, a guy with a gun holstered to his faded jeans, parents and kids, even interracial couples. So if you that's not your thing, you might want to skip it. The staff has always been friendly and competent. Very good about making sure food is restocked, moving people along, and filling online orders in between in person customers. Overall, a fine location if you're willing to deal with the crowd and parking. read more

Every time I attempt to eat here they never have ingredients. No fajitas or no guacamole and the line is always a mess- food spilled everywhere- every time. Customer service is also down as the team is not friendly. Not a great atmosphere at all. There are better Chipotles than this one so it's best to keep moving. read more

I get exactly what I ask for since I never call in my order....I watch them make my order so no mix ups there. I have figured out the slow periods and try to go during those times....but I love the food so much that if I miscalculate my timing it is still worth the wait! read more

This is my second time eating at a Chipotle Mexican Grill (different locations) and both experiences were very similar. Since it's a chain, that's what you should expect from a chain restaurant. I think the food is very good - I had the chicken bowl with guacamole this visit. The portion size was huge and the food was fresh and delicious. I had half of the salad for lunch and the other half for dinner. This restaurant is very crowded, very busy, and seems somewhat chaotic during the ordering process. I didn't go there for the atmosphere. I went for a healthy and delicious salad, and that's what I got. Even though there is an extra charge for the guacamole, it's worth it. Although it was busy and the line was long, they move pretty fast and you won't have to wait long. read more

Just read the other reviews and you will notice a common trend. This place is disgusting. The floor and tables were dirty. The counters were dirty. And the food was everywhere! There were pieces of chicken mixed in with steak, rice mixed in with beans, cheese mixed in with sour cream... you get the point. And it was all over the counter. The entire tub of guacamole was brown. I came here with my cousin and we were the only customers in there. It was slow enough for the employees to have time to clean up. Do not order or visit the chipotle on mount Zion rd in morrow. I ordered a delivery meal through chipotle website. After delivery my food was $20. I get the food and not only is my drink missing the rice hard and everything super cold. I call the manager I think his name is Ike and he is no help at all. He tells me to call door dash. I call them they said the order was through chipotle so I have to call them. I call chipotle back and he tells me To that he can't do anything. I hVe to go through a help me link. I asked him do I have to go through all of this for a simple drink. He can't do anything more as a manager. Like give me a drink next time he says no. Horrible customer service. I changed up this whole review because I have a different opinion on this place. I used to love this Chipotle, but now I come only when I am near it. I got my taco, and asked for what I wanted. They used to put the tinniest bit of anything on my taco. But now they put a lot of anything on my taco. So I had got my meat, and I got a lot of most other things, (Besides cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc)especially lettuce. But the good things? It is very clean, the service is good, they make the food fast and when they make it my taco is nice and clean. Overall, this Chipotle alright. read more

The worst location I've been to so far. The service is extremely slow. I recently visited the location in Newnan and was blown away. They have a separate area for call in orders as to not hold the line up for the people coming in. This location not so much. The line is ridiculously long and to tell you the truth not at all worth it. I definitely understand the low rating. 8:45 pm pickup... Upon arrival they said that my order must have rolled over to the next day. They're open till 11 per the online information. Ok..enough is enough. As a resident and employee in this area I've frequented this chipotle several times and each time it has been horrible. I can't say that it's only bad during lunch or near closing because it's ALWAYS DIRTY! Service is ALWAYS SLOW and they are ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF ITEMS! Apparently they have poor leadership/management..because someone isn't training their staff appropriately, managing staff appropriately nor ordering enough inventory. No one is maintaining the bathrooms, areas near the drink machines, lobby/seating areas, replenishing the dressing station where they make your food, no reason the person making your food should have to stop to look for more cheese, salsa etc while there's other staff members in the back playing..and why are you always running out of stuff? I came in before lunch, close to opening and there was no line and they ran out of mild salsa (pico de gallo) told me it would be 2 min..i waited like 20 min while a line grew and my food sat. Then i came another time near closing and they ran out of shredded cheese, instead of compensating guests they were still charging for queso..i don't eat queso but i still thought it was rude not to offer an alternative. Arrived about 3 hours before closing and this place was an absolute mess. The line was wrapped and to the door, clearly moving slow as we waiting in the line to order for about 20 minutes. Five minutes after being in line a sign was posted outside the door letting people know their was no black beans or fajitas. This definitely killed the meal, but i was willing to settle anyway. Getting up to the line to order I noticed how crazy the line looked with beans thrown everywhere even as far down to the cold side. It was as if the food had gotten into a food fight with itself. No one bothered to just give the counter a wipe down. After ordering a veggie plate, it automatically comes with guacamole of course as a small meat replacement. When I asked for my guacamole she tells me they are all out but she will have someone start making it now. I'm thinking why wasn't it made when the pan went empty, but okay she tells me 5 minutes. I take a look in back and the girl is going through a bowl of almost 30 avocados to cut & smash. Then she tells the woman behind me it would be a 15 minute wait on guacamole.
