We come to Fairburn once a year at most for the Florida Renaissance Festival. This is our go-to restaurant for dinner from the day we arrive until our final evening here. I haven't had a single menu item that I've been disappointed with to-date. I've had fajitas, enchiladas, and authentic Mexican. The music on weekend evenings is loud. You need to arrive early or be prepared to wait for a table. Seating is perhaps a bit limited for how many people I've seen waiting for their seats. The 22 oz margaritas hit the spot after an 8-hour drive and check-in to the hotel next door. I can recommend the tableside guacamole for starters and the chicken poblano as a meal if you love authentic Mexican food.
