I've been here twice. The first time I ordered two chicken burritos thru DoorDash and picked up. I thought they were very good with fresh ingredients so went back yesterday to try their food again. This time, I walked in and ordered take-out. I wanted a no-meat option and there were two on the menu--plant based chorizo or veggie. Unfortunately the young man working was very confused by all of my questions. It turned out they don't have the chorizo, which is likely why he kept struggling to understand what item I was asking about. I opted for a veggie burrito bowl. Dear Yelper, I won't hold you--it was just okay. I'm glad I ordered to go so that I could go home and add seasonings and other flavors as I ate. As far as ambiance, the restaurant was mostly empty except one customer with a full work station set up on his table and empty food containers (suggesting he'd been there a while). There was a younger Caucasian lady that helped me I believe last Friday , she was wonderful made sure I was taken care of and knew what I was ordering. I've had this place twice. The first time was 5 stars. The Burritodilla had meat and veggies evenly distributed, and it was amazing. The second time, the meat was on the outer layer and veggies in the middle making it a very uneven taste. The bowl was good, but had too much chipotle ranch sauce. I recommend getting it on the side to control that flavor. Beef tacos were in a typical taste range and the curly fries were good. Over all, I'm going to try this place again based on the first time I ordered. The third order will determine if I continue to support this place. Giving them a 4 because it was 5 on the first visit and 3 on the second. Oh and the staff is nice and courteous! read more

What is going on? 3 stars is not enough for this place. It's not gourmet cooking- it's a burrito / taco Quesadilla bin. Was on the fly, drive by- looked like a good change of pace. Was exactly that. Im genuinely surprised by the reviews. I don't live on that side of town & wanted to try something new & stumbled upon this place. When I walked in the few customers in front of me were raving amongst each other how good the food is here. Expectations set. I got the Hibachi burrito & honestly I'm not a burrito guy but it looked really good. And it was good. There were some cold spots within the burrito that was kinda off putting & telling me not everything is cooked or put together at the same time but I'd definitely give this place another chance. I ordered two meals off of Doordash here and not only did I not get what I ordered for either meal, but when I called the number ther person did not want to give us his proper name, yet still told us that we can go up there and get our proper meals made, since it was after hours. Nevertheless we go up there the day after and the whole staff acts like we're speaking a foreign language and then tells us the manager knows nothing. Even though we had the receipt and Pictures. I door dash here a lot and there is a new young lady working there and she is very rude and unprofessional because I was helping someone and asked her a question I was told I was doing to much after she said you know I can block door dash from coming in here I replied with excuse me because I didn't know what she was talking about then she said me because I'm doing to much and she would call the police on me and everything I asked her to call the boss and she refused and kept threatening me with the police I left and called door dash to cancel the order from me all and all she is not professional at all and he will loose alot of customers behind her or some one will hurt her read more

If you're ever in Stockbridge, Bubbakoo's is a good place to try. Had the Chiwawa and the Burritodilla Pros: -large portions -flavorful and fresh -the "fried rice ball" that is the chiwawa was very interesting -order was prepared correctly -take out and online ordering is simple and easy Cons: -workers should not try to stuff everything in one bag (ours ripped) -southwest egg rolls weren't as good as I expected -improve Queso I wasn't able to get picture because the bag broke and some items shifted. This place is relatively new and it won't be around long. I ordered a steak burrito. They cook the steak on the flattop as ordered which is different than traditional burrito places. Imagine my shock when they brought up the tinies bowl of steak (pictured) for my $12.95 burrito. It was the position you would feed a small toy breed of a dog. See picture for reference. They claimed it's 4oz, looked closer to 2 or 3. The burritos don't come with chips or salsa. All the toppings available were old looking and well past their prime. All the queso had a thick layer of film over the top as it's clearly been sitting there for far too long. Both bathrooms were "broken". Two burritos and an order of nachos (no chips no drinks) came to $36. We will not be back and would not recommend to anyone. Terrible. read more

Ordered through Uber. Food was prepped quickly and packaged perfectly for delivery (the salsa containers are capped and also wrapped in foil). Food arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered the Nashville burrito and considering it was a bogo for 11 bucks, it was definitely worth the money. Very tasty and filling. Prepped with care for sure. Other places make sloppy burritos but these people have it down. There were a few minor gigs. We ordered two salsas, one hot and one house, but they weren't marked. They looked and tasted different but neither had any heat behind it. There aren't any descriptions on their menu in the Uber app. I would've tried the loaded fries but i don't eat onions and there was no indication if they were included or not. Otherwise a great job. I ordered from them early this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system instantly processed my order using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn't anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn't know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn't know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. I can never trust this company again. I have wondered about this place for a long time, so today, since they had BOGO entree's I decided to stop in and I'm so happy I did! I ordered a shredded chicken taco salad. The shell was the lightest, flakiest and crispiest shell that held together well. The chicken was perfectly seasoned..I asked for a bit of pork in it which was seasoned perfectly as well. Do not waste your time. Facilities were gross. Tables chairs restrooms counters every inch was disgusting.the food was not great either. No flavor and the tops of everything had a crust from sitting uncovered too long. I asked for one taco and the girl working was annoyed and stated they don't sell single tacos. First time here, I was excited to try it out. I was immediately turned off by the older white woman working who was extremely rude. I asked a few simple and straight forward questions (being that it was my first time) and the screen menu was a bit confusing and did not have any pricing. She insisted she didn't know anything at all about the food, establishment, prices, etc. Apparently she only knew how to scoop and squeeze. After being treated poorly throughout the entire process, I asked for a light drizzle of one of their sauces as the final topping to my order. I quickly turned to throw some trash away, pay, and leave. I get home and my food is drowning in the sauce that I kindly asked for a light drizzle of. Literally a soup. Completely ruining the meal altogether. Aside from the horrendous service, the food quality is not the greatest and all around basic. You are better off going to chipotle. read more
