I have not been to a Taco Bell in probably 10 years. But I love those little cinnamon twist things. I'm running errands. I was a little hungry so I decided to stop at this location. I think I made a mistake. There are people sitting waiting & standing for their food. The restaurant is for the most part, clean and orderly. So when I usually come to TB I'm zipping through the drive thru for my order however I had my mother with me on this visit and she didn't know what she wanted so we opted to go in. We were immediately greeted and giving customer service that was top notch. The guy came to the kiosk and helped my mother with making a decision on what she wanted, went over what all was in it and then helped her to a seat. Then he proceeded to get her drink for her. When our food was ready, he brought it to the table for us along with napkins. I seriously was taken aback by all of this. Had to use the bathroom and surprised to see how clean it was. Had a hard time getting what I wanted.. one thing that upset me dearly is getting overcharged for rice. According to the website, a side of rice is only .60 & not the 1.79 I was charged. Haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in ages. Stopped in for something different to eat. Restaurant was clean and the AC was blasting. We ordered our food from the kiosk. Many options to choose from. Three people cannot eat anywhere for less than $30 nowadays. . Our wait was short. We took no chances and checked our order before leaving, glad we did, one item was missing. The lady apologized and prepared it immediately. The food was flavorful and delivered hot. It was enjoyable, something out of the ordinary and warrants another visit. read more

It's been a long time since I've had a positive experience in a fast food drive-through. When I got to the speaker, the staff was welcoming. When I drove around they were pleasant and acted like they wanted to be there. I ordered online, I pick the time that I needed, I've done it before.... only this time there was a looonnggg line around the store, I didn't care I had ordered ahead. Only to see a note on the door, drive thru only! What the hell, I don't have time to do that long line. Online didn't say no pick up available. Where's the beef. I'm pretty sure everyone has heard that. That's what came out of my mouth when I opened up my Chalupa there's no beef only a pencil size line in the bottom really you're getting that cheap. It's a shame we live in a world where employees to such restaurant are under qualified to check the contents of a bag. I drove 10 minutes away in the god awful weather for a simple order in which I'm missing half of. Highly disappointed in this specific location. Extremely disappointed! We did an online order on July 11 at roughly 3:30 under the name Amber. Picked up our sealed order and asked about the sauce. We were told by a second woman who appeared to be in charge that the sauce packets were in our bag. We got home and there were NO sauce packets. We ordered guacamole and no order received guacamole. We ordered a meal with chicken and it had beef. We had three drinks that were divided into 6 smaller cups because they said they had run out of large cups. We called the restaurant once we had gotten home and they apologized and said they had run out of guacamole. They also said they thought they had put sauce in our bag and apologized for the screw up on our order. We were told to bring our order back to the restaurant for correction but it just wasn't worth using $5 worth of gas to get service from a place with such poor management and lack of planning. Maybe a free taco or two would have made the return trip worthwhile. You've got to do better, people. I'm giving this post 2 stars because the young lady at the window was courteous. The restaurant was not busy. Only the drive thru was open. read more

Someone gets a real kick out of Smashing the tacos before putting them in the bag. I was so naive that initially that I thought perhaps one was broken accidentally but it has continued and last time I had six tacos smashed. Just order a family meal and while eating my Cantina Power Steak Bowl pulled a expiration sticker out of my mouth!(photos) Plus I already had to go back because they forgot the sour cream in all of the Doritos locos!!
