Today, I visited Arby's located at 2154 Mount Zion Pkwy Morro, GA 30360 Health Score 98 = A on 10/25/24 Anjelica was my cashier and I received pleasant customer service. I ordered the two for $6 Chicken Sandwich and Roast Beef Sandwich. I also ordered a Four count Mozzarella Cheese sticks. My food was delicious and served hot. I was very satisfied with my complete order. The ambience offered soft rock and roll music pumping through the speaks and the dining area was clean and spacious. I'd definitely recommend this fast food restaurant for a quick lunch or diner. It was the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks for me. Enjoy!!! read more

I was a little under the weather and my Wife said she would just run to Arby's since it is close. We got two Classic Roast Beefs and two crinkle fries. Roast Beef was good. Nice big sandwich and everything seemed fresh. French Fries were ice cold. Didn't even seem like they had been under a heater or lamp. We microwaved them so we could eat them but that wasn't optimal. read more

Gotta go with the other Yelpers, the customer service sucks. I was helped by Anthony Green, who I assume is a manager from the way he's dressed, and I was as far from impressed with his customer service as he was from being pleasant. The first time I was at this location there was this jovial sista running the place. This time... just an unhappy man in a now less than inviting environment. As for the food... First, the 2-5pm Happy Hour is the bomb! $1 Sliders, Shakes, Fries and more. Sadly they don't have the pizza slider anymore and the shake machine was busted but hey, you can't have everything. Secondly, I got what I could of my usual - a Jalapeño Roast Beef Slider and a Buffalo Chicken slider - and they were awful in presentation and taste. The sliders were just smashed into their boxes so everything was jammed to one side and was falling out when I picked up each one. This would've been no problem except that once I got them in my mouth, they were so bad. The bread was cold, hard and kind of a dry, mushy, chewy texture; I can't really explain it. And the meats were just weird tasting. Definitely not the quality I'm used to after all these years. Thirdly and luckily, I got some curly fries on a whim and hoooooly sh******t! So good. So good. So gooood! Luckily I had some before the sliders and saved some for after. Bad service. Bad sliders. Great curly fries. Now would I return here for the fries? Maybe..? Possibly..? Eh, it's tough since it's the only one in the area but I think... I shall not return (for a while). read more

Lady outside cleaning parking lot at 10:10am instead of opening store. Supposed to be open. Sent me to the window to take order because their headset probably isn't on. Go to window there's no one. Asked her to go let them know there's a customer then she said they just not ready to take orders will be open at 10:30. Told her the website says 10. Finally went inside to let them know. Then said 5 minutes. Took order at 10:16 then pulled me forward even though there was no line. Now waiting to see how long it take the food to come out. I'm just confused why is cleaning the parking lot priority when you don't even have your store open and have to park someone to make chicken strips? Recieved food at 10:26 no sauce had to pull up and get sauce.no sorry nothing. read more

If you haven't tried this Arby's lately, I recommend giving them another chance. I had avoided this location because of long lines at the drive thru resulting in disappointing food quality. Today I dropped by wanting a French Dip, but not having great expectations. There was 1 car in front of me but unlike earlier visits, I placed my order in record time, and this was at 12:26. The sandwich was fresh and hot. The crinkle fries were perfect. The au juis for dipping was hot and unlike earlier visits was correctly diluted, not insanely salty. The order taker was friendly and efficient. Let's reward what appears to be a dramatic improvement! Thank you to whoever is managing now. read more

The Arby's on Mt. Zion is absolutely crap. Ordered 4 sandwiches and not even 1 pack of sauce. (Even though we had sauce selected on the app). No straw for the shake we ordered. Called the store right after to talk to a manager and NO ONE answered on ALL 5 Calls. Do no waste your money on this location. I strongly Urge you to go somewhere else read more

I give the place a 2 star rating, only because the the fries I order were delicious; but as far custom Service the store really should really retrain cashier at the drive thru window. Not even a hello, and then my total. It was simple "my total, (hand out) and proceeded to have a full on conversation with her associate not even showing any concern. I understand young people love socializing. But at the end of the day o was taught customer service first all else second. Other than that the food was good and hot. Just wish I didn't feel like a number when I pay for an all around experience. Not To mention I was the only car in the disrobe they so it wasn't even busy. But again I digress. This is the worst Arby's I have ever been to in my life. The wait is extreeeemly long. The customer service is past horrible. The food is cold when you get it. I've given the a few chances, and it's always the same thing. The manager has the worst attitude EVER! I'm not a gluten for punishment. So I've given them 3 try's. I'm not ever going back there. We waited in the drive thru 30 minutes and then she still didn't get our order right. This Arbys gets a zero!

My husband and I went to this location around 6PM on 3/22/19. There was one person in line and the dining room was empty. We ordered two crispy fish sandwiches...... that's it. My husband asked for cheese on his and was told it only comes on the combos not the 2 for 5 deals. Okay, he said he would pay extra. The cashier stepped away from the front, however there were what appeared to be two managers and two other workers walk past the order window. We stood there for 5-7 minutes waiting on someone to notice two people waiting on their food; not ONE person asked, acknowledged or attempted to get our order. My husband finally asked if that was that our order in the window..... Not one person smiled, welcomed us to the restaurant or apologized for the wait time. We won't be back. read more

Place is nice and clean, safe environment, good place for lunch, plenty of seating. The only problem I have is that I paid almost 6 bucks for that new Brown Sugar Bacon sandwich and it was the size of a happy meal hamburger, a total disappointment considering I alway get plenty of meat no matter what sandwich I order . read more

This is the standard Arby's, nothing special or outstanding about our visit. The food was standard - good, hot and fast. Love those Beef and Cheddars! The reason for the review is that this Arby's is hard to find! You have to take a frontage road down a little ways behind a Steak and Shake...we could see it on our GPS but just take note that you have to search for it. A sign out on the main road would be helpful. read more

So just stopped at this Arbys. It was 9:40 when I walked in. I had to use the restroom before ordering. I didnt realize it was locked due to cleaning. I tried to open the door and i was met with an employee who had a major attitude. I apologized and stated I didnt realize you were cleaning. Ahe said "yeah we are trying to close". I apologized and stated I didnt know what time they were closing. She rudely informed me it was 10. Ok, so you dont close for 20 minutes and you want to act like I'm ruining your life for stopping in? Arbys is expensive, I van definitely take my business elsewhere, where the customer service is better and the food is cheaper. Some of these people need fo remember that the people stopping in keeps the doors open and allow them to have hours and get paid. Went to Arby's drive thru on 3/19/2019 @ 9:05pm U applied for that job not me, why b rude to the customers! I use to work for Arby's about 15yrs ago! I always provide excellent customer and good quality food! Manager was rite their in a different color shirt! 1st of all they had my card like 4 to 5 min didn't explain when I asked! Order 2 4 5 fish sandwiches, classic beef n cheddar, 2Lg Fries! Mutha fuckers gave me the bottom of fry pan fries old ass fries!! Beef n cheddar was warm cheese! 2 4 5 was hard literally hard! Went to get my dad something for lunch per his request and wasn't planning on getting myself anything because it's just too high calorie for me trying to lose weight...however, I saw where they have turkey wraps so I got the roasted turkey and swiss wrap. It was pretty doggone good or maybe it was just that I was pretty hungry.
