Ive ordered doordash from this location a couple times and it seems the employees just put the least amount of effort possible into making your food I could feel the depression, undertrained, underpaid, effort in every bite. I tried the carnitas burrito the first time & steak the last time I went, Both were good. The price is good for the quality & amount of food you get. All the ingredients are non gmo & good quality. Poor CS service, I wanted brown rice in my burrito they didn't have any they had no intention of even making any they told me, "we're out it'll take 45 minutes to make it", in other words they're not making it. I am very disappointed with this location and how much the store hours have changed. After coming in today and asking the workers there it was brought to my attention that they will be closed until 7pm on 4th of July and to me that is ridiculous. All of the workers there are super young they deserve to close at 3pm that way they are able to enjoy this holiday with family & friends. 4th of July is the celebration of freedom. By them working there that late gives them no freedom to be with family and friends. Take a look at the age group you are hiring and pay attention to the changes your location makes. Rude! And Disrespectful!! I was informed a while ago this company offered Law Enforcement discounts. And I've never had a problem enjoying this Extended courtesy .... However!!!! Today at this location in Madera, Ca... they would not allow me to use my Credentials as a proper form as Law Enforcement I.D.. even after I informed the manager that as a Federal Officer I do not carry a "badge" we carry our credentials which clearly states Law Enforcement officer along with my picture and all information a federal law enforcement credential has. They still would not allow it stating I was not in Law Enforcement .. So I was not allowed any courtesy from their company ..... I've served the U.S for 11 years but can't get a discount ... So I finally tried this place out after hearing so much about it. I liked the service that was really fast. They are basically set up like a Subway where you go down the line and tell them what you want on your burrito, salad, or whatever. The ingredients are very fresh but otherwise nothing that really stood out to me. The food is similar to Baja Fresh but a little better. The spicy salsa (red one) is similar to what you might see in a taco shop but by Mexican standards is mild-medium in spiciness. The meat should have been more flavorful.
