I frequent this location of Chipotle whenever I'm in town: 1. Customer service. Today I had a few different orders and Noel Chantelle and Eliseo were so patient with me and super welcoming and conversational while still helping other customers. 2. Because Chipotle . I had the Chicken Al Pastor Salad with vinaigrette and it NEVER disappoints. I was hangry so my picture was half way through my meal. The exterior has a cool patio with a bit of shade if ya need it and also some comfy seats inside with drinks and condiments to boot. I greatly appreciate the consistency of product as well as considerate genuine niceness of the customer service. I will continue to patronize this location whenever I am in the city. I've eaten at a number of chipotle's before, this one was not great. I ordered a steak bowl, and all of my steak was tough, chewy, and comprised mostly of fat or connective tissue. Working in their favor - my bowl came actually mixed together, so I didn't have to swim through a sea of sour cream on half of the bowl. Hot mess express when I was here last! Out of so many things! White rice! Brown rice! Chicken! Line was out the door but I had ordered pick-up in advance but it was not ready when I arrived past the "ready" time and you have to ask a server to grab the pick-up order from the back as there is not a shelf to access it yourself. This seems too time consuming to interrupt the servers as they are taking other orders. The drink station was also a mess with multiple items needing refilled and the whole area needing cleaned. Got home and my bowl was all wet and "soupy" with black bean "juice" soaking everything. And they gave my son 2 milks for his kid's menu but forgot his fruit! I have always gotten the quesadilla from here and now it's being marketed and added to their menu, which is great except it's smaller and yet more expensive now. How is that? It's folded up like a Crunchwrap instead of folded over like a quesadilla which doesn't make much sense either. The container it goes in isn't very efficient and also leaks. The idea is wonderful but the overall concept was a fail, bad packaging, smaller portion and increased price. Probably going to stop going now unfortunately, this place really missed the mark. Also the "new press" doesn't grill it as well leaving ingredients not melted together and the tortilla isn't properly grilled so it's like a flat messy burrito with stuff on the side.... That leaks all over the bag they put it in which is paper. Hope this gets fixed or they are gonna start losing more than me I'd assume. I don't typically rate chain establishments buuuttt I visit here more often than I'd like to admit, so I feel the need to bump up the overall rating. I don't think it's fair for anyone to give somewhere one or two stars because there's a long line. I don't think it's fair to give a "fast food" restaurant one or two stars because the staff moves your food quickly down the line. To me this just means everybody loves Chipotle and they're trying to help you along! I go during non peak hours and have never had an issue. Everything about my burrito bowls are always fantastic. The steak is super flavorful and tender, the brown rice is cooked well, the mild salsa and lettuce are always fresh, the corn salsa is sweet, and the cheese melts in a way that you know it's hand grated. I'm pretty obsessed with Chipotle. That should about do it. read more

This is a friendly and clean location. My food is always fresh, tasty, and hot with every visit. Management is pretty good about communicating about what's in or isn't in their items. For example, the new chorizo may not meet Chipotle's own strict standards of not using antibiotics in their pork, which i know after reading their posted sign in the store. Tonight i forgone JimmyJohns customer appreciation $1 subs because of their ridic long line but found myself in an unusual line here anyways. There are a lot of fast food options around my office, so I have a lot of choices for lunch. If I take a late lunch, I'll sometimes stop at Chipotle for a burrito bol. If I take lunch during the regular lunch hour, parking and the lines usually prevent me from stopping in here because it's just too congested. I jump around on the menu a lot here depending on my mood, and their commitment to fresh ingredients means anything I get will be the freshest it can be. Free range meat and the companies commitment to local farmers also makes me feel like they're not just concerned with making money. The menu options haven't changed much in the 10 or so years I've been coming to Chipotle. It's simple, fresh and well prepared. No need to mess with quality when you've got lines out the door with little advertising. read more

Chipotle has the best burritos. Their menu is very limited. Pretty much burrito, burrito with no wrap in a bowl, or tacos are your options. I think you might be able to talk them into a quesadilla. As far as sides you can get some chips with salsa or guacamole and that's it. If you get a burrito and a drink it's about $8. I like the trendy interior. They do a good job at keeping it clean. They always seem to have some pretty good music going. I would recommend looking at the meats before choosing one. I like the pulled beef barbacoa, but sometimes seeing it I will go with steak instead. The chicken is good too. I think the pork sucks after trying it a couple times. read more

Just tried the sofritas burrito and it was totally edible. I appreciate a protein option for vegetarians, but the sofritas (I was told they have tofu) really look like a mystery concoction. Nothing extraordinary here- well, except the total. I added guacamole to the burrito and it totaled almost $10. What happened to the days of adding guac being 75 cents or $1? They ought to give you options on the portion/ pricing. I like the ethos of chipotle in general, but I dang near could have had an entree at a quality sit down restaurant. Also, they did offer to add the 'fajita' peppers/ onions to the burrito, but they looked like they'd been there all day. Or maybe longer. The whole bin of it looked grey. First of all let me start by saying who the heck doesn't like Chipotle?! Everything is made fresh and delicious daily! One of my absolute favorite things to get is the sofritas! You may be asking "Daniel what are sofritas?!" Well let me tell you friend it's a delicious blend of spices and tofu. Now you may be thinking. Hold the phone why would you lie to me and say that tofu is tasty?! To that I would respond with WOULD I LIE TO YOU?!?!?! It is very well seasoned and I promise you that it doesn't taste gross or like tofu! To be honest all food COULD be gross but it is all about how it is seasoned. I would also highly recommend getting a bowl instead of anything else as it will most likely give you the most food. Other hacks I have found to get the most food possible from one of my favorite fast food places on earth would be to get half of each meat (I suggest half chicken/half sofritas).
