They are consistently late with or misplace online orders. 15 minutes after my order was scheduled for pickup and it still wasn't ready

I love chipotle but this location has to be my least favorite. I've come different days and different times just to confirm it's not just a certain person etc. Location: off 610 feeder Parking: limited but also plenty as it is in a small shopping strip. They definitely don't serve as much protein/meat as other places. First time they serve low on everything to the point that my bowl was not even to the top. Recently I went and try a different time and date and it was more but still a bit of meat. If asked if they can at least fill the 1 spoon they give you a look. Probably will not be coming back to this location. read more

If it weren't for the convenience near home I probably wouldn't go to this location. If I have time I definitely go out of my way not to visit this location because there's always lack of friendliness and/or food available. Today they hd no burritos. I thought they were joking at first when they said it. When I do choose to come here they are consistently out of something, toppings, etc. The only highlight is an older woman who works the line face to face with the customers. She is so friendly and takes pride in what she does, at times feel bad because she seems like the only one who cares. Other than that, it's annoying to go and you think you're going to get something but have to skip out on things because they simply don't have it or none prepped and ready. read more

Workers at this location dont care about properly cooking food through or swapping out old rice that has dried out.

Worker wouldn't answer questions or respond. Asked for more cheese after he gave me none and he put a pinch more on. Rude for zero reason. Restaurant was dirty too. Tables looked awful. Utter waste of money. read more

Came in today around 12 PM with my small baby and 6-year-old. I was ordering for both myself and my child. A woman with glasses and a piercing came over to take the second part of my order. From the start, she seemed frustrated and acted like anything I said was bothering her. I explained that I still needed to order for my son, and we were waiting for the burrito, but she rolled her eyes, grabbed it, and added beans without asking. I told her my son wanted brown beans, but she ignored me. When it came to the meat, she put the smallest portion imaginable--literally about three small pieces of chicken. Then, as she moved on to veggies, I told her my son wanted queso. She rolled her eyes at me again and made a derogatory remark about me in Spanish. Absolutely unacceptable customer service--rude, dismissive, and disrespectful from start to finish. I will not be returning. read more

Use to be the number 1 chipotle unfortunately another case of bad service. Just today i went as it's my closest chipotle and i ordered my bowls ( one with extra steak ) - the Gentlemen With glasses behind the register at 6:30 rudely said " watch your proportions " to the gentlemen at the beginning, i then immediately said i ordered extra- in which it became a huge talking back session to his coworker . The gentlemen with glasses seems to get really comfortable behind the cashier surprised he doesn't have a chair to sit on and bark orders. To the guy at the beginning of the line, you're a chipotle HERO - you're the reason why i always give chipotle another chance . This 5 Star is for you and you only - hope MGMT sees this! read more

Awesome service and food was good as always I actually liked the location and area. Not bad at all, I recommend this to anyone in the area.

7:30 large line. No rice. No steak. Minimal bottom scraps of chicken. The mains are out and there are no expectations of when they will have more. Ask if they've been busy "no we've been slow" but yet they are always out of the mains of rice or meat by 7-7:30. 4th time this has occurred. If there was another option I'd go. This place is a joke. People luckily were nice today but normally met with no food options and rude servers. I do mind reaching out and investing anymore time into this. If a human wants to reach out by all means. read more

They cannot make a burrito at this location to save their life. I work in the building next door, and have give this place multiple opportunities. As soon as you unwrap the burrito everything falls apart and it's a MESS. The point of a burrito is to be handheld..not to have pull out a plate and spoon to eat it. Last time I eat here read more

Chipotle is Chipotle. I think it's all shipped from the same place so it's pretty much the same at every location. THIS is a "bad" Chipotle. The last time I was there, I could see into a staff meeting in the back room. They were having a spirited discussion about the topic written at the top of the whiteboard: "How we can screw up a restaurant that is impossible to screw up." The burrito rollers vowed to stay in the room until they could figure out 4 solid ideas to "screw this place up." Number 4 on the white board was "use expired ingredients". This is pretty effective. If you get a burrito, everything is pretty much mixed together and you can't really pull an expired ingredient out. If they find some salsa from 2019 and just try to mix it in, you can't eally scrape it off. I've tried, it's almost impossible. If the rice is stale and hard, it takes a long time to pick it out. If a tortilla is dry, old and crumbly, you can't just wrap it inside a second tortilla. The gross one is still inside. You are making it in front of me. I see it. I don't have anything to look at except your blatant apathy. Save that burrito for a door dash customer that won't get up off the sofa to watch this disgrace of a burrito being rolled. I think they quickly figured that the third best way to ruin a Chipotle is a "Dirty, poorly run kitchen". I mean, the kitchen is right in front of you. If you have dirty water running out of a pipe on to the floor and it smells, we can see it and smell it. This isn't McDonalds where they probably drop most of the food on the floor and it's hidden from us. When dirty water/gross stuff is pouring on to the kitchen floor and you track it around, it's right in front of us. I don't get grossed out, but when you are cleaning behind the grill, then put the ingredients into my burrito with the same cleaning gloves, I know why my burrito has a chemical like taste. The team was mostly asleep when they wrote down "Don't care/bad attitude" for their second best idea. I was standing next to the register when a guy put a gun to my head and asked the money in the register. The employee didn't even look up and just asked "any other ingredients?" No, this didn't really happen, but you can imagine. I'm also pretty sure that most gun violence happens in the parking lot of this dimly lit hellhole. First on the list of "ways to suck". Well, they were busy on their phones and had better things to do. If you cut up a chick fil a employee into six parts, you would be a sick murderer guilty of a heinous crime. However, if you took one of these six body parts, which is gross that you are even conceptualizing this, and compared it to all of the collective employees at this Chipotle, you would have more heart than all of the Chipotle employees combined. This would be true even if you didn't get the body chunk that contains the heart. I like putting queso directly in my burrito. read more

Abysmal customer service. These guys hate it here. First guy in the line had terrible communication skills. And then the girl handling my online order didn't say anything towards me when I thanked her for making my order. Like the silent treatment is not what you expect when dining out. read more

Ordered to go via 3rd party app, and after reading reviews about the customer service in-restaurant, I am glad that I did. I had no issues with my order, all items were accounted for and my bowl came with everything requested. Nothing special to say about the food or quality as you get basically the same thing at every Chipotle around the country. You do pay extra to use the delivery apps, but it got me my food quickly, while it was still warm. read more

I dont understand exactly where you're supposed to park. Wayyy too many businesses for the parking that's available. Hopefully newly elected Mayor Whitmire will quit handing out licenses to build without adequate parking. Sly was clueless. Food is fine. Not very generous with the meat. I ordered a bowl on the Chipotle mobile app for pickup and they put someone else's bowl inside my bag. What a nice surprise! Worst chipotle stop ever. Management HAS TO SHOP OTHER chipotles so they can see scoop differences.

We are cursed to be in delivery range of this Chipotle. More often than not, they get our delivery order wrong and we have to contact Chipotle corporate, who doesn't give us our money back for the missing items, only credit for a future order. Even when they "include" the items, they will often substitute a different drink for the one we ordered without asking us. It sucks that we have to go there and watch them work to make sure our order is what we wanted. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered ahead @8:34pm. Said it would be ready @ 8:50pm. I did not receive my order until 9:05pm. Walk-ins came in and out this entire time AFTER my arrival and were out in no less than 5 minutes. My bedtime is @ 9:30 and I'm just now leaving here. The cashier had nothing to say. No apologies. No refund. Just rude. Update: the rice was hard as a rock. Old rice My stomach is also killing me. Couldn't even finish the food I ordered. Beef was also old, fatty, and flavorless. read more

The manager of this place needs to be replaced ASAP. This is noticeably the worst chipotle in the Houston area. Unfortunately, this location is near my house so sometimes I have had to come here out of last resort. Every single time I come here, I leave here dealing with some random incident. First it was the POS system being down, then they are out of chicken, and now no AC and one of the poorest hygiene standards I've seen from a chipotle location. read more

Let me preface this 1 star review by saying that I've eaten at countless Chipotle locations and have NEVER been so disappointed. It wasn't surprising for me either to see how low this location is rated on Yelp and how dead the store was on a weekend. Says a lot! 1) Terrible customer experience - I and the guy in front me waited for over a minute before someone greeted us and took our orders. One girl was too busy apparently wiping down the food counter and the other girl was too busy applying saran wrap over a container. I caught the 2 girls at the front mumbling things under their masks to each other and laughing at the guy in front of me and they did the same to me when i asked for a tortilla on the side after forgetting to mention it at the beginning. The girl proceeded to throw the tortilla into my bag instead of handing it to me. Very immature and I'd be embarrassed to have that kind of staff behavior around my business. 2) I chose to ignore the poor customer service as I don't ever plan on ever returning back to this location, but I then found multiple small pieces of wood in my bowl after feeling a poke in my mouth. Come to find out there there wood pieces on my chicken and that was enough for me to throw the bowl away. If you can spare a few extra minutes and miles and go to a different location, you should. read more

This place isn't what it used to be, I really think more adults need to work here. The workers are loud and unprofessional especially two guys who work nights that always have an attitude when I'm ordering and just overall act like they don't want to be there. I haven't been here since a long time, so we decided to go to this place for lunch. There is very limited parking available. The service was quick and I was at my table fast. This is a great lunch and dinner spot, especially if you are trying to manage your daily intake of carbs, protein, and etc...the food is always made fresh and kept readily available even when it is crowded. Music and ambience gives you a "T-mobile vs Futuristic Taco" vibe. The parking and seating area provides great options to enjoy whether inside or outside, so bring the kids, co-worker, or significant other. I will come back again!!!! The burrito bowl was a hit!!! Came here during lunch hours (noon)...parking is a pain because of how small the lot is. It's next to a Sprint. Sprint has designated parking for their customers (just two spaces) so the lot is pretty full. You'll have to park either on the street or in the lot with the Office Depot. However, the service was good. Line moved very quickly. There were lots of workers available so maybe that's why the line went by fast. Overall, pleased with the food and service. read more

6:30 in the afternoon waiting in line for 15 minutes because they don't have chicken or steak cooked and ready. They were so disorganized i saw a cook in the back dump a mountain of salt over all the meat that was being cooked and people just started walking into the back to grab their to-go orders because they saw there names on them and had been sitting there for as long as i had and hadn't been helped yet. read more
