Ambiance - it's a chain. The chairs and benches are comfortable. All the tables are bolted to the floor or wall. Clean. Service - counter service so there is no real service Food - I had the bowl with brown rice, beef, black beans, spicy corn, hot piccata sauce, and guacamole . It was good and filling. I love me some Chipotle and I always order in person the same thing. Which always makes the workers raise an eyebrow cause of how little I get in my bowl. Chicken bowl, no rice, no beans, fajita veg, pico, green salsa, red salsa, a heavy handful of lettuce, cheese, sour cream on the side, guac on the side, and a side of vinaigrette. When I ordered it here, the guy almost didn't want to give me the vinaigrette cause it "only goes with the salads" and if i wanted it I would have to pay for it. So i said, what's the difference between what i ordered and the salad? He said they way it is prepared. The lettuce goes down first or some BS like that. I gave a dumbazz look and said, I'll pay whatever to get my vinaigrette. I walked down to the register and the manager or whoever the guy was that rang me up must have overheard the dressing conversation cause he said, "you ordered the salad" and i didn't have to pay for for the vinaigrette. read more

My kids love chipotle . Love their rice bowl and tofu. We also like their chips and gauc but they ran out of chips ! Surprised to hear that though !! Parking facilities were ok. Nice location .. very close to boardwalk. Restrooms are ok . Service could be bit faster . Was crowded when we we went though ! Rice bowl was good . Chicken was a bit dry . It went well with rice but could have been a little juicy . Guacamole was ok . Priced ok. Should have ordered it online . Took us about 20-25 mins to get our food. . Chipotle was my go-to spot for many years with the giant burritos, incredible flavor, and fast service....this is not one of those spots. Unfortunately, you pay $13 for a small burrito, average flavor, and far from friendly staff. The food was awful! Had chicken tacos. chicken cubes tasted like they had been rolled in salt just before they've been added to the taco. Also ask for fajita vegetables which were very raw and just about unchopped. Pieces were 2 to 3 inches wide. Tacos were supposed to come with salsa there was none. Also two other sides they didn't bother to include the guacamole and chips. I ordered on the side.-the chips were stale so I didn't even bother with the guacamole. This is a top 5 chipotle of all time, with no exaggeration. This was hands down one of the best portion sizes ever. The food was hot and extremely fresh. DoorDashing and tried to pick up an order for a customer. Was told it wasn't ready and wouldn't be started until 5:20. I told them I had to pick it up by 5:12 and they basically told me "all well." The lady doing the orders was nothing but rude to not only me, but the employees working with her. She was acting completely frazzled even though there wasn't anyone in the store besides me and a few other people who already received their orders and were currently eating. It was one minute before they opened and their front door was unlocked. We were simply going to sit inside and wait on our mobile order. With chain restaurant service and quality can vary a ton. The first few times I went to this chipotle it was good... not great but good enough. The couple of times after that I was disappointed. I always get a chicken bowl but one of the times I decided to splurge on a to-go order and get steak ($$). Not only did I not get steak, they completely forgot any meat all together! Since I love chipotle so much I've been back a few times since and they have exceeded my expectations. I'm typically weary of doing drive thru as attention to detail and quality typically lack but I was super impressed the past 2 times! I always house every bite of my bowls but the last two times have challenged me! (Still finished them but it took some effort on my end!) they stuffed the bowl and I appreciate it! Quality control isn't easy but I know what you're capable of Gulf Breeze Chipotle! Consistency is key. Keep it up. read more

Dirty floors, dirty tables in an empty restaurant full of employees. The Big lady was rude ... she was like a drill sergeant barking options at you rapid fire with a frown on here face. Don't ask her questions because you will get another frown and rapid fire answers. Recommend you order online and it pick it up in order to avoid the environment.
