Worst Wendy's I've been to, employees were very Rude I was questioning the size of my frosty And they began to just show me the difference size cups and being very rude about it, on your website it says a small frosty is 12 oz I measured the cup and it's only 8 oz, so if you are giving people 8oz frosty and saying they are your small then Wendy's is stealing 3 oz on every small frosty they sell, so there's that so I then said well these are too small and I need mediums and she proceeded to tell she couldn't do that because she did not have a register at that window like she couldn't of taken my money around to the other register So as I said worst Wendy's I've been to in gulf breeze Florida and this happened on Friday at 430pm on September 26, 2025 read more

Hands down the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. The food was flat-out unacceptable--buns so hard they could've passed for hockey pucks, still ice-cold in the middle like they'd been pulled straight from a freezer. The burger itself? Cold, flavorless, and inedible. Fries were the same--stone cold and stale. When I politely informed management, expecting at least an apology or a fresh order, they literally laughed at me. Yes, laughed. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero care. Instead of fixing the problem, they doubled down on the attitude and outright refused to issue a refund. So not only did I walk out hungry, I was stuck with food my dog wouldn't even touch--and trust me, my dog eats anything. This isn't just bad service, it's disrespectful. Laughing at customers, serving garbage food, and refusing to make it right is a recipe for disaster. If this is how this location is being run, it's a complete embarrassment to the Wendy's brand. The food was all fresh! Everything was great We were pleasantly surprised. The burgers were prepped neatly and the fries crispy. Oh, the bacon was super crispy. Thanks! The meal that I had last week went up in price 40% this week. That's right, 40%. The quality of the food was excellent but the price increase simply absurd. The manager was pleasant and simply said "that's the new price, we don't give free drinks to seniors anymore". read more

My friends and I were sitting down being very quiet unlike the middle schoolers and she started yelling at them telling them to go somewhere else. I was honestly defending her because they were being loud and obnoxious. But then the same women, blonde/white old lady probably a manager, turns to me and yells at me to move my chair from the table I brought up because I was blocking the isle towards the bathroom, I was not there was plenty of room. I'm just upset that she yelled at me and my friends for absolutely no reason. This was very unprofessional and rude and this needs to be looked into. read more

Wow, how bad is it...?? Ordered a Cheeseburger Jr Deluxe & Fries for lunch. Bag was dripping grease (not a good sign). Looked into bag to make sure we got what was ordered. Got it home and was not a cheeseburger. It was some kind of breaded chicken patty. And the sandwich fell apart when unwrapped. Not good quality, only ate half the ??? sandwich and threw rest away. One good comment, the cashier was friendly and pleasant. But not the person who handed me the order, didn't say a word and did not look too clean. I frequent here for a few things. I think they do well in these few things. So here goes... OUTSIDE: For the most part, it is clean. The grass may needs an upkeep every now and then. INSIDE: It's always clean. I think they actually do a great job with this. Restrooms are just average. I've seen some "not-so-good" days, but I've also seen the good days. FOOD: It's always fresh. It's always good. I don't think I'll complain about their food here. It's consistent. They're definitely better than the local McDonald's across the street. Prices are always good, especially for what you're getting. SERVICE: This is where they may need to work on a few things. The managers seem to be really friendly, and assertive. They always smile. The crew though on the other hand, seem to struggle here. Especially those who work Drive-Thru. When you pull up, they just tell you your total without a greeting. They hand you back your change/card, without any interaction. They hand you your food, without acknowledging that you spent your $5-$10 there instead of McD's or Sonic. They don't even say, "Thank you." That would go a long way! Otherwise, quality of the food, & cleanliness is good. read more

I'm so upset with my visit tonight the worker was so rude we had been waiting at the intercom for 20 min before Wendy's closed speaking waiting on someone until we got tired and went around to the window and all she did was say "WERE CLOSED" in a very rude way and when I asked , how is it "closed" if it's not even time and she just said "we're closed" and continued to shut the window in my face ! read more

The phone listed for this location is actually a fax number, very helpful when you need to get in contact with somebody on the 21st century. I ordered a small vanilla frosty and it was just crushed ice and milk. Somebody forgot something. HORRIBLE service. If you dont close until 10, and we come in at 9:15 you have no Buisness complaining and making your customers feel unwelcomed. I would understand if it was maybe 15 or 20 mins till, but 45? No. No excuse. And for that you lost money from 12 people. Maybe the manager should review what he expects from his Employees. read more
