We don't have a Chipotle at home, and we were driving through town and ate here since we couldn't stop long. I ordered a chicken bowl that was lettuce based and it was much better than what I had previously. I'm not sure if they were out of their regular lettuce, but it was so good! read more

Waited in line for 45 minutes and watched staff complete 10+ mobile orders while completely neglecting people actually in the store and then I finally get to order and the skimp on protein and load it full of rice. Very poorly ran establishment. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Really!? Two burritos same price different sizes. Ridiculous. - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Junction, Colorado

Quick easy and friendly staff. Good amount of parking. Love the new asada. First time trying the salad, really the same as the bowl.

So disappointing! It's was easy to see that the existing staff was doing their best however, they needed more hands on deck. The place was a wreck. Every table was dirty. The trash cans were overflowing. The area around the drinks and utensils looked like it exploded. We ordered chicken and it had a very questionable texture. (chewy and stringy) "What part of the chicken did we eat?" Gross read more

This place sucks. I love chipotle but this one sucks. They are always out of something like guacamole or steak or something they shouldn't be out of and they are always closing an hour or more early. There is no one in charge. read more

Showed up to dining area being mopped 2 hours before closing with all of the chairs up on the tables. Terrible customer service, person on the burrito line was quite rude and clearly did not want to serve anyone. I have been to many locations across 4 states, and this was definitely one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've ever had. read more

So I am primarily giving them a two star review solely because of the cost of my meal, I haven't been to chipotle in years and decided to go try their new brisket. From a taste, standpoint was not bad a little sweeter than what I typically like, but it was still fairly good.. but I got a bowl of chips and guac and the cost was over $35. So my next step is not to go eat at chipotle again instead I go buy their stock because the mark up there is gotta be tremendous to the point where that's why their stock is so valuable. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bowl with the new brisket, chip and guac for over $35 wow.... - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Junction, Colorado

I arrived an hour before closing and a latino gentlemen completely ignores me while he cleans the burrito grill, then covers it with aluminum foil top and bottom to then switch his gloves and finally go to work on ... a pick up order. He was the only person on the isle. He looked up at me multiple times to say absolutely nothing. A young lady comes along to finally say "we'll be right with you" as they both proceed to work on the same pick up order. I continue to wait patiently as others arrive to also just questionably wonder... what's happening? You have people in front of you patiently waiting not a short period that's understandable but like 10 minutes. Not a "thank you for your patience" I tell the so called "manager" how rude it was to not even acknowledge the person and she blows it off barely even looking at me and gives an excuse it's been a crazy day. Well, don't take it out on me. I was even literally standing there as she came out for a moment to inquire with her staff about guacamole to then go back to her office. I empathized with their misfortune and just asked her to have a talk with him. It's fast food. I get it but to blatantly pretend I'm not there and continue on with other stuff is just horrible service (it was nearly 10 minutes as he just went on with a very, I don't give an "F" attitude right in front of you... he didn't go to the back and return later just head down complete disregard that you're there. The manager didn't offer a discount either just an insincere apology. I'm not going to this location ever again. They don't value their opportunity to HAVE a job. You are at their mercy if you want food ... with no courtesy or training on how to be even slightly hospitable. I have read many other negative comments regarding this store. I unfortunately think this is an epidemic in the service industry. read more

Constantly out of rice, steak, lettuce, beans, and salsas. How can you be out of everything at 6pm on a Saturday. Said I couldn't get lettuce when there was two full bins. "Online orders only" portions are weak too. Go to the CLIFTON LOCATION. Will be worth it I promise. read more

they had no chips to eat all then they had vegs to put on ur food ,service was ok because they had only 2 people doing ur order, the inside was ok but some of the tables needed to be clean n they did not clean them and they ran out of napkins for other people, the inside was small they had a wait too and the women bathroom was out of order only the guys bathroom was working too read more

They said they were out of cheese. After paying for my meal they brought out a handful of cheese to complete the order after mine. When I asked about it they said they only had cheese for quesadillas. It was odd that they put it on a burrito. They dismissed me with no further explanation. read more

This visit was disappointing. The tortilla on both orders were hard in some spots The brown and white rice was also undercooked and had some hard pieces. Always fresh and great portions. Quick stop on the road, well maintained and friendly staff.

People here are great! Food was exactly what I craved, they hooked it up fat with steak and guacamole! Honestly I don't understand the previous reviews on this place. But seems like they fixed the issue! One of the better chipotles out there! read more

Cleanest fastest, and best chipotle I've ever had in my life!!!!!(really good Portion ratio)

Worst chipotle I've ever been to, the staff was extremely rude throwing my food and money at me, talking very aggressively and just plain rude, I don't recommend this place to anyone at all if you're in grand junction DO NOT COME HERE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. They proceeded to tell me they were out of chips but have a full pan of chips just sitting on the counter, got my quesadilla orders wrong how does someone do that! Worst place to eat ever! read more

Placed a delivery order for a salad, and the idiots working this place didn't think to put in any utensils or napkins? I guess chipotle should require at least a GED before hiring. Pathetic read more

This place is totally inconsistent. Run by mostly young people, the mood is completely different at the counter visit to visit. Its like the staff collectively has teenage mood swings... It hasn't been terrible but often not great. Generally the counter "mood swing" is the oddest part but altogether not off the list of viable put to eat places. Just wish they would take a look at the inconsistency, and that affecting food quality. read more

Horrible experience I arrived and not only were they not friendly but they seemed as if they hated their job. When I get to the assembly line they were out of pico nor able to make more. A big thank you to the folks at Chipotle for preparing a special Las Vegas Grande Chicken Burrito for me. You ask yourself what a Las Vegas Burrito is? Chipotle Mexican Grill - That's a Burrito. 7 with tax. - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Junction, Colorado

Don't come at night! service is horrible. Have come many times be locals and same every time least there consist at being terrible.

Just came from the Grand Junction location and lordy lord let me tell you I am fully traumatized..... We show up no guac, queso, or chicken. I fully saw quac there. Putting that sad fact aside; 2 hours later my entire group is FIGHTING for our lives. We are currently driving and this was the most unpleasant sneak attack I have ever had from a meal. Couldn't make it to a gas station...bowels completely emptied from both ends. So unpleasant we aren't okay. We are in pain. It's giving the great debacle of E.coli in 2015. Unintentional enema. Two of us need new pants and we all need therapy. read more

No forks. No chips. No sour cream. No cilantro. Ever tried eating a salad with a spoon? There's a Sams next door. Did it occur to anyone to run over there and buy forks? At the very least let the customer know they'll have to eat lettuce with there fingers BEFORE they pay for it. And back to mediocre food - very small protein/ fajita servings (less than a spoon) but will load ya up on rice. Wow. You can tell the management change in the store but the rollercoaster in quality service. This isn't the first time we've experienced lousy service, but may very well be the last. Horrible. read more

I eat chipolte more than four times a week, from Florida to California. I've never had any problems. Except today, the restaurant opens at 10:45, but won't let people eat there till we'll past lunch time. I was asked leave their outside fence to eat, there were no seats, just a table i was able to set my motorcycle helmet on. My choices were parking lot, or eat right outside the door. I recommend trying a different location that respects people, or qdoba! Their burritos are pretty good! This interaction ruined this location! They got back to me and offered me a coupon. But eating there was the problem. My reply: Just fix the problem, I don't want a coupon. If you open at 10:45 make it available to eat there. Space the seats, do all the covid precautions. I know when you contact them, they'll know who complained. That means I can't go back there for food. Just fix it for the next guy! read more

Service was great, but I feel like the food was lacking a bit. Super busy but I feel like you can always expect that of Chipotle.

honestly one of the most faulty chipotles I've been too. I order delivery off the app 3-6 days a week and 95% of the time it comes wrong. I also get extra of multiple toppings which seems to make the employees do the opposite and I end up with a half empty bowl which is rarely what I actually ordered. read more

Chipotle offers fresh and tasty ingredients. This is a great place to eat if you're looking for an alternative to typical fast food. Chipotle offers tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and rice bowls. You get to choose your vessel (bowl, hard shell or soft shells, or tortilla, if you choose burrito), then toppings/fillings. They offer chicken, shredded beef, shredded pork, steak, and sofritas (shredded tofu). You have the option of rices, veggies, salsas, beans, etc. I like their rice bowls & add lettuce for some crunch. Their burritos are large and filling. What I like about this place is the healthier options offered compared to fast food burger or taco joints. The meat is grilled fresh & the toppings fresh, too. Try the guacamole! It's fabulous. Their kid meals are great. They also offer Patron margaritas! The prices are also reasonable. No dessert here. When they're busy the employees work hard to get your made to order meals. I've only ever had great service & delicious food at this Chipotle. read more
