Well folks - i'm sure it goes without saying this review will be the same as all the rest but if you want confirmation keep reading and I'll make it brief. Ambiance: Dirty, always dirty - if chipotle wasn't super easy to manage for my macros i would not eat here. The tables and floors are always dirty and watching the staff here move food and containers while dumping contents everywhere is not comforting in any way. Food: The food is manageable if your getting a fresh container of meat and sides, and it first my macros so it's supposed to be an easy and quick place to do so. Service: Not very friendly at all and do not look happy to be there working. I'm not always thrilled with my day job either but for a customer facing position at least smile and be polite and not grumpy. Lady serving me appeared to not speak english as she never responded to me (only speaking Spanish to her colleague) and was visibly bothered as I asked for the lettuce and salad on my bowl. Folks if you can - head to another location (although after perusing the other reviews it seems maybe this is a trend). Clearly this is a management or ownership problem that should be addressed. First visit to this Chipotle location - off Cool Springs Blvd, near the movie theater. We got in late on a Saturday and ordered immediately as there were few people present. Surprisingly, the food all seemed fresh still! We tried the new Chipotle Honey Chicken and the Adobe Ranch and it was so flavorful with everything! We got our food to-go but the ambiance is very industrial like modern and spacious. Plenty of parking in a shared lot with a few other businesses. Staff was a bit distracted and unfriendly, but it was a few hours til closing so likely growing tired. read more

Ordered a chicken and black bean burrito for a quick lunch before an important meeting. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal. About 15 minutes before the meeting and 15 minutes after eating the burrito I had a sudden, urgent need requiring me to go to the restroom. When I arrived at the restroom I spied a colleague who is notorious for lengthy conversations with co workers who he'd run into in the restroom. He was also heading for the bathroom. He looked at me and smiled. Knowing that I couldn't provide him with the conversation he felt entitled to and while providing myself with the shit my body was demanding, I immediately turned around and walked back to my desk. 2 minutes later I returned to the restroom, where the loquacious gentleman had since departed. What happened next was complicated by my newly acquired travel bidet. The bowel movement I experienced could not be considered normal or healthy. Few would consider it ok to take a shit like that, especially at work. While the portable bidet did its job the noise generated by its electric motor was loud enough to make me feel really self conscious, as if someone in the adjoining women's room could hear mechanical noises through the wall and wonder what the hell could possibly be going on that required electric motors. The duration of the burrito shit was such that I was late to my meeting, compromising how I am professionally viewed. While I don't hold the staff at Chipotle fully accountable, it is without any doubt that I firmly believe the burrito was the sole catalyst in this tragic sequence of events. DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM THIS LOCATION. We ordered 20 burritos and a "build your own" for 25 people... well, we got the 20 burritos but for the build your own we only received enough for 10 people. We literally got 13 tortillas to feed 25 people. We called to request the rest of our order be delivered and were told that we got what we ordered, and they will not bring the rest. Chipotle, 13 tortillas and 1 pan of beef CANNOT feed 25 people. Make it make sense. On top of all this, we could not even get a full refund for 15 people that did not get to eat. Needless to say, we will NO LONGER be using your catering services in the future, and I highly recommend you don't either. read more

I'm a big chipotle fan. I get it at least once a week, usually more, and have been to hundreds across the country. This location consistently disappoints compared to the one in Brentwood. They never take your online order seriously when you put extra of something and they often get the order wrong. They give you way less food and it's clear that they don't care nearly as much as the Brentwood location. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 10 minutes to the Brentwood location. read more

Went to this Chipotle restaurant this evening at 8:30 pm to pickup a salad to go. Got a basic chicken salad with beans, onions and peppers, and diced tomatoes. The lettuce and toppings filled up 1/2 the takeout container at most. All this for $9.60? It is no wonder most EVERYONE complains Chipotle's portions have noticeably reduced over the past several years yet the Chipotle CEO has publicly stated this is not so. I asked for a receipt and the cashier looked at the employee next to her and called me a "stupid,a$$,b$$$$. I immediately asked for the manager she refused to get one until the customer behind me also asked for the manager. The manager was no help at all and did not apologize. I love fast yet fresh and healthy food, and Chipotle often satisfies a craving when I'm short on time. Unfortunately this location is too inconsistent to earn more than two stars. The good: There are a few friendly regular staff members. When done right, the good is fantastic and they have good meatless options and kid's meals. Corporate customer service offers promos when your order gets messed up. The bad: frequently get meat in my vegetarian burrito. They frequently run out of ingredients but they will fill your mobile order with missing ingredients anyway. Check before you leave if you can! Rice is often dry or undercooked. Verdict: inconsistent quality and frequent errors detract from the times it's delicious. read more

This Chipotle is located in a small shopping complex shared with DXL on the very busy part of Cool Springs Boulevard. For the most part it is your standard Chipotle location. I ventured in for lunch recently and boy was I surprised when I got to the register! I have not been to Chipotle in a while, apparently a long while as what I ordered last year that cost $12 was pushing $17 now! I am all for supporting healthy wages for folks, so me paying a bit more for something is fine...but I was just shocked when that total hit the screen! I came by on a rainy day and this location has several leaks throughout the place, a few that sit right above the food line. Which is a little uncomfortable, as they have water dripping from the ceiling into pans that sit next to other food. Hopefully they are addressing that immediately, as I can't imagine that is the safest way to do things in that situation. I went with my normal which is a Barbacoa Bowl and a side of chips plus drink. The line staff was friendly and hooked it up on the meat and cheese! The bowl was as expected, but the side of chips I got were half cooked and greasy. I had to change them out. Someone clearly pulled that batch of chips a little too early from the fryer. Staff was friendly and helpful from entry to exit. Overall, no major issues with this location. When the craving hits on lunch, I will surely be back through...but maybe on a sunny day next time. read more

This location is terrible. They are always out of something...Last week it was pico, this week it was queso, guac, corn salsa, and pico! It's the same excuse, "we have been really busy today!" I mean, can you not heat up some more queso, get another container of pico and make some guac? You have several employees standing around that need to be working! This is at 8:00 PM and you close at 11:00 PM. The trash area is overflowing and don't get me started on the drink area. Most of the lemonades are empty.. We love Chipotle and seek the stores out even when we are traveling or on vacation. This afternoon we had the opportunity to visit a Chipotle we have never been to as we are visiting from out of state. The service was excellent as they seemed to be staffed for a big crowd and I was the only one in line. There were a number of people eating in the restaurant which is soooo good to see. I ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito. The ingredients were great and the servers were receptive to requests. It was a very efficient drop in for take out food. After doing everything right at the very end I ordered a side of chips & guac. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the bag of chips, but when I got home and opened the bag I discovered there was about 2.5 inches of chips in the bag. The Manager should be embarrassed that after having every tray full and ready to serve that to save 5 cents they cut our bag way short. This dropped a potential 5-star experience to 3-star because of poor training and a really dumb decision. Indicating more training is needed that teaches employees that the little things make a difference. My wife didn't compliment the fact I got her a very good burrito, but instead "why did you spend $3.95 on 15-20 chips?" read more

They're out of something or they scrape the bottom of the bin, giving smaller portions of old food, instead of at least throwing it in the new bin that has fresh food in it and serving from that, Tonight, they're completely out of white rice over 30 minutes before they close. The childish employees were fiddling with the menu signs, trying to take them down while customers wait to order. Drink station completely empty, all tea containers removed. It says you're open until 11:00pm but in reality these kids are starting to closing down around 10:00pm so they can lock the door at 11pm. Cutting corners like nobody's business. The owner hires employees who have zero empathy and/or social skills and clearly has no shame for running this location so damn poorly. Avoid if at all possible. read more

I travel a lot for work and when I'm in a pinch, Chipotle is always my go to. Came to this location at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night.... The first thing that treated us was trash overflowing from all of the receptacles. Like I said, we were in a pinch so we went up to the counter where we were greeted with eye rolls and a "what do you want". This was 30 min from closing time, so they were out of a few items, which I understand. Half way through making out food, they all stopped to talk with another employee who had come in but wasn't working. Finally we were done and paid up, so my wife grabbed a Sprite from the fountain just to realize once we were back at the hotel that it was completely out of syrup... Definitely won't be coming back to this a Chipotle location ever again. read more

I ordered chips & queso with my meal and they only gave me a small cheese cup and no chips. I was told I should have ordered that at a different time?
