There was a smiling, sweet young girl named Tana, who took my order. There was a long line of customers and she was pleasant and patient with everyone. She really was working hard and she did a great job and I would come back to this location just because of her service. Three times in the last 12 months they have completely forgotten my catering order for 15 people. Today I walked in and stood there for two minutes without even being addressed. Finally, I interrupted the employees talking behind the counter and said "I'm here for the catering order. ". The cashier blurted out "oh my God, the catering order we totally forgot" and the supervisor on shift tried to shush him. So here I have a room full of 15 people waiting for food at dinner. I understand mistakes happen but again this is the third time in the last year that there's been an issue with my catering order. I am done with Chipotle and taking my business elsewhere. read more

This was awful. We waited for Noah and the other employee to stop messing around behind the counter for 4 minutes before being served, then he gave me a half of a scoop of each ingredient I asked for, the burrito was literally 80% wrap, 20% food. It also was not cooked well. I made him re-do it and the employee was laughing and obviously annoyed but I literally showed him there was nothing in my burrito. While waiting for that, I watched 4 other people go through the line and have to ask him to add more to their portion size. I will not be coming back to this location. Awful service, awful employees, awful food. They deserve the multiple one star reviews they already had before this one. EDIT: My girlfriend got sick from this meal as well. Brutal experience. read more

We go to chipotle almost an hour before close. I do understand cleaning could be hard with people in there but considering you don't close for another hour than your customers so not hear you complain about them being here or them being an inconvenience to you or cleaning up taking everything out of the line like cheese, sour cream, etc away from the bar where u have to walk away to get it to put it on my bowl. Considering everyone was standing around talking about how badly it was making there job people was in the store than maybe don't work there or possibly learn respect to others experience or the people paying your paychecks. read more

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I've been to many Chipotle's all across the United States and Ohio in particular and this is BY FAR the best Chipotle I've ever gotten. The service was incredible. The ambiance was enchanting. Literally the biggest burrito I have ever gotten from a chipotle Mexican grill. I am from the Cleveland area so if your ever in the area I'd check out the Twinsburg and Woodmere locations! Do NOT go to the cuyahoga falls Howe ave chipotle if in the area (portage trail is fine). Now I am in the Oxford area but came out to the Princeton rd location because I was in the area. Never go to the Oxford location by the way. When dining at this chipotle this old proverb came to mind. "The one who swallows a whole coconut has complete trust in his anus" read more

Poorly managed. Very slow service. Won't go back. Hire more employees or get better ones.

Super stingy with the portions they don't even give half a spoon and they shake the food off the half of spoon. Really terrible I won't be back. I don't expect monster portions but I expect more than 6 pieces of steak and a mini dollop of beans like it's a topping ! For the money. read more

We go to a lot of different Chipotles around this area and only come here very occasionally. However, our latest trip was a delight. The food is great, as always; it's the music that really made me a fan. Unlike the music playing at most other locations, which tends to be loud and obnoxious, sounds almost like wannabe-clubs, the music played here is chillout electronica that really enhanced our meal experience. And the employees were so polite. Can't say enough good things. If this is the music played here all the time, this will be our go-to location even if we have to drive a couple of extra miles past other locations. read more

I quite honestly was very disgusted and disappointed, I first got more rice then any chicken i literally could count how many pieces of chicken I got, mind you the lady dropped half my chicken on the counter. The server dropped my chicken on the counter and didn't think to give me more but what really disgusted me was that she put it back in the place where they hold chicken after being on the dirty counter. read more

Did pick-up here via the Chipotle app. They were on-time, which cannot be said for a lot of Chipotles, so kudos there. Portion felt a little small for my salad, and the carnitas and chicken were a bit on the bland side. Usually we find Chipotle to be too salty, but I think this one needs a bit more. read more

I use to love this chipotle. But today was quite literally the worst chipotle I have ever had. I went there for lunch after work and got my food to go. My chicken did not taste fully cooked, it was mushy and was SO bland. They didn't have fajitas. And because of the chicken I threw my whole meal away because it wasn't worth risking food poisoning. Either way, I reached out to chipotle online and currently I am being interrogated about asking for a refund for my meal. They have asked me THREE TIMES for the location and I've given them the location each time. They asked for a credit card statement which I sent. And then she said well we need the EXACT time you were there. When I wasn't given a receipt or even offered one. Pretty wild experience. And the worst customer service from a restaurant I've ever experienced. (Not the stores customer service) the actual company. read more

As a rule of thumb, I try not to give low ratings to places on Yelp unless I feel it's absolutely warranted - it is absolutely warranted. Stopped in for a quick dinner to go, the worker up front told me to wait just a moment - I then found out it was because he was off and wanted to make his to-go meal. He took several minutes to do so while conversing with his coworkers and subsequently arguing about how much he made in tips that night. It took about five minutes before I was acknowledged by a second worker who then began to prepare my food. I was the only customer in the store for the entirety of the exchange. Each time I have been in here, the employees have been lazy, rude, and swore loudly in front of me, acting entirely unprofessional. This reflects poor staffing, and also poor leadership. Do not patronize this location. read more

A one star is probably too high of a rating for this Chipotle location. The food always looks like it has been sitting around for days. The line employees just slap the food on with out any regard to correct portioning. My GF on multiple occasions has ordered extra rice and when we get the bowl there is about half of a regular portion. The workers are clearly not held to any standards or expectations and management seems to not care in general to be a good food experience. The picture attached shows what was basically our full bag of chips. All crumbs. No one here cares to provide good service. If you have an extra 10-12 minutes I would just travel to the Jungle Jim's location. read more

I've never been a huge fan of Chipotle in general..even though I've always been surrounded by people who were obsessed with it. It's just not my type of food. Don't like burritos (unless they're made a very specific type of way)..don't like beans at all..rice? eh. Their chips and salsa were always alright but not enough of a reason for me to want to come here just for that. My family decided that this is where they wanted to eat over the weekend so I was a good sport and went along. Looking over the overall crappy reviews this place has received..I wasn't expecting too much. But you know..going in there with low expectations made the experience better than I expected it to be. We seemed to arrive just at the right time. There was hardly a line when we arrived..but by the time we sat down to eat the line was pretty long. Always a good feeling to get to a place right before a rush hits. I decided to try to create my own burrito..hoping I could pick the right ingredients to make it decent. I chose steak as my protein..a little brown rice (I don't mind rice as much within a burrito)..some cheeses..and some hot sauces. I always like to add a nice crunch to my burritos..but they didn't really have any options for that..bummer. I also tried their queso dip..I'd been interested in that ever since they put in on their menu a while back. The burrito was decent. The items I chose for it combined really nicely..I was happy I added the hot sauces because they gave it a much needed kick. Still..would've been better with an added crunch factor. The queso dip was..very unimpressive. It didn't have much distinguishing taste to it at all. Very bland. And at $3.50 for a small cup of it and a very (very very) small bag of chips..it definitely was not worth it. Honestly, the whole meal was a bit overpriced. For the burrito and the queso (no drink) it came out to almost $13. That 's a lot of money for the amount of food I received..especially at a "fast food" type place. I thought the service here was just fine. There were a lot of complaints about service in previous reviews..but we didn't experience that at all. Everyone was nice and helpful..seeing that I needed things explained to me a bit more because I rarely eat there. So yeah..would I seek this place out on my own? Probably not. But if I were to be coming here with others that really love it..at least I found a burrito combination that I can enjoy. read more

**** Review 31 **** I used to work at chipotle, I know what the restaurant should always look like and how the food should taste. Unfortunately, this location was dirty, the food was bland and tasted like it had been there a while. I'll have a hard time coming back read more

Find a different Chipotle!!! Yes they were busy and I understand people have bad days but there were 5 people working up front and all were VERY rude!! When they started to mess up our order my wife tried to kindly point it out and the blond lady with a pony tail kept cutting her off. The lady ringing us out would have rather been anywhere in the world than ringing up our food. She was snappy and very unfriendly. When we took our food into dining room, the place was filthy. Every table was dirty. My wife went up front to ask for something to wipe our table off and the cashier lady angrily came out and proceeded to wipe all the food onto the floor. The chips were almost too salty to eat and most were stale. By FAR THE WORST Chipotle we've ever visited and will not come back!! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - ice cold beans, decent rice, and an invisible quesadilla - Mexican Near Me - Fairfield Township, Ohio

Okay, so first I placed a pick up order. I worked all day and only had a small breakfast at 7:30 this morning. Let me explain my thought process. It's Taco Tuesday, I have to get tacos. There's a Taco Bell by place. There are 2 and a possible chipotle options and 1 Hot Head Burrito within a 10 mile radius. Get chipotle so I can get a bowl because I can't get, or dislike bowls at other places. If I'm going to get tacos I should go to a Mexican restaurant. My coworker recommended Chipotle at this location. (I will be sure to give her a hard time about her recommendation tomorrow) I place the pickup order, get there 5 minutes passed the pickup time and my order isn't out. I wait, patiently and quietly. The store is not busy, there's one person in line maybe waiting longer than necessary. Before he's helped, the worker leaves the line and asks me what I'm waiting for. She goes to the back to get my order and all is well in my world. I get home and I'm pissed. The bowl looks slim. No biggie. I'm hungry. MY FRIGGIN RICE IS HARD! I'm wondering did they cook this or did they put cooked toppings on raw rice? So guess who's still hungry? The person that paid $8.15 for a third world country chipotle bowl. read more

My order was almost completely wrong. I ordered a salad and there was absolutely no lettuce, dressing, beans, and it was all ice cold. They also didn't give us our side tortilla. This place is too consistently terrible, I highly recommend you don't order here. read more

Im very stingy when giving 1-star but this Chipotle's earned it. This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. 25 minute wait and it was just moderately busy. The problem is that they prepare on-line orders in between every in-line order. So if there are 10 people in line it is more like 20 people in line. The workers have NO sense of urgency and move at a snails pace. They are horribly slow. Additionally the workers are messy and take no care in preparing food. Their work stations look like a slop house. Terrible. I won't be back and I recommend you don't go. read more

The first issue I had with this location is that(what seemed like the manager)the person assembling my bowl towards the end was in an extreme hurry. Not only that she seemed upset and kind of rude. She shut the bowl's lid before I was finished adding what I wanted. Then when I told the lady(manager)that I wanted one more thing, she seemed even more irritated. Before I get to the other issue, I just want to note that customers should be treated with at least a minimal amount of friendly customer service. I'm a manager at a place which has a similar concept, and I would never be impatient and rude to my customers in that way. The other issue I had, may not be an issue to everyone, but to me it is. The issue was that they do not offer military discount. This Chipotle only offers police a discount and no other services. No emergency responders, no fire and rescue, and especially no military! I'm a former Air Force veteran of 7 years and I truly and deeply appreciate it when businesses offer a discount. It's very respectful and I do not take it for granted whatsoever. I moved out of state and used to live in the area around 3 years ago. At the time I was living here, they were amazing and offered a 50% discount! I really don't need that much of a discount, I mean I would even take 5%. It's more of the principal of the matter. I mean why just police?! ....And screw every other service that puts their life on the line so businesses like this can prosper and operate! Overall this whole experience and disrespect for all other honorable services will prevent me from ever going back. read more

I love Chipotle, but over the years this place has put me in a negative feeling and when I am out and people want Chipotle, this place haunts me. The food is generally bad. Chicken, rice, veggies have no flavor. It is probably the worst tasting Chipotle I have ever been to. Service is worse, eye rolling when asking for guac, talking about customers who ask for extra rice or on the side, overall just unhappy employees. If it wasn't the only one near me, i'd stay away. I give it a chance every few months and I am always disappointed. read more

I have a recent found gluten allergy. It's been horrible finding places to eat that can accommodate my food allergies and ensure they take proper precautions to avoid cross contamination. I stopped by this chipotle today with my oldest son and they were very friendly and accommodating as well! Gloves were changed, spoons were swapped out for clean ones. Only one person touched my food and the spoons I was served with. They also got fresh untouched cheese as this is something they reach into while serving food! So mine had not been touched and was kept refrigerated just for people with food allergies. I was very impressed with their willingness and knowledge and prep that was taken to avoid any cross contamination of my food. I'm happy to say we sat inside and ate and I was able to enjoy my food and had no reactions to anything! So thank you everyone that was working today between 5:30pm and 6pm. I'm grateful to Randy that made my food and even took the time to ask about my gluten and grain allergy. Some people don't realize that not only does wheat contain gluten but other grains do as well(oats, amaranth, spelt, millet, einkorn) those are just a few. So if you're truly allergic to gluten like I am than you need to avoid all gluten not just wheat gluten. So again thank you to Randy that took the time to learn some knowledge and ask about my allergy. We actually drove out of our way to eat there simply because after Christmas I stopped in and grabbed a chicken bowl and received the same service. If chipotle couldn't get any better it just topped the charts in my book! read more

Placed an order through DoorDash for 2 Burrito Bowls, 1 with Double Chicken and 1 with Double Smoked Brisket. I had seen a commercial the night before and the limited time Smoked Brisket looked very tasty. Looked forward to it all day. I was charged $17.50 plus tax and all I got was 6-7 pieces of burnt meat that were each pretty much a 3/16" cube in the Bowl. They all looked like burnt brownies. It was a Burrito Bowl that was basically a salad and some carbohydrates. Just reflects the high quality of the teenage hiring pool we have today. Additionally, it is a measurement of management's failure to higher quality employees and manage them well. read more

I have been in line for 20 Minutes now and there have only served about 10 customers so far. I have never seen service so slow. The staff seem to be completely oblivious to the situation. 3 people serving but only 1 customer being served at a time while 30+ people are in line. Incompetent staff and management! The person at the counter seem to be spending more time in the back room than at the counter and hey seem to be consistently out of chips. Update: I am back after one year, and it's actually worse.
