As long as this lockdown is going on you better plan to get your food at least 25 mins after your pickup time. Waited and waited for them to call the wrong name when the order came up. You're better off just ordering at the store as they make it right away rather than ordering online. At least the order was right. read more

Know that expression "what a difference a year makes?" Yep. Really small burritos that are pretty sloppy and not so appealing anymore ... Such a disappointment. read more

literally just don't go here. it's only mobile ordering and they never ever have it ready for the time you put down for pickup. it's ridiculous and there was at least 30 people standing around waiting for orders. this has happened to me several times.. thinking it was just a staffing issue but it happens every time i visit this location. just go to another chipotle location save ur time and money read more

I'm definitely a fan of Chipotle. The service is great, the line moves quick, the prices aren't bad, and the food is delicious. I really like the cardboard meat in my burrito. My one complaint is that whenever I get guacamole on my burrito it ends up in a ball at the end. So I finish with a mouthful of guacamole at the end - I like it but only as a friend. Since I've discovered Chipotle I don't go for other fast food as much. Obviously it's not health food but it isn't processed and that's a big positive. read more

food was wrong, cold, snd over an hour later than the pick-up time. employees were rude and about 4 other families also had issues with their food at the same time. manager told us all to just leave- will never give them my money again. read more

The service was really fast.. The food was good.. But the store was a bit untidy, maybe because of the crowd but still I didn't feel to sit and have my food over their.. Otherwise it was good.. read more

This is the worst Chipotle I've been to. Most of the time I have to wait at least 15-20 minutes in line, only to get cold food. There was also the time when I ordered ahead and they forced me to get in line and order again. This store's management needs help- the employees are fine, but they don't care about doing a good job. They can be rude at times. Chipotle has said they would reach out to the district about my complaints around 5 times now- all I get is a free burrito coupon- which is great, except the food is still not as good as other locations. Unfortunate that it's the only one in Exton area. At this point I drive out of my way to go elsewhere. read more

I love Chipotle and their food, but my experience today was absolutely horrible. I waited 50 minutes in the store for an order I placed online. I had to ask the manager for my order before anybody even thought to make it. The employees didn't even look like they were working. I ordered one bowl and a bag of chips, and they gave me the smallest portion. Half of the bowl was filled. I am never going back to this location again. read more

I cannot review the food because the last two times I have walked out. Everything in there is DIRTY. Tables, floors, food prep areas. There are usually 8 people working yet nothing is clean. Chipotle had a good thing going a few years ago- but not anymore. Another place to avoid at all costs. read more

I love Chipotle- so much. I could eat it daily. This location, however, is quite disappointing. I'm going to drive the distance to Turner Square. This is the 3rd time that I've had an issue and I will go no more. I'm giving 2 stars because their food is decent but that's it. The first time I went, they were out of guacamole and brown rice at 4pm on a Friday. How?! Hugely popular time. The second time, they were out of barbacoa. This time was the final straw. We ordered online for 545 pickup. I figured if I was a few late it was okay as I had a few errands. I got there at 6 and was told they were making it now. I was 15 minutes late already. After 5-10 minutes and seeing people walk in and out with their food, I was told they were making the chicken. How?! This is ridiculous. I've seen workers talking while lines are long. Management is apparently unaware that this is such an issue. How does a restaurant run out of food at the most popular times? I'm very disappointed and will not use this location again. read more

Love this place, great food fast. People working here do a great job. The burrito is so big and tasty you can barely finish it... But I did. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Exton, Pennsylvania

Food used to be worth the wait. Now they are more concerned with on line order. Also asked for a refund as they were out of the beverage I wanted and when asked for the refund was told I would have to go on line. When I pressed them they handed me a fake receipt. I had to go back and they made an excuse. I work retail and know how tablet and registers work. Rip off scam you know who you are. Won't be back read more

Chipotle Corporate should really get involved and remove the franchise license from the current owner. This Chipotle is in a very busy, very affluent area with tons of traffic and it could be the worst run Chipotle in the tri-state area if not the country. As others have stated, always dirty, constantly out of key components (how do you not have any Guac or Chicken at 1:30PM?) I walked in a few days ago at lunch time and they had a sign up that said "only taking online orders". So they said I couldn't place an in person order. Many customers in the store were fuming after having to place an online order while they were in the store. We just walked out. The staff are just demoralized because they haven't been trained properly or they just have no leadership. This store could be a flagship store for Chipotle due to it's location if the owner gave a hoot. Folks love Chipotle and some who reside/work in the Exton area would rather hop on 202 and drive to the Paoli Pike Location so they can get better service. Truly a lost opportunity. read more

This is the WORST "fast food" place ever. The staff is disrespectful including that stupid African chick who blames people for her mistakes. Mobile order is not priority and the employees will stop them for walk in customers while the other 6 on shift stand around and talk. The manager is a nitwit and refuses to account for anything wrong. Slow and not customer friendly. Don't blame third party delivery people for your slowness. Period. read more

I LOVE Chipotle and this is THE WORST one ever. Staff turnover here is insane, no one experienced is ever working here. Mobile order? Forget about it, they work way too slow for mobile orders to be of use. People have been complaining for ages but corporate hasn't done anything to change things here. Shut this place down, it's sad. read more

My husband and I just left this location. The woman spooning out the rice and meat was incredibly rude - it was obvious that she did not want to be there at all. They were out of sour cream, ran out of lettuce while we were standing there, and had no chips. All of the tables were dirty. We decided to leave with our food, and now we are eating the chewiest steak ever, completely undercooked. We will not be going back to this location anytime soon. read more

I don't recommend this specific location(Chipotle @ 241 N Pottstown pike, Exton PA). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. if there was an option to give negative star rating, i would have given it. My web order (Check 1020021) was supposed to be ready at 1:00pm, when I went there it was not ready, more than the bad service, the hefty African American dude was very sarcastic to customers that pissed me (as well as other customers waiting in line.). Eventually my web order was ready at 1:35 - a 35 minute delay for online order, I dont know how they run this place, bad management that evident from huge delay in service just not for me, for every one standing in queue. That guy in particular was very sarcastic. Wonder how they allow guys with that attitude are allowed to face customers. Chipotle should take action if they want to be competitive. Came home opened the food, The order was messed up, I will stop here, I am fed up writing this review. read more

This was the WORST fast food experience that I have had during COVID! I stood in line in front of one of the workers for a period time. She was busy fixing orders so I did not disturb her. She never looked ,greeted or even acknowledge my presence. However, when a woman entered behind me she leaned over passed me and acknowledged the woman. She told her that she could not take her order. She told her that were busy and taking on line orders only. When I asked her was she taking my order she flatly said no. I asked her why would she let me stand there for so long without telling me that I could not place an order. I thought this was extremely rude. I called the store and spoke to "Evan" the manager of Chipotle. My conversation with him just solidified my position to stop patronizing this business. His response was what did I want as if I was bothering him. I explained the situation twice and received the same response."what did I want". I told him how rude, frustrating and disrespectful this encounter was. I told him that I was not looking for a freebie but some acknowledgment of my experience. I am going to make it a point to share my experience with family, friends, coworkers and anyone else I can reach not to patronize Chipotle's restaurant. In closing my observation of this incident is that I am African American and the two women were of the same ethnicity. read more

Probably the best Chipotle I've ever been to portion wise. I hate when the shake off the rice or chicken from the spoon- just throw that on my burrito, I don't mind the extra! But at this one they actually give you really generous portions, I really felt like I got my moneys worth. Lost 1 star for the REALLY loud music and it was also very cold inside. read more

I like Chipotle's food, however the service at this location has really gotten VERY SLOW! They need more people to handle prime lunch and dinner times. Come in for lunch and they are not able to handle the line efficiently. The cashier during lunch is so slow and is she is not friendly at all. Have not gone in many times because line is so long and slow. read more

Wow, this Chipotle exceeded my fears of bad food. From having to wait 20 minutes for take out to then discovering all kinds of treasurers in the food ranging from nickel sized skin of avocado, brown guacamole (guess that's their premium offering), tomatoes stems, avocado stem, corn cobb in the corn salsa, and finally stale chips. Can't imagine a more horrible food experience. Should have checked the Yelp reviews before we stopped here - what a total waste of time and money. Absolutely disgusting. read more

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. We ordered on the app and picked it up at the restaurant. We went to the restaurant and waited for 45 minutes for them to make our order. And when we finally got our order, everything was all cheese and rice (we got two burritos and one burrito bowl). Never go to this restaurant ever. This review would be 0 stars if it was possible. read more

went there after shopping looking for good food at 8pm. cannot beleive they turned me away becasuse they were only taking on line orders. now there were about a doz people eating inside.??? They could clearly see I am older and I told them I do not do on line things. But instead of helping me out they actually refused my business. Is this the new way to treat out seniors in this county or anyone be who does not have a smart phone. It sicks me to my stomach. Not even an We are sorry, nothing just a dumb look. no appology. I am at home now on my home computer with a tower. I also have been trying to call the exton location since 9am to which the phone continously rings until someone hangs it up. Wow. we have all been asked to be patient due to the staff shortages, but the staff has obligations to remember they have a job because of customers. this locations is sadly missing good mgt so I will not ever go back because if the mgt cares so little about customer service thenI am sure other corp procedures fall by the way side as well, like cleanliness, food prep and handeling and the list goes on. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more

This used to be a great stop for tacos. Stopped in recently for their tacos. They always had chicken cooking on the grill ....the grill was empty and looked like it needed to be cleaned. Chicken on the taco was cold with what little they gave you. Salsa was good, but chips were stale. Don't think I'll be going back. read more

This chipotle is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The rice is not cooked all the way and is hard. The service here is horrible since they lack customer service. I advise everyone to steer clear of this chipotle because it is not worth it. The one worker had no brain cells which slowed down the line and made everyone annoyed. Oh and the best thing yet is when I asked for a refund the worker did not apologize and rolled her eyes. Just remember you're the one working at chipotle not me! read more

A little pricey but worth it. The burrito bowl is amazing and the salad is great too because they have an amazing dressing. They also have something called the "quesorito" which is not on the menu but if you ask they WILL make it. It's the same thing as a burrito but instead of a regular flour tortilla, the burrito is wrapped in a cheese quesadilla....AMAZING! read more

Food is always good but the service at this location was disappointing. It was my dad's first visit and the employees did not provide the standard variety of choices so he was completely lost in the process...once I realized this, I tried to assist and because of my distraction ended up being charged for more than we actually ordered! Neither of us were offered lettuce and I had to ask the girl to unwrap the burritos that she wrapped and put the toppings on that we wanted. Definitely disappointed with the service today. I will be skipping this place and heading to King of Prussia or Wayne the next time I want Chipotle. read more

today i ventured to our local chipotle to endure the delectable iconic taste it has to offer for the very first time. to my surprise, it was incredibly mediocre. perhaps it was the location, the portions provided by the disgruntled worker were minuscule and dull. i will say, the atmosphere of the establishment was very charming. but still, i can not fathom why chipotle mexican grill is so astonishingly beloved. read more

Friendly and FAST staff, clean interior and delicious (humane, responsible) food - I love Chipotle and this location is solid!

Ok I've actually been a chipotle fan for a long time until today. Up until now I've always had a good meal. Nothing fancy but everything was pretty fresh and tasted great. This is owing to the fact that they have a lot of turn over so nothing that can degrade with being out sits for too long, and the fact they have a simple assemble to order system and there's very little skill required to build a burrito or a bowl. However this type of fast food relies on each individual component to function as intended or it ruins the whole meal. Today the part that failed was the rice both white and brown. The white rice was about 80% uncooked while the brown rice was about 40% uncooked. This is absolutely unforgivable. Rice is one of the easiest things to make on an commercial/restaurant scale.! I know, my family has done Chinese and a sushi commercially in the past. And for a place like chipotle you have to imagine they have a recipe for everything including the rice. I was barely able to choke my food down but I was too hungry to send it back. This is an epic fail for such a menu! No wonder chipotle stock is down from 700 to 300. Additionally the chips were so salty that they were also almost inedible. Quality control guys! Come on. Get your head in the game. I've been to this location through out the last few years and the quality has steadily decreased. Right now I'd say I'd rather go to the Taco Bell up the street then give Chipotle Exton my money. read more
