my guilty pleasure food is chipotle's chips and sour cream. it's delicious, it's wonderful, i get it every time. i work around this area and have lately been going and getting my chips here. i like to do it online so i can pick up my chips right away after work, but chipotle doesn't have a sour cream button on the app. so instead, i get queso, speed over and ask if they can change it to sour cream. most people don't ask too many questions. they blink and turn a blind eye, but today, when i asked, the girl looked a little bewildered (it's an odd request i get it). nonetheless, she went to go ask for the change. a couple of seconds later she comes back and says, "so you want sour cream and chips??? no queso???" it kind of made me chuckle and i said, "yep! positive." another couple of seconds and she comes back with a bag. she then tells me, "we put a little thing of queso in there just in case you change your mind!" i thought that was so sweet, she was very nice, i tipped her like 7 dollars. i will probably forever go to that chipotle. read more

I love Chipotle, but this one seems to be poorly managed. I hit the restroom quickly before I ordered and there was no toilet paper. No worries, it happens, so I just let someone know and they went and switched it. Went to go get my drink and the Coke was out. No worries, I let someone know. Finally got to my burrito and bit into it and the rice was definitely undercooked. Nothing will ruin a burrito faster than that for me . I went back up to the counter and apologized for complaining because I literally hate complaining, and the people at the counter were super nice but the manager (apparently) just came over to the register and asked the employee what I had ordered. Punched a few things on the screen and walked away. No acknowledgment, or even eye contact with me at all, whatsoever. The kid at the register hands me a receipt and just goes "here's your refund" and I was like "oh! Ok! Umm could I get a new burrito?" Service was fast and friendly. Food was as always Chipotle delicious. Overall cleanliness needed worked on. Dining area and bathroom looked like it hadn't been touched in a while. Behind the counter looked the same with the pans a mess and the ingredients spilling into the others. The room temperature though, was very, very cold. If I had a guess I would say sub 60 degrees! It was cold out this particular evening and I kept telling myself that maybe the heater was broke because I just couldn't see how the employees could even stand it. Honestly, it's hard to go wrong with Chipotle. Their chips and guacamole are killer, their food always tastes good, their service is always quick, and it's just good food! After a wrestling meet at Elkhorn South, I took my starving teenager here because it's his favorite place to eat right now. We ordered through Uber Eats pickup and just ate it in the restaurant. I got the chicken burrito with several veggies and he got the chicken burrito bowl. Both were as good as expected. They can be a bit pricey with some of the add ons though, so you have to be careful on what you order if you're on a budget. Overall, we were quite satisfied. read more

This is a relatively new restaurant in the Menard's shopping area that competes with other fast food restaurants in this shopping center. Parking is not good here, non-prime hours are preferred if you are going to park a vehicle. The place is very clean and staff are friendly. The order today was the chicken bowl that is difficult to ruin. Overall, good value for the price. read more

It pains me to say but this Chipotle is just depressing compared to every other one i've been too. None of the staff want to be there, While i was ordering the employee making my food went super fast barely putting half scoops of ingredients or waiting for me to say what i wanted. My food was extremely cold. The restaurant was hot and loud with no one in it. Now I see why. I purchased the catering for 16 people... And it look like it could've maybe fed 5 people. We got two small dishes of meat and one larger thing of rice... we ran out of everything except the super salty chips. Super disappointed in this catering option as they completely skimped on everything. We would have been be off ordering burritos for each person because we spend $16 pp for the food. read more

Chipotle has certainly gone downhill and this location is the new model. It all starts with the parking here. You are forced to walk a block to get to the front doors. Then you walk into the smallest and most congested Chipotle of all time. Then you get to cattle through the buffet and gaze at all of the tins of ingredients wondering how long it's been sitting out and the cross contamination in progress. Then you get to watch some kid slop those ingredients into a bowl or burrito with no care in the world as to how much or to little goes into the making. I would order from a different Chipotle in omaha if ordering on the app, food tastes fine but have ordered from here twice now and both times both orders were messed up. Both labels clearly state salad with guacamole, neither of our salads have guacamole (which we were charged for). Instead we got a random bag of chips. If Chipotle Mexican grill is supposed to be a form of fast food fresh, this certainly wasn't it. Over the weekend 6:30 pm, we waited in line in store for over 45 min. Before our order was taken. Apparently we were waiting on rice that only person knows how to cook, and doesn't keep ahead of the dinner rush. One line cook was cooking protein, one was standing at the register, the other stared at the cooking rice. No apologizes were given. The building literally only has seating for 15 ppl so we had no choice but to take our food to go. We only have a 5 min. Drive and buy the time we unveiled our food, the meats were both cold and tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. What an absolute joke. Parking sucks. The HVAC is running in temp units. We watched people ahead of us leave. When we got to the counter when it was 'our turn' the ONE person they had working the counter started making drive through orders while the other lackeys milled around uselessly. We weren't even acknowledged with a "be with you in a moment" or any such pleasantry; they simply killed about like drones. The other guy standing at the counter kept running his fingers through his long, greasy hair as he stuffed papers into baskets. No thanks.
