Today I ordered two burritos and a rice bowl to go. I don't know who's cooking their chicken these days, but it was so overly salted you couldn't eat it. So I guess I should be glad that I only found four pieces of chicken in my burrito. The rice was so mushy. Also, whoever made their burritos stacked everything in the center, so as you're eating from the edges, everything is concentrated in the middle so there's nothing in the beginning or the end other than rice. That is completely a training issue. $35 and over half of it ended up in the trash. With all the competition in our town it's crazy that they don't even try. Eventually, this one will shut down. I literally can't wait for the new location to open by Costco because this one is so terrible. read more

Saturday Jan 3rd at 8:00 pm, My wife and I stopped in to order our favorite meal: Grilled Chicken Quesadillas, a large Guac, a bag of chips and two drinks. We have been patrons for 25+ years, Until Now! Not only were there six people just standing around, we were refused our order because We didn't place it online. We've never placed it online! We didn't have our phones And for some reason I just didn't have my laptop at the taco shop. The Tortillas were right in front of me and the oven was nearby. Very unprofessional and Impersonal service. I was violated in the name of an unknown NEW POLICY. Absolutely Disgraceful! Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a product that while it is a very Americanized version of Mexican food, it is a good product that is tasty and pretty healthy (especially when compared to those fast food burger joints). It has a decent price point and the staff is relatively friendly. My go-to item at Chipotle Mexican Grill is their burrito bowl. I used to get the burrito, but found out that the tortilla alone has over three hundred calories. So now, I usually get the burrito bowl. I do mix up my choice of proteins, but I probably go with their steak or chicken the most. Though I have to say that I have been getting their carnitas more and more frequently. So, maybe soon I might have a top three of protein choices. All in all, Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a solid meal at a decent price point and for fast food, it is a great option. read more

I had a good experience here. I have read my fellow Yelpies reviews and I agree on the following- Missing ingredients - they have a new garlic guajillo steak which they ran out on the line. The manager I want to say heard us order and said she will check out the take out line, and they had, so she brought it to us. :) Luckily, we didn't experience the "missing ingredients/offerings" negativity. Undercooked items- I had the brown rice and felt a slight undercookness to it BUT it was still edible and delicious. I must say the rice was DELICIOUS and SAVORY! I tasted bits of undercookness but not enough for me to complain or drop a star. Staff- I came on a weekday around 2:30 PM. Usually employees at this time are hard working people and they were all amazing and friendly! They were sociable and kind. :) Portion- they give a lot except in the meat department but it's the standard amount. Busy- they are always busy omg but as long as the line is you really don't wait that long. Honestly, we waited about 5-10 mins; it goes by quick! I do believe all of my Yelpies below but it's always a hit and miss depending on when you come in. For sure, I never mobile order because at any Chipotle they always mess up lol. This place is struggling and in need of improvement. There are good days and bad days with this place. The selling point is the food and you are better off ordering in person than ordering online. If there is a long line and you are yelling at the employees it doesn't help the situation. A few times I have seen people throw tantrums instead of showing patience. If don't have the patience go somewhere else or better yet just stay home and don't talk to people. The several times I've come in the place has been clean however I did not see the bathrooms condition. The line stays fairly clean and with a rich it can get a bit out of hand. I love Chipotle so they get an automatic couple of stars just because of that sheer fact, but I am not impressed at all with this location. Slow, slow, slow service, seems like they're always missing ingredients, and the line is always out the door whenever I come to this one. No one in line is ever respecting social distancing, and the number of people waiting for mobile orders is insane, and doesn't help the crowd levels at all. They really need to adjust how they're doing something because at present, it's not working. We placed three vegetarian orders. The Sofrito Quesadilla had chicken pieces in it. It clearly violated our food preferences. The veggie burrito bowl lacked fajita, was less than half of the bowl filled with nearly no beans, had no cheese, had so much excess hot salsa that it was inedible as it was extremely hot. The veggie tacos had no salsa and no fajita and no sour cream. Only rice, guac and cheese and again minimal most beans. This is the third time we ordered food from this Chipotle and every single time the food was worse. This time they violated our food choices. We do not recommend this store to anyone. read more

My Husband and I met friends at Chipotles in Clermont on Sunday for lunch. I am not a regular but they have told us how much the enjoyed it. So we thought we would try. I saw a menu item that was pictured on the menu board and it looked good. So we ordered it. When we got the Garlic Guajillo Steak at $13.00 there was no guac on it. When I asked they told me I had to pay extra. I said the menu board shows a picture with guacamole on it and doesn't say it's extra. They could have made a customer but instead they all walked to the back of the resturant with no help. Tried them for dinner tonight. It was my first time here. We ordered steak burritos and a side of chips with Guacamole. The white rice was unavailable. Apparently it was undercooked. They did have brown rice so we went with that. Unfortunately, after returning home with our food, we found out the brown rice was undercooked too. Oh well, too late now. The burrito was monstrous and filling, stuffed to the brim with all the toppings I requested... Lettuce, cheese, green peppers, onions, undercooked rice and beans. However, I must say, "Where's the beef?". I ordered steak but the pieces were few and far between. I will say that the few morsels of steak that I had were tasty and tender so that's good. Service was just OK. The cashier was not very friendly but the girls making the burritos were friendly enough. You get more meat and topping selections at Moe's, which is where I will go next time. I enjoyed my veggie tacos at Chipotle Mexican Grill and prefer them over the burritos or bowls. I noticed that they try to pile on the rice but only place a couple of tiny strips of grilled peppers and onions on each tortilla. My daughter did not have rice and still they only placed a couple of veggie strips on each tortilla. Of course they complied when I asked them to add more veggies to the "vegetarian tacos" and to back off of the rice. I am not sure why they scrimp on the veggies and only seem to have a little portion of them in the line up. The service is spotty at this location but the line always seems long. I'll start off by saying the negative reviews are all true. I'm pretty sure this is the worst chipotle in all of central Florida. I have been to this Chipotle a handful of times, and not ONCE have they gotten our order right. From missing entire entrees, to not including our paid for extras or sides, we will no longer be coming here. Tonight we ordered a chicken salad with double chicken and double fajita veggies. Not only was there the skimpiest serving of chicken, there were no fajita veggies. Ordered queso as a side - didn't get it. Raw, hard rice. Ordered fajita veggies on a steak bowl and they aren't there. Previous visits where we ordered quesadillas for our girls have been over cooked, rock hard tortillas with little to no cheese and not edible. Missing half of the fountain drinks and the section where you do get your drinks was trashed, and a giant line of people waiting out the door. I've had to write to chipotle so many times they probably think I'm trying to scam the company at this point but I've made it clear we will not go back here anymore.
